Zenaku: Either Carrie, Osore, or Aku have it.

Zaydon: I would say it's between Osore and Carrie because one of them has the ultimate soul manipulation technique. Also, are the weapons in the Shi Universe made of souls?

Zenaku: Some of them are.

Zaydon: That's impressive, but I wanna create some strong durable weapons that could defend you and everyone else. Anyways, I should head out and check out Tier City since I've heard about tentacles.
