It's Andorra!!! ~

I wanted to make an OC for the Principality of Andorra in Hetalia~~

Especially after reading about Andorra in geography and MapleMochi's (Minori Shizuka's) version of her OC Andorra ~

So perhaps if I do make one it'll be a slightly different Andorra that lives in an alternate world ~
So Minori's Andorra will be 'twin' to mine, I guess?

P.S. Andorra here in the picture above is wearing a ceremonial uniform altered to suit her.
Since Andorra relies on France and Spain for military, she uses her own for ceremonies and events~
