Showing Huda his hand, as if he is about to beat him, smiling, Alekh says,"saley nautanki!" and they both laugh together, forgetting all the problems. Reaching her room in anger, Naina pushes the door hard, not bothering that the sound might disturb others. Well somehow she already knew that Pooja must be awake, so of course it won't disturb her at all. She finds Pooja sitting on her bed, a blanket laid on her upto her waist."Oye Naina tera signal kahan kat gaya tha? Kabse tere SMS ka wait kar rahi thi", Pooja intentionally asks her this, to lighten her mood. "Kuch nahi Pooja tu so ja" "Oye Naina, tera aur mera connection jo ab jud gaya hai na to itni asani se tut ne nahi wala. Meri dost room mein nahi hai, aur ab jab ayi hai to pareshan hai, aur main so jaun? Tu aisa soch bhi kaise sakti hai?"Sitting on her side of the bed, Naina presses her forehead with her fingertips.Getting worried about her health, Pooja asks, "teri tabiyat theek nahi hai kya Naina?" Matlab aisa jo sahi time par apna mission complete na kare?" "Naina tujhey lagta hai ki mission complete na kar pane ki wajah se main tujhse baat karna chor dungi?"asks Pooja, getting slightly angry. Then frowning, she continues, "par log jo keh rahe hain..." her incomplete sentence alerts Naina. Creasing her brows she asks,"kya keh rahe hain?"Suddenly they hear a girl saying, "Rajveer Sir aur Naina?" Naina rushes and opens the door and discovers two girl cadets crossing by their room, having smile on their face, indulged in some conversation. Of course it was easy for Naina to make out through their expression what they are talking about. It sets her blood to boiling.

Major Bhargava witnesses everything while crossing the girls, seeing Naina standing by her room's door, her face expression perfectly showing her anger, makes Major Bhargava to give a sarcastic smile. He tells himself, "aya to tha ek cadet ko kuch samjhane yahan, par yahan to main khud hi bohot kuch samajh kar ja raha hoon. Not bad! Not at all bad!" and gives a sarcastic smile.

As he leaves the place and reaches the main corridor of KMA, Captain Rajveer crosses him. "Captain Rajveer!"he calls out. Captain Rajveer turns to look at him, all calm, giving nothing away. Reaching him, Major Bhargava says, "To Captain Rajveer, kaisa raha mentorship camp ka apka experience?" he asks, almost mocking at him. Captain Rajveer gives him a hard stare, which Major Bhargava certainly enjoys. "Nahi wo actually Brigadier Chandok ne mujhey ek report banane ko kaha tha, isliye socha apse puch lun. Jaane se pehle mujhey ye akhri kaam karte hue jana hai". His last line alerts Captain Rajveer. Giving more attention to him, Captain Rajveer asks,"Jaane se pehle?" "Ji haan Captain, apko jaan kar khushi hogi, ke mera kaam KMA mein khatam ho gaya hai, so kal subah I am leaving",he informs him. "Kaash main apko ye bol pata ki I'll miss you!" he says with too much bitterness. "Itna gussa Captain? But I wonder ye gussa apko isliye aa raha hai ki maine apko hurt kia ya isliye aa raha hai apki protegee, apki favorite, Naina Singh Ahluwalia ko hurt kia?" This again increases his temper to an extreme level now.

Pointing a finger, Captain Rajveer warns him, "Apni gandi soch aur galat harkatein aap mujh par apply mat karna warna nateeja acha nahi hoga. Kuch aisa mat kariye Sir ki kal jo aap yahan se jayein to apko izzat ke saath nahi balki dhakke maar kar beizzat karke nikala jaye". Giving a sarcastic laugh, Major Bhargava says, "Yakeen Captain! Yakeen bohot hai apko apne aap par. Par jo main abhi dekh raha hun ussey to aisa lagta hai ki bezzati meri nahi, apki ho rahi hai. Am I wrong Captain?"he gives him a stare, Captain Rajveer doesn't fail to stare back. "Aur kya kaha apne... gandi soch aur galat harkatein! Captain gandi soch aur galat harkatein kiski thi ye mujhey remind karwayenge aap? Mujhey batayenge ki kyun late ho gaye aap KMA wapas aane mein?" This was more than enough for his tolerance power, Captain Rajveer grabs Major Bhargava by his collars, warning him in anger, "Major Bhargava aap..." unable to decide how to describe his dirty personality, Captain Rajveer's words trails off, for he is unable to word his hatred for Major Bhargava and at last shakes his head in anger, staring him throughout this time, with his eyes reflecting his level of anger for Major Bharagava.

At last Captain Rajveer let go of his collar."Shatranj khela hai apne kabhi Sir?" he asks him, regaining his composure. Major Bhargava raises an eyebrow at his question. "Shatranj mein bhale hi shuru se hi samne wala, apka opponent jeetta hua nazar aye par apke ek chaal se, pura game apke favor mein ho sakta hai!", warns Captain Rajveer."Matlab kya hai apka?"asks Major Bhargava, creasing his brows."Aap mera matlab bohot achi tarah samjh rahe hain Major Bhargava. Mujhey ek minute nahi lagega apki har baat Brigadier Chandok ke samne rakhne mein. Kis tarah se jab hum cadets the, aap mere aur Naveen ke peeche parh jate the. "But I wonder, aisa kyun hai ki main jab bhi Cadet Naina ko dekhta hun to mujhey apke dost, gaddar, the traitor, Captain Naveen Singh Ahluwalia ki yaad aati hai?" asks Major Bhargava, mockingly, reading Captain Rajveer's expressions. As a result of his words Captain Rajveer clutches his fist, his jawline visible clearly. Major Bhargava doesn't fail to notice it.

"Ji haan Captain, bilkul sahi soch rahe hain aap. Main janta hun ki Cadet Naina, I mean Cadet Naina Singh Ahluwalia, deshdrohi Captain Naveen Singh Ahluwalia ki behn hai. But I wonder, kya ye baat Brigadier Chandok jante hain?" he asks, mocking at Captain Rajveer. It's then that Brigadier Chandok intervenes,"Captain!", his presence shocks them.

On the other hand, Naina also hears the last few lines of the conversation. And she remembers how Captain Rajveer had a look of anger on his face, when Major Bhargava had joined the academy. His anger and frustration, when he blamed Major Bhargava during mentorship program for trying to sow a seed of differences among all the mentors and also because he doubted that Major Bhargava might try to take Naina away from Captain Rajveer. Deciding that she'll ask for her answers the next day, Naina leaves for her room.
