A/N: whoa this has gotten farther than any fanfic I've ever written,,,,

for those that don't know, The World Ends With You is a video game created by Square Enix that focuses on a character named Neku Sakuraba and his friends. I haven't played this in a while so excuse me if this is shitty,,,,,,, and I can't explain it very well so if you really would like to understand then please look it up :)

Right so for this AU, Alexander Hamilton is Neku Sakuraba and John Laurens is his first game partner, Shiki Misaki. Also,,,, the enemies that will be mentioned in this oneshot are called Noise (for those who know Kingdom Hearts, Noise are pretty much Heartless)

Also in TWEWY, you can't exactly die because you're already dead (its a bit hard to explain non-verbally) so you can only be erased. 

Also,,,,, they don't use regular weapons,,,, they use pins or 'Psychs.' And Shiki has a stuffed cat that she sewed herself that is pretty much her psych so John will have it too,,,,,,

Alexander awoke on the ground of the Scramble, people walking around him. He looked up tiredly. He slowly sat up and noticed a pin attached to his collar. He pulled it off and stood up, not finding it weird when no one noticed him. People is Shibuya never noticed others anyways.

He pulled the pin off his collar and was very confused. It was black with a weird looking skull on it... Alexander tried to gain the attention of people around him.

"Hey!" Alexander shouted, getting annoyed by no one replying. But he noticed something odd starting to approach him. It looked like a... symbol of some sort. Alexander reached his hand forward to touch it, but it was quickly yanked away but someone unknown.

"Don't touch that!" the stranger said. Alexander was more confused than ever. "Who... are you?"

"I'm John Laurens. And I need you to make a pact with me," John hurriedly said, looking worried.

"What...?"

"Just- Take my hand!" 

John extended his hand. Alexander hesitated. What is going on? And why couldn't anyone else see them? John groaned.

"Hurry!" John panicked, gesturing towards the symbol, which was floating towards them. (A/N: so like idrk if the noise actually appear in their form before you start a battle but on the game screen they appear as symbols)

Alexander grabbed John's hand a felt something. He felt like they were... binded together? But this doesn't make sense...

The symbol continued to float towards them and when it got close enough, John and Alexander were entered into some kind of battle field. 

"What is...?" Alexander had so many questions. There was a small frog in front of him and John. 

"I'll explain later, just get behind me!" John shouted, pulling out a few pins and a stuffed cat. 

A stuffed cat? 

Alexander didn't listen. He stayed right by John. Then the cat sprang to life, following any and every move John made. Alexander jumped, this time actually getting behind John.

John battled this... frog thing and triumphed slowly. John was panting as he picked a few pins from the ground which had yen signs?? He also picked up the lifeless stuffed animal.

"What just happened?" 

"Okay, before I answer that, you never gave me your name."

"Alexander Hamilton."

"Okay..." John clasped his hands together. 

"You're in the Reaper's Game."

"You mean..."

"Yes, I mean the Reaper's Game," John looked at Alexander with a slight hint of disgust, "it's rude to wear headphones while someone is talking to you."

Alexander rolled his eyes. He honestly didn't care. Alexander wouldn't be caught dead without his headphones. 

"Our mission should be coming soon..."

A/N: should I continue this? Idk I kinda like it but I'm terrible with the story of twewy because I've only actually played it once,,,,

and the time the characters showed upon kh ddd don't count,,,,
