In the mid-way Naina says, "ajeeb baat hai Sir, hum do baar car mein ek saath aaye hain, aur dono baar aap mujhse baat nahi kar rahe". Taking a deep breath Rajveer says,"Naina, gussa bhi to tum hi dilati ho na?""Aur aap? Aap kya humesha sahi hotey hain Sir?" "Maine aisa kab kaha Naina? Par tum mujhe samjhne ki koshish hi nahi karti". He looks at her, but she remains quiet. Shaking his head, he resumes to looking ahead at the road, and says,"Anyways can I ask you something?""Agar maine apse kaha ki mujhey apse baat nahi karni to kya aap chup rahenge?" asks Naina, staring ahead at the road."Okay Cadet Singh agar apko nahi sunna to fine". After few minutes when she realizes that he will seriously not ask her what he wanted to ask, she looks at him and says, "Puchiye apko kya puchna tha!" In a state of anger he replies,"nahi it's okay Cadet Singh. Let it be!"Feeling guilty, she says "please Sir bataiye na, kya kehna tha apko?"Sighing he asks,"Kya tum Naveen ke saath bhi aise hi ladti thi?"

Listening to his question, brings back many lost memories. Smiling she says, "Bhaiya! Unse to main bohot ladti thi!" Rajveer turns to look at her. "Apko pata hai Sir, jab bhaiya academy se wapas aaney wale hotey the, wo pehle hi mujhse phone karke puch lete the ki wo mere liye kya layein. Waise to kehte the ki unhe zada bahar jana allowed nahi hai, lekin phir bhi bohot dil se puchte the, to main mana nahi kar pati thi"smiles Naina. "Kya mangti thi tum?"Smiling, Naina replies, "Sir ab main unse dress mang kar unhe bekar mein tension mein nahi dalti thi. Unka dil rakhne ke liye unhe earrings laney ko bol deti thi".Smiling she continues, "mujhey earring ka bohot shok hai. KMA mein jab se aayi hun, tab se ye sub nahi pehn pati. Par fir bhi collection hai mere paas". Looking at her, Rajveer smiles.

Soon they reach 'THE COSY'. Entering the restaurant, Naina looks at her left and discovers Ali and Pooja sitting there. The darkness becomes a barrier between all of them and; Rajveer and Naina. Out of excitement and embarrassment, Naina unconsciously holds Rajveer by his upper arm, indicating him to look at Ali and Pooja. Witnessing them there, he smiles, then looking towards Naina he indicates her to look towards their right!

She gets amazed to discover Dr. Shalini and Yudi together. Rajveer whispers into Naina's ear - "Main Dr. Shalini ke liye bohot khush hun. Main humesha se chahta tha ki koi unhe hansaye. I mean hansata to main bhi hun..."saying this, he blushes. Then he continues, "Par koi aisa jinhe dekh kar unhe automatically hansi aa jaye". To this Naina jokes seriously, "you mean Yudi joker hai?" Rajveer laughs and talks simultaneously,"nahi! Nahi I didn't mean...". Finding him in a confused state makes Naina to laugh, but she tries very hard to control it. "Well, apko itna time milta hai ki aap ye sub notice karein? I am surprised!" smiles Naina. Looking at her Rajveer smiles and they move forth in search of their seat.

Suddenly Naina pulls him back and says, "Sir chaliye na yahan se!" "Kyun? Kya hua?" asks Rajveer, creasing his brows. "Kisi ne humein dekh lia to?""To?" asks Rajveer, creasing his brows. Seeing her nervous he smiles and says "Kya Dr. Shalini aur Cadet Yudi darey hain, aise yahan aane se?" Naina looks into his eyes. "Kya Cadet Ali aur Cadet Pooja darey hain yahan aane se?"Smiling he continues, "To Cadet Naina a Singh kyun darr rahi hai? Cadet Naina Singh Ahluwalia kyun darr rahi hai?" Naina stands speechless.

Smiling, he continues, "waise bhi hum to bus dinner karne aaye hain, konsa hum dono..." then he looks towards her, indicating -'konsa hum dono friends or more than friends hain!'. Lowering her eyes, she says"okay chaliye!".Smiling, they both head towards their table. As they reach the middle table of the fifth row, they both simultaneously discover, Huda and Simran sitting on the middle table of the third row. Looking at each other, Rajveer and Naina smile and move forth.

Naina whisper, "I am glad Alekh ko ye sub nahi pasand. You know restaurants and all!" As soon as she completes this line, they discover Neelu and Alekh sitting on the fifth table of the third row. She gets surprised and numb, seeing them there together. Rajveer tries very hard to control his laugh. Teasingly, he whispers into her ear, "I am sure that's not Neelu and Alekh! Right Cadet Singh?" A shocked Naina looks at Rajveer, smiling, they move forth towards their table at the last row, extreme left corner.

Rajveer in all gentleman style, drags the chair for Naina. (Rajveer-Naina tune starts) Taking her seat, she smiles and says, "thank you".Smiling, Rajveer takes his seat in front of her. "So Cadet..." as he starts, Naina interrupts him."Ahmm... Sir, aap mujhey yahan bhi Cadet karke bulayenge?" asks Naina, avoiding eye-contact with him. Smiling, he replies, "Alright Naina! What would you like to have?"

Soon all the pairs indulge into having dinner and chatting with each other.

"Pooja ji humein lagta hai ye 'mentorship program' itna aasan nahi hoga"...

"Yes Ma'am I very nervous. I don't know inn logo ke dimag mein kya chal raha hai"...

Placing a hand on Huda's hand, Captain Simran says, "Come on Huda tum daro mat. You are a bright student, I know. Tumhare liye mushkil nahi hoga".

"Mushkil hoga ya nahi ye to unn tasks ko janney ke baad hi pata chalega" says Naina. "Hmm...! Naina let me warn you for good, mujhey nahi lagta ki Major Bhargava itne easy tasks dene waley hain!"

"Apun ko to yeich samajh nahi aa raha ki wo muchchad itna khatarnak kyun lag raha hai apun ko!"

"Dekho Yudi chinta ki koi baat nahi hai. Main hun na, koi problem ho to tum mujhse kabhi bhi aakar, bejhijhak baat kar sakte ho""Thank you Ma'am!"

"Oh come on Alekh, agar tum apna mission, apne tasks, theek time pe complete karoge to tumhe darne ki zarurat hi nahi hogi!" "Darta nahi hai apun. Bus thodi chinta ho rahi hai".

"Madam ji jhijhakta to kisi se bhi nahi hai ye jatt! Jhatka deta hai, jhatka! Jo koi bhi Huda se panga leta hai"

"Oye Ali tu silent mode pe kyu chala gaya?"

"Pata hai kya Sir, mujhey koi farak nahi padhta ki kaise tasks diye jayenge. Main bus itna janti hun ki jab tak aap mere saath hain tab tak main apne raaste se kabhi nahi bhatkungi", smiles Naina.

(Rajveer-Naina tune begins)

"Pooja ji aap mujhey ye bataiye ki apko ye jagah kaisi lagi?""Oye Ali ye jagah to ek dum best hai".Ali gives a sigh of relief. "Humein samajh nahi aa raha tha hum apko kahan dinner ke liye le jayein. Ye restaurant paas tha to..." Placing a hand on his hand Pooja says, "Ali tu ne itna socha, wohi mere liye bohot badi baat hai. Warna Rohit to itna bhi nahi karta tha...""Pooja ji aap Rohit ji ko bhul kyun nahi jati? Kya zaruri hai humari har baat ko Rohit ji ke swabhav ke saath jodna?"says Ali, getting angry. Accepting that she does it wrong by bringing Rohit in between them each time, holding her ears, Pooja says, "Sorry ab nahi laungi. Ab sirf tum hogey mere phonebook mein. Mere phone book mein ab kisi ka naam save nahi hoga". Listening to her words makes Ali to smile. Pooja smiles back.

"Sir" as she addresses him, Rajveer looks at her. "Haan Naina""Ahmmm... hum Point 1857 kab jayenge?" As she asks this, his whole demeanor tightens.Smiling he says,"Naina tum kyun wahan jaaney ke liye insist kar rahi ho?" "Sir please! Kya aap mujhey wahan nahi le jana chahte?" Rajveer looks at her, blushing "Main..."lowering his eyes he completes the line, "main tumhe wahan kyun nahi le jana chahunga Naina?" Then clearing his throat, he says, "I... I mean... alright hum..." then closing his eyes and controlling his breathing rate, he says, "dekho Naina, abhi to mujhey tension hai iss mentorship program ki" "Kyu Sir?"asks Naina, creasing her brows. "Tum Major Bhargava ko janti nahi ho. Main janna chahta hun ki unhone kya tasks plan kiye hain!""Jo bhi ho hum kar lenge Sir". Shaking his head, he says,"Naina tum please Major Bhargava ko itni lightly mat lo"."Sir maine notice kia hai ki aap Major Bhargava ko zada pasand nahi karte. Aisa kyun Sir?" As soon as Naina asks this, blood drains out of his face.

"Bataiye na ma'am uss din aap itni tensed kyun thi? Kon tha wo jissey apne baat kia tha?""Yudi please rehne do uss baat ko!""Dekhiye ma'am main janta hun ki main academy mein masti karta hun, mazak karta hun, but you can really trust me when it comes to sharing your pain or secrets with me. Looking at him, with pain and sorrow in her eyes, Dr. Shalini says,"wo mere husband the". Now Yudi gets shocked! "Oh!" This single word from him had so much of anger and frustration hidden in it, Shalini could understand it perfectly. She notices, his hand turning into a fist. Shalini waits for him to accept the truth and react."To?" asks Yudi, indicating her to elaborate. "Shayad subke kismat mein wo 'happily married forever' nahi hota"says Dr. Shalini, using her fingers to indicate the inverted commas."Phir kya hua?"Sighing, she continues, "Wohi normal shaadi-shuda logon ke problems. Anyways let it be. Kuch aur baat karte hain",she tries to divert the topic. "Kaisi problems?" he insists. Getting irritated, Dr. Shalini says, "Oh come on Yudi, please! Mujhey iss barey mein kuch baat nahi karni".She closes her eyes and tries to clear her mind."Fine, agar apko nahi batana to it's okay". Getting angry he gets up and uses another table. Shaking her head, she picks up a plate of food, walking to his table Dr. Shalini brings the plate filled with food in front of Yudi, who is sitting all angry, his left leg resting on his right. "Don't behave like a kid! Please eat this!"scolds Dr. Shalini and places the plate in front of Yudi. Yudi pushes the plate away, showing the gesture of anger and not interested in having the food. Dr. Shalini pushes the plate again towards Yudi, who is looking anywhere but at her! "Yudi mujhey pata hai ki tum gussa ho, aur mujhse baat bhi nahi karna chahte. I accept all that. But please apna gussa khaney pe mat utaro. Khalo, please. I know tumne kuch nahi khaya hai so please... chahey tum mujhse gussa raho. But kha lo",pleads Dr. Shalini.Looking towards her, he orders her to sit, "Sit!" "Excuse me?" "I said sit!" he orders again. "Aap mujhey order kar rahe hain?" "Yes Dr. Shalini. Main Cadet Yudi apko order kar raha hun!" Itching her forehead, smiling, she says,"well I would rather, we enjoy our dinner at our original table"she points towards their table. He gets up and starts walking forth. Dr. Shalini whispers more to herself than to him,"Good!"

"Wo Naina..."sighing, he says, "Oh come on Naina, tumne dekha nahi, kitne strict lag rahe hain wo. Unse bachke rehna hoga. So of course kisi bhi normal insaan ka aisa hi reaction hoga jaisa mera tha, you know" says Rajveer, having a bite of his food."You mean Major Nayyer normal nahi hain?" jokes Naina, trying to control her laugh.Creasing his brows, he asks,"What do you mean?""I mean I noticed ki Major Nayyer kafi khush the unke aane se"."Oh I am surprised to know ki aap mere alawa kisi aur ko bhi notice karti hain. I mean kisi aur 'male' teacher ko bhi notice karti hain",says Rajveer, looking intently into her eyes, they both stare and maintain the stare. (Rajveer-Naina tune starts)

"Aap se ek baat kahun?" "Sure" "Aap bilkul waise nahi hai jaise maine socha tha aap honge"Laughing, he asks"And why is that Naina? Matlab kya hai tumhara?" "I mean mujhey lagta tha aap bohot serious kind of hongey" "Aur main serious nahi hun?"asks Rajveer, looking into her eyes. "Nahi, I mean, pehle main apse bohot darti thi""Really, aur ab?""Ab..." "Hmm..."unable to speak more, he manages with 'hmm...' waiting eagerly for an answer. "Ab main apki respect karti hun" (Rajveer-Naina tune starts again, as they keep staring each other).Breaking the eye-contact, Naina says "I am eager to visit Point 1857".Rajveer blushes and shakes his head.

"Tu chinta bhi mat kar. Mujhey tujh par pura bharosa hai"smiles Neelu, Alekh smiles back.

"Pooja ji humare ghar mein kisi ko agar pata laga na ki hum iss waqt, iss tarah apke saath hain, to fir to pakka humare abbu humein kal hi ghar bula lenge" "Oye wrong signal, unhe batayega kon?"then smiling, Pooja continues, "Dekh Ali, kabhi kabar agar zindagi ko jee liya jaye, kuch pal apne liye nikal liya jaye to koi galti nahi hai", smiles Pooja.

"Galti? Apun ki to akha zindagi hi galat hai. Pehle chori ki wajah se apun jail gaya. To jailer ne kaha chori galat hai. Fir kisi tarah yahan KMA mein aaya to yahan dost log boley daaru peena galat hai. Aur apun ki maa bhi to... wo bhi to chali gayi apun ko iss duniya mein akela chor kar. Lagta hai usko bhi lagta tha ki sala apun jaise galat insaan ke saath rehna hi galat hai".Placing a hand on his hand, smiling, Neelu says, "Tu chinta mat kar ab main aa gayi hun na, har galti ko sudhar kar sahi kar dungi". As she says this, she feels like vomiting. She runs towards the washroom."Neelu..." runs Alekh after her and waits outside the rest room for her to return back."Neelu! Neelu tu theek to hai na?"asks tensed Alekh."Alekh main..." she avoids eye contact, then continues,"ahmmm... kya hum wapas chal sakte hain?" "Haan chal, waise bhi mujhey teri tabiyat theek nahi lag rahi"saying this he waits for her to say something. "Alekh... I... I am pregnant!"Her declaration drains the blood from his face.
