Rajveer gulped his anger and helplessness was clearly visible in his eyes. His voice was choking in his throat. He was gathering strength to call her but all in vain. Its been 5  minutes .... 5 damn minutes and he is still sitting here watching her lying lifeless in a shattered and broken condition. He want to take her in his embrace  to hug her and to snatch away all the pain she has to go through, but his body is feeling numb and having zero strength to call her or to even touch her. His eyes still having the whirlpools, casting downwards he clenched his fist and tears rolled down his eyes!

"Nainaaaah......"

A shriek not so low nor so high but enough to bring out Rajveer from his thoughts. Rajveer looked at Alekh with disappointment and pain and Alekh was gritting his teeth in anger.

It was the most painful scene for Alekh. His eyes welled up, still keeping the redness. His eyes started roaming across the whole godown. His eyes first fell on Naina from where he soon averted his gaze out of pain n gulit n helplessness of not being able to save her beloved sister. Then he  looked at Rajveer, who looked at him with so much regret n pain and soon Rajveer looked down as he was not able to face Alekh. Then Alekh looked around from Naina's shattered clothes to the gun lying on the floor to the wall having blood stains and then towards Major Puneet Malhotra!

Alekh ran towards him daftly. Without realising he was already dead, he was going to attack him but gauging the situation Rajveer ran towards Alekh to stop him. Holding Alekh by his waist,Rajveer shouted,

"He is dead Alekh.
! He's already dead! "

Rajveer's words were reaching to deaf ears. Alekh was not even processing what he was hearing. He was just shouting.

"Chod dijiye Sir mujhe... aaj apun chodega nhi is kameene ko. Isey apun ne pehle ich samjhaya tha ki ye Naina se dur rahe.par ye sala kbhi nhi sudhrega..aj apun iski jaan leke rahega.. chod dijiye.... bs ek bar chod dijiye"

It was getting tough for Rajveer to handle him. He was stopping him with all his might but it was getting  impossible for him to handle a 'brother'!

"Stop it Alekh! Woh mar chuka h alekh.. he is dead.. tum sun rahe ho.......mai maar chuka hu usey.. tum kuch b aisa nhi karoge.. samjhne ko koshish karo Alekh..."

"Nahi sir aap mujhe chod dijiye mai isey itni aasani se nhi mrne dene wala.. chodiye mujhe..."

Rajveer Slapped Alekh. It was a hard one making him fell down on the floor. Alekh's one hand on his cheek and he looked up towards Rajveer with a questioning look.

"Alekh stop it.. just stop it.. tum kuch b nhi karoge..tum sun rahe ho..tum kuch b aisa nhi karoge..mere jane k bad koi toh hona chahiye Naina ko sambhalne k liye.. (holding alekh by his collar)are u getting me? Naina ko tumhari Zarurat h alekh.. hum dono nhi chod skte uska sath. Main tumhare bhrose Naina ko chodke jana chahta hu Alekh..."

Alekh was looking him with wide eyes n Rajveer was sitting next to him, shattered n broken with eyes welled up!

"Sir ... Ye kya keh rahe h aap?"

"Wahi jo sach h... mai puneet ko zinda kaise chhod skta tha.. Naa vo apne desh ki izzat kar sakaa... naa hi ek aurat ki... agr usey aaj m nhi maarta.. toh shayad puri zindagi apne aap ko maaf nhi kr paata... uski himmat b kaise hui meri Naina k sath badt............"

His words didnt find its way out of his mouth. He was again drowning in her pain. He looked at her, lying pale and broken.

"Mujje Naina ko hospital le jana hogaa.... hlp me alekh..."

Alekh responded with a nod!

"Alekh jeep kaafi dur h... tum jao.. jeep lekar aao tb tk mai .... Naina ko...lekar....."

Alekh understood his unsaid words n ran towards the jeep. His mind was still processing wtever happened a few minutes  back. He was thinking what to do now n how to handle this delicate situation n NAINA!

Rajveer walked towards her.  He caressed her face, came forward n tried to pick her up. Naina stirred n her body started shaking with fear... He touched her hand and called her,

"Nainaah..."

Naina jerked away his hand and started shouting...

"Dur raho mujse... stay away.... m mar dungi tumhe... maine... kahaa.... dur hatoooooo......"

Raj got up and turned towards her left ... now facing her...

"Naina..... Naina m hu... Rajveer... Naina dekho... m hu.... Alekh b h.."

Naina opened her eyes n looked at him in disbelief... her mind was not ready to accept that someone was here for her...to save her.. to protect her...she looked at him with no expressions at her face...but now, at least she was looking at him.. listening to him..

"tum daro mat... puneet chla gya h Naina...."

His mere name made her go all hopeless n scared.her body started trembling.... she started breathing heavily... her forehead creased n eyes scrunched, not ready to look at him. She was nodding in a No.

"Naina... nainaa.... dekho idhar...."

She didnt look at him neither reacted to his words in anyway..

"Naina m hu... Rajveer ... dekho... bs ek bar dekho.... please... dekho Alekh b aane wala h... sherry b tumhara wait kr rahi h.. Naina... sab thik h naina... dekho ek bar..."

He was trying to calm her n lessen her fear..

She looked at him all scared and averted her gaze . Rajveer who was sitting near her, tried to held her to hlp him get up. Naina was not looking at him . Rajveer looked drctly in her eyes, who were casted down.. her hands were still covering her front to save her dignity. he turned her n tried to get her up. She was half lying n soon her eyes fell on his face again n this tym her mind recognized him n with all her will power n left out strength, she turned to hug him and the only word she could utter was...

"RAJVEE......"

And the rest was only what she mouthed,

"eer Sir..."

N She fainted in his arms, where she felt protected n safe enough to lose her senses. Her face was resting on his chest. The shirt which was covering her back slid down. Rajveer soon became baffled n shouted patting her cheeks..

"Naina...naina utho naina...

But her body was just all cold n loosely lying in his arms. He realised her upper body was not hvng a piece of cloth as he touched her back to hold her. He never looked at her in a wrong way n today too he was being a gentleman. He didnt even look at her . He quickly took his shirt which was lying right there n made her wear it without looking at her . Buttoning it up , he took her in his strong arms n ran towards the jeep, where Alekh was waiting for them.
