I am a Christian

I may not be the most religious Christian out there, but i do read the bible everyday

I am also Aro/Ace, which makes me a part of the LGBTQ+ community

And although some people think being gay is a sin, you know what else is a sin?

"Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material" (Leviticus 19:19) and "Do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together." (Deuteronomy 22:11) in other words, do not wear clothing made from mixed fabrics

And how many of us wears clothing made of multiple types of fabrics?

Also, isn't god big on forgiving our sins if we seek forgiveness? So why is being gay, or just being ourselves so wrong and other people go out and commit adultery when it is forbidden by the 10 commandments.

There is mention of an unforgivable sin (as copy and pasted off the internet) In the Book of Matthew (12: 31-32), we read, "Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.

Committing blasphemy against the holy spirit is the one unforgivable sin.

Personally I believe that means leading others away from Christ, away from religion

To damn a person's soul rather than save it

I don't care if you are straight, gay, or any other sexuality, you are a person, and you deserve love and acceptance. 

And think about it, chasing a person away from the church rather than try to save their souls simply because they are gay is technically worse than being gay

Although there is nothing wrong with being gay, we are all born as whatever sexuality we are

That's just my own thoughts on the matter
