Soul by my Side
"No"
"But its right there?"
"No, and I mean it!"
"Boo, is everything alright?" Tubbo asked, poking his head into the room and giving his platonic husband... pff.. yeah platonic. Riiiiight.
"Just arguing with myself," he said with an easy grin.
"Your such a goof boo," Tubbo said, Ranboo blushed even though it was easier to see on his white half then his ender half.
"Micheal asleep?" he asked curious.
"Out like a light," Tubbo said with a yawn of his own "Try not to stay up too late."
"I won't Tubbs," Ranboo responded, a Ram hybrid smiled and header upstairs to bed.
"You got it badddddd kid."
"Shut up Dream," Ranboo sighed.
Yes Dream, or rather his other half. It seemed Dream going down the villain path had been... a bit of possession, Dreams soul had then been pulled out of his body and into an enderman. For the first many months Dreams part had been asleep, allowing the mob half to evolve into a true Player due to Dream being a player.
It had been a near Cannon death that allowed Dream to wake, and suddenly Ranboo remembered everything. He was both Dream and Ranboo, and most of the time there minds were one except for when there souls were not synced up. It rarely happened, and Ranboo knew it was happening less and less.
He feared that when it stopped, he would no longer truly be himself. Or somehow one mind would engulf the other, swallowing them. Neither wanted that, they survived and made sure to keep the Demons in Dreams past body not aware they knew the truth.
Yet.. it hurt.
Part of Ranboo craved for Sapnap and Georges friendship again, the friendly manhunts.
There was no going back, unless the demon messed up no one would know the truth.
Painful stinging sensations went down his face, blinking he realized he was crying.
It wasn't fair, and nothing Ranboo could do to fix it. He woudl live and survive, after all... as Ranboo he had new happiness in his life.
Rubbing away his tears he headed upstairs, Tubby was right he shouldn't stay up to late.
