Naina : (looking at nothing with welled up eyes) Main captain Shekhawat k under kam kr rhi hu usi mission pr jiski wajah se aj hum sab yaha hain.... major Puneet ko m pehle se janti hu.... i hv also worked under him. Vo bohot hi ganda insan h.. (she shed tears of pain) he tried to force himself upon and when i fought fr myself he blamed me for being a characterless woman. I filed a complaint against him but he bng a senior officer sabotaged my case and made me leave my base at that time. I tried but i couldn't mk him punished for the same.

Bhargav :  She s lying...

Judge  : defence

Naina  : No I am notttt.... I still have that copy of my complaint.

She took a deep breathe.

Then here again I saw him as my senior officer. He again tried to trouble me as he didnt know about me n Major Rajveer being married.

Then, through my sources i got some clues of him bng involved in this case. I behaved nicely with him. I got so many  evidence against him but  the major loophole was still to be found. One such day he tried to take One more colleague somewhere to assault her so i went away with him but i got trapped as tried to (she held the witness box tightly to stop herself from falling... hiccupping)  ..... Everyone was shocked to hear the reality. Gasps were so loud tht the judge has to order them to maintain silence.

Shalini holds her tight and hugs her..

Naina : Noooo.... (teary eyed, she looked at Judge, unable to gather the strength to look at Rajveer) meri wajah se already kaafi logo ko kitni takleef jhelni pdi h.... 

She could nt face Rajveer as she found herself guilty n responsible fr all this .

I kept on shouting but she didnt listen to me. He was hell bent on proving his manhood to me. I cried..begged... but he didnt....

The only thing i remember is ..

At this she looked at Rajveer. An eye lock which no words could decipher in words. Only they know, wht they r feeling at this moment.

I dnt remember what happened next because he had beaten me brutally and i passed out.

Judge : ( Thinking a lot and taking a deep breath ) Major Shekhawat now will u tell me is this true or not ?

Rajveer : No she s lieing to protect me.

Naina : (looks at him in anger )kyun Jhuth bol rahe hai aap??? Kis bat k liye?   Kisey bachana chahte hain? Major Puneet ko????? Ya fir mujhe????

Rajveer : Naina pleaseeee

Naina :  Kya galat kia h aapne jo aap chuppa rahe h..?? Na Maine kuch galat nhi kia hai..naa aapne.... agar apne usey nhi maara hota aur agr mujhe mauka milta toh m us insaan k itne tukde karti ki usey dekhkar b koi usey pehchan nhi paata..

Bhargav  : kya saboot h is bat ka??? Ye sab in dono ki chaal hai.... ye srf safed jhut h... sab jaante h Naina Singh Ahluwahlia  ki hakikat. Iska aur major Shekhawat ka KMA time se affair  chal raha h.. aur ye bat puri duniya janti h..

Rajveer : (he was all ready to pounce on him) just shut upppp shut up...

Bhargav  : kya hua major sachhayi se mirchi lg gyi.... but your honour ye bat m nhi pura kma janta h.... us batch ka har ek teacher student ye bat ache se janta h... un waadiyo me aaj bhi inke najaayaz ishq ke charche mashhoor hain...

Puja : (she objects in anger) my lord

Judge : behave

Bhargav : sorry mylord. But ye sab man ghadant baatein h jo ye dono milke bna rahe h...

Puja : mylord I think we should not degrade a woman's character and my dear friend is not understanding this basic thing.

Judge : defence.. can you present some evidence to prove this?

Puja  : yes mylord. I want to question Lt Alekh.

Alekh enters the witness box. Rajveer looks at him helplessly.

Alekh : mujhe maaf krdena sir... pr apun ab aur chup nhi rahega...
Judge sahab apun us din rajveer sir aur naina se milne aaya tha tb pta chla ki Naina puneet k sath gyi h aur mujhe kuch thik nhi lga...humne uska location pta krwaya aur jb waha pahunche to hum alg alg jagah naina ki dhundne lge... naina mujhe  nhi mili... aur jb m waha pahuncha to dekha ki naina ki halat khrab thi... aur puneet mar chuka tha... fr hum naina ko lekar hospital bhaage...

Puja : ab aap ja sakte hain lt alekh Sharma. Your honour... these are all medical reports of Lt.Naina Singh Shekhawat. And i also want to present the doctor, who is treating mrs Shekhawat.

Doctor was called in witness box.

Puja : aap please hume Naina se related sari baate bataiye.

Doctor : she was brought to our hospital in a verybad condition. Her ribs were broken and stomach was bleeding internally as she was continuously hit . Her body had clear signs of bng assaulted. She was depressed and hvng severe anxiety attacks. No medicine was working on her.thats why i asked Capt Rajveer to not to give her more trauma..she needs relaxing n secured environment. I think thats y he was taking all the blame on himself as he could lose her forever. And because of her bad condition and to avoid her from more trauma,  I kept it this case secret.
Postmortem report of Major Puneet also proves he was the one who .... forced himself upon Naina.

Judge looks at the reports.

Judge :  But it still doesnt prove that Major Rajveer is not a traitor or Major Puneet was a traitor.

Naina : I just need some time to prove it all. I hv all the evidence against him to prove this. Just a few minutes, i m asking..

Till that time, Chaubey enters with all the recordings and papers and hands it over to Judge.

Judge : these all papers prove that major Puneet was a traitor. And major rajveer is just doing it all to save his country.

But i want to ask one question to all ??? Why are you all never complain of these issues? Why do you feel scared to complain? Why? If people   like u fail to understand the importance of women's rights then who will take the initiative ?

Everyone looks at her.

Akhir kya h ek ladki ki izzat?? Uske body parts uski izzat hain? Koi kisise kisiki izzat nhi chhin sakta... a girl should not compromise whn someone does something like that.. i understand tht ppl go through trauma... they hv to face a lot bcz of all this. But u cant just stop .... ur silence gives them more power.. aaj aap kal koyi aur.. padso koi aur.. lekin agar aap aj awaaz utha lenge to fr koi dusra kbhi b ye sb shayad face na kare. Ye kaanoon bhi srf aapke liye tb hath badaega jb aap apna hath aage denge.. please please dont hold yourself.  Come frwd and register your complaints. Make them punished.

With this i give this verdict that Major Puneet is a traitor and Rajveer is free from all charges.

Major Shekhawat and lt Alekh are fined  for hiding the truth. As you both tried to hide the witness and evidence, you will be fined and Major Rajveer Singh Shekhawat is free from all the allegations and can go home after completing all the formalties.
Lt. Singh can go home and all the formalities can be done at her home. She need not to be called to court. Major Puneet is declared to be a traitor and all his cases should be relooked into, thoroughly.

Captain Rajveer before being a husband you are first a soldier and you should not do this to your motherland in any case.

Major Bharav is also being fined for degrading a woman in a public place.

Bhargav corrects his cap in frustration and leaves.

All leave the courtroom.

Sherry n Shalini takes Naina back to her home as she passed out in fear and anxiety.

Alekh, Puja n Rajveer wait in the court to complete the paper formalities.

Others were shocked and hpy too. They inform their other friends n family that all is fine now. They all left for Rajveer's home to tk care of Naina.
