Thank you so much for clearing my doubt on whether I should send Ary to ETF or not. And as most of you wanted Ary to go to ETF, I am including that in the story.

On the next day, Arjun took a day off as though Ary was fine but he was weak. Sakshi has come before going to ETF office and made Ary had a proper breakfast and she even gave the Masala Khichdi which she prepared for Ary for lunch and Set up everything for Tai to prepare Masala Khichdi the way she prepares. So that Tai can make it for Ary for the dinner. Aditi too had come to check Ary and as he was much better, she asked to take rest for a day so that no more damage happened due to weakness. Arjun was checking a case file on the laptop sitting beside Ary who was just not leaving his Dada for a second today. A clear indication of he wants to say something but is not sure on how to say. Arjun waited patiently for him to speak but as he did not, he kept the laptop aside and took Ary in a side hug and started caressing his hair and rubbing his back to which Ary snuggled more into him.

Arjun: Kya hua Ary? Dar lag raha hai?

Ary shook his head in no.

Arjun: Kuchh bolna hai?

Ary shook his head in no and then yes and then again in no and then again in yes. Arjun sighed. He firstly made Ary have some water and again took him in a side hug. Ary finally gathered courage and looked at Arjun.

Ary: Dada..

Arjun: Hmm..

Ary: Aap kab tak aise meri wajah se leaves lete rahoge? Mujhe dar lagta hai meri problem hai. Aap kyu apni duty ke sath meri wajah se compromise kar rahe ho?

Arjun glared at him with anger to which Ary got scared and looked down.

Arjun: Don't you dare to say that ki tumhe dar lagta hai woh tumhari problem hai. We are family Ary aur family me kisi bhi ek insaan ki problem uski akele ki nahi hoti. Puri family ki hoti hai. Jaise hum sukh dukh share karte hai family ke sath waise hi problems bhi share karte hai. Got it.

Ary nodded in yes and muttered sorry to which Arjun just shook his head.

Arjun: Ary you need to understand that ki tumhari wajah se mujhe koi problem nahi ho rahi. Agar aaj tumhari jagah meri tabiyat kharab hoti to kya tum apna kam se leave leke mera dhyan nahi rakhte?

Ary nodded in yes.

Arjun: I did the same Ary. Aur rahi baat duty ke sath compromise karne ki to I am not compromising Ary.

Ary looked at him surprisingly.

Arjun: I mean it Ary. And I know you really do not want to come between me and my duty and I appreciate that. But I know my priorities Ary. Kal jab main yaha aaya aur aaj jab main yaha hoon I know my team is capable enough to handle the cases. Agar unhe meri zaroorat hoti hai I am available on call. Haan agar aisi koi emergency hai jiski wajah se mujhe on field jana hoga like dange ho rahe hai, bomb blasts ho rahe hai and even if you are here Ary burning in fever, I would go to save people. I know the oath I have taken Ary.

Ary felt immense pride and he smiled at Arjun with utmost proud expression. Arjun too smiled at him and was happy that he is capable enough to clear out his brother's doubts.

Ary: Lekin Dada.. Mujhe almost har ek cheez se dar lagta hai. Ek chinti tak ko nahi chhoda maine. Aise me jab bhi apko kam pe jana padega tab main kaise rahunga. Mujhe apne inn sab dar ka samna karna hai lekin kaise karu wahi nahi samaj aata.

Arjun: Ary I am happy that you are aware enough that you know where you are falling weak. Lekin tere Dada hai na tere sath. Hum dono milke tere inn daro ko tujse door bhaga denge.

Ary smiled widely hearing this and hugged Arjun. They broke the hug.

Arjun: Achchha ab batao ki tumhe chinti se kyu dar lagta hai?

Ary: Jab main chhota tha na to chinti ne kaant liya tha.

Arjun was like ek chinti ne kaant liya iss liye yeh aaj tak chinti se darta hai kya hoga iska.

Arjun: Achchha. Woh iss liye kanta hoga kyuki tum uske raste me aa gaye honge. Yeh sab jo janvar hote hai na like saanp, rat etc. sab na tab attack karte hai jab unko khatra feel hota hai. Agar hum unke raste me nahi ayenge to woh bhi hume nuksan nahi pahunchayenge. Aur chinti beech me na ghume iss liye hum ghar ko saaf rakhenge aur chintiyo ke ghar ke paas khana rakh denge to anyways woh beech me nahi ayegi.

Ary nodded in yes. He though was not sure whether he would be able to fight with his fears or not but at least he was having an idea on how he can avoid to get scared so his confidence was high and he was self motivated to handle things.

Ary: Dada.. Yeh sab to dheere dheere adat pad jayegi to main sikh lunga. Lekin..

Arjun: Lekin kya?

Ary: Lekin main nahi chahta ki mere liye aap roz roz yaha ruk ke office na jao.

Arjun: Don't worry. Maine uska solution already soch liya hai.

Ary: Lekin kya?

Arjun: Woh yeh ki kal se tum mere sath ETF office chaloge.

Ary first got excited hearing this but then got shy and then quite scared.

Arjun: Daro mat Ary. Tum waha pe meri cabin me rehna. Main case pe kam karunga aur tum cabin me apne laptop pe jo karna ho woh kar sakte ho.

Ary nodded in yes though was not sure but he has faith in his brother so he agreed.

On the next day, Ary was silent as he was still unsure on going to ETF with Arjun. On the other side, Arjun was sure on what he was doing is correct. They reached ETF office. Arjun has taken permission and seeing the need for the kid, upper management also allowed him but Ary was not allowed to go on field with the team to which anyways even Arjun was in agreement as he himself does not want his brother to see those brutal things.

Ary was walking behind Arjun. As soon as they entered, he saw the people there used to stand up from their seats in attention and used to wish or greet his Dada to which his Dada was not at all responding. He was just walking. Ary felt good that all were wishing his Dada but felt bad as his Dada was looking quite arrogant in his behavior.  He saw Ayesha, Sakshi, Shree, Chhotu and Liza and they smiled at him to which he too smiled back. He was quite comfortable with them now. Specially Sakshi and Shree. Even they wished Arjun and got no response which made Ary frowned and he decided that he should do something.

Ary hold Arjun's hand. Arjun looked at him with raised eyebrows. Rest all were looking at Ary's antics quite confusingly and those who did not know him were looking at him with yeh kaun hai expressions but as he was with Arjun, no one can say anything and they kept mum.

Ary: Dada.. Sab apko wish kar rahe hai. Aur jab koi hume wish kare to hume respond karna chahiye na. Agar.. Agar hum respond na kare to hum hi.. hum hi gande aur arrogant dikhenge na. Humme attitude hai aisa lagega jab ki aisa nahi hai.

Arjun: Ary..

Ary: Dada please.. Sab aapko kitne achchhe se wish kar rahe hai aur woh log to jaldi bhi aa gaye na. Koi rule to break nahi kiya na. To aap unko wish back to kar hi sakte ho na.

He asked Arjun so sweetly that Arjun was not able to deny and sighed in defeat. The core team was just controlling their smile. Sakshi grabbed the opportunity.

Sakshi: Good morning Arjun.. Good Morning Ary..

Ary: Good morning Di..

Now all looked at Arjun who rolled his eyes.

Arjun: Good morning Sakshi..

Sakshi and Ary both smiled widely but still looking at Arjun who understood the reason behind their stares and wished others too.

Arjun: Good morning everyone.

To Arjun's surprise, the entire staff was smiling at him which made him smile slightly. He knew how much his team loves him but he was still not able to reciprocate that love and used to end up scolding them but his team knew him well enough to understand his inner turmoil and thus they were standing by him in all his sufferings.

Sam saw all this from his cabin and was just happy that Ary was bringing good changes in Arjun that too without any force or push. Arjun was doing positive things from his own and not by any unnecessary force. He knew Arjun too wanted to behave normally with all but he was not able to but after having Ary in his life, these small steps were actually making huge impacts.

Arjun: I know aap sab ko yeh question hoga ki yeh jo mere sath aya hai woh kaun hai. He is my younger brother. He will be coming with me at ETF for sometime. His name is Aryan.

Aryan (shyly): Hello..

Rest all too greeted him warmly as they all knew about the tregedy and thus none objected Ary coming to ETF. Ary smiled widely to all of them. But then he saw his Dada in his no-nonsense attitude.

Arjun: Abhi ke liye itna kafi hai. All of you.. Get back to your work now.

All hurridely sat and started doing their work. Ary was surprised to see his Dada like this as he has not seen this side of his Dada. Though he has seen him getting angry but it was just for a few moments but here he was seeing his Dada in completely different aura.

Arjun took Ary to his cabin and asked him to complete the writing assignment he has given to Ary as his handwriting were very bad. At first Arjun felt like even a doctor's handwriing are better than Ary's. Ary started writing from the book. They were busy in their work for sometime.

Arjun: Ary.. Main conference room me hoon. Agar kahi bahar jana hua to I'll call you and inform you. Cabin se bahar nikalke left side jaoge to age jake washroom and cafeteria hai. Agar mujhe conference room me time lage to lunch kar lena time pe. Hum dono wapas sath me hi jayenge. Will you be able to stay here alone?

Ary just looked at him for sometime.

Arjun: Tum mujhe yaha se dekh sakte ho. Woh dekho conference room dikh raha hai na waha pe ja raha hoon main.

Ary smiled hearing this.

Arjun: Ab jau?

Ary nodded in yes. Arjun ruffeled his hair.

Arjun: Tum apna assignment complete kar lo aur koi urgent kam ho to conference room me aa jana.

Ary nodded in yes. Arjun went to conference room. Ary saw him discussing something with the team from the cabin only. Seeing his Dada busy in work even he too got busy in writing his assignent. Arjun though was busy in discussion of some old cases with his team, he was keeping an eye on Ary too and seeing him engrossed in his work, he too calmed down.

Rest all too knew Arjun was keeping an eye on Ary and they all too were used to glance at him after certain point of time so that if they see Ary getting uneasy, they can inform Arjun.

Sam: Arjun.. It's been an hour. Aryan ne abhi tak ek baar bhi wapas yaha pe nahi dekha.

Arjun: His concentration level is too high Sam. Uska dimag bahut fast work karta hai.

Ayesha: Lekin yeh to bahut achchhi baat hai na. Phir aap itne tensed kyu hote ho?

Arjun: woh iss liye kyuki uska ye tez dimag usko overthinking bhi karwata hai. Uske sare dar woh jab bahut chhota tha tab ke hai. Ek baar andhere room me lock ho gaya tha waha pe kisi rat ne shayad kant liya tha tab se har ek chhoti se chhoti baat ko leke darne laga hai aur akele rehne se aur andhere se sab se zyada darne laga hai.

Sakshi: Kuchh bachpan ke dar to bade hone ke baad bhi nahi jate. Yeh to abhi bhi bachcha hi hai. Hum log koshish karke kuchh dar to kam kar hi sakte hai na.

Arjun: Wahi kar raha hoon Sakshi. My job does not allow me to be with him 24x7. I have to make him learn living without me.

Rest all too nodded in understanding but all knew that Ary is too young to learn all this. Then they again got busy in the discussion of some older cases for which reports were being prepared.

Ary completed few pages of writing which took him nearly 2 hours and now he wanted to have a break. He just look around and realised that he is in ETF office. He then instantly looked in the direction of conference room but he could not find his Dada. His Dada was sitting right in front of his eyes but now he was not able to see him. He without thinking anything, got up and ran towards Conference room. Luckily as it was lunch break, the staff was in cafeteria and the core team was in conference room and they used to have lunch once the rest of the staff is done.

Ary almost barged into conference room with scared face. All looked at him almost shockingly. Arjun was at the other corner so Ary was not able to see him from the cabin.  Ary looked at Arjun and sighed in relief.

Ary (almost crying): Dada...

He ran to Arjun and hugged him tightly. Arjun too hold him protectively while saying assuring words to him.

Arjun: Main yahi hoon Ary kahi nahi gaya tujhe chhod ke. Aur na kabhi jaunga. Shant ho ja.

Ary nodded and broke the hug.

Ary: Sorry.. Woh maine aapko nahi dekha to..

Arjun: Dar gaye the?

Ary nodded in yes in embarrassment. Arjun again hugged him.

Arjun: It's okay Ary. Dar sab ko lagta hai. Look at the brighter side Ary. You stayed all alone in the cabin for 3 hours. Have you ever been this long alone in your own room?

Ary shook his head in no and at the same time he was highly surprised. His fear was overtaken by the joy he felt. His surprised expressions soon turned into a wide smile.

Ary: Dada.. Main.. main itne sare hours tak akela raha?

Arjun: Yes

Ary hugged him out of happiness. Rest team members clapped for Ary. He smiled at them.

Sam: Congratulation Aryan.

Ary: Aryan nahi.. Ary.. Aap sab to Dada ke friends ho na. Aur mera bhi apne chhote bhai ke jaise hi dhyan rakhte ho. To phir aap sab bhi apne hi hue na. Aap log mujhe Ary bula sakte ho.

Ayesha: Okay then. Congratulation Ary on behalf of the entire ETF team.

Ary: Thank you.

All again clapped. Arjun sighed in relief that his brother is on the right path to handle his fears but at the same time he was still finding the answer of how to make Ary strong enough to handle himself when he is not busy in any work. Today he is able to stay alone because he was busy in his work but he has to learn to stay alone even if he is free. But he was somewhere positive that this small achievement of Ary will definitely boost his inner confidence and will help him to fight his fears.

Ary on the other hand was feeling a different kind of motivation and self confidence within himself. He was feeling stronger. He was motivated that if today he can stay alone for 3 hours, tomorrow  he can definitely stay alone for more than that. He just needs to have faith in his Dada and himself and he was determined to fight back his fears.

This was the beginning of Ary's journey in ETF. I'll try to showcase his bonding with other team members in the upcoming story. I might rush the ETF journey as there are so many things which are yet to be addressed but still let's see how it goes.

I need some ideas on how Ary will realise that He has to allow Arjun to do his work without worrying about Ary's fears as they directly take toll on his health and it will definitely affect Arjun too. Self realisation and love are the two main things because of which the person fights with his own fear. So share the ideas on how I can showcase Ary's self realisation.
