So, I got bored and half the time I get bored weird shit happens... it's also almost 1am and I don't sleep much 😅 (thanks insomnia). I was watching buzzfeed unsolved and trying to fix my chipped nail polish but it was not going the way I wanted it too. By the time I somewhat got it the way I wanted it was bumpy and stripy and just overall bad. SO, I decided I was just going to start messing around and after like 10 minutes of just messing with different colors I started drawing on my hand and this happened.

I started drawing Bill then decided since I was using blue it would be Will instead but since it was on the back of my hand I couldn't do his eye crying (I also had no idea how to draw the arms and fingers so that's how that happened)
