(what they saw on the twins were really servere diaper rashes it was the rash was bleeding a little on the backside of the two kids and the front had an dark red color all around the kids lower area it looked like just bad)

Josh=thats why they been crying so loud like that.

(and so once they were rinse off the two adults started drying them off)
