I dont know why, but I've started flinching a lot more lately, even if nothing happens.

I was watching a movie and taking a drink from my water bottle and started flinching. Then my water spilled all over my clothes and smudged my glasses.

My brother keeps tapping me to "trigger" it and he seems fascinated by it.

I can't seem to control it either

It's weird and I hate it
