PCM person: theoretically I m absolutely defined but practically, at an angle of sin 45° the value is negative so it lie in fourth quadrant and going upwards towards the structure, perpendicular is perfect just axial bonds are repelling and inside the structure, inter-atomic repulsions are going on due to motion of particles.
