The Triskelion is one of the original three official headquarters for S.H.I.E.L.D alongside the Hub and their New York headquarters. It was located on Theodore Roosevelt Island, on the Potomac River between Washington, D.C. and Virginia.

Construction of the Triskelion began some time before 1983. In 1989 in the Triskelion, Hank Pym announced his resignation from S.H.I.E.L.D before Howard Stark, Peggy Carter, and Mitchell Carson after he discovered that they had tried to replicate the Pym Particles from the Ant-Man Suit.

In 2008, S.H.I.E.L.D moved almost all its financial resources to the completion of the Triskelion, retiring the CXD 23215 Airborne Mobile Command Station fleet.

Alex along with his aunt Marie were at the Triskelion as they were making their way towards Fury's office.

Her name is Marie Ambrose. She is William's wife and has been raising Alex since his parents passed away.

Marie: Fury shouldn't have lie to you. A few months ago, he talked about not keeping secrets. Now he really can't stop lying.

Alex: Let's head to his office and see what he has to say.

Marie and Alex continued walking through the hallway until they entered the office as they saw Fury and began speaking to him.

Alex: You just can't stop yourself from lying, can you?

Fury: [Chuckles] I already had this talk with Captain Winters and Omega. I had a feeling you were gonna show up. First of all, I didn't lie. Agent Romanoff had a different mission than yours.

Marie: Which you didn't feel obliged to share.

Fury: I'm not obliged to do anything.

Alex: Those hostages could've died.

Fury: That's why I sent Anne, Jack and You. To make sure that didn't happen.

Marie: Fury, Soldiers trust each other, that's what makes it an army. Not a bunch of guys running around and shooting guns.

Fury: The last time I trusted someone, I lost an eye. Look, if you want the answers to your questions then follow me.

Marie and Alex looked at each other as Fury began making his way towards the elevator as Marie and Alex followed him. The trio made it to the elevator as Nick said something.

Fury: Insight bay.

SHIELD Computer: Alex Ambrose does not have clearance for Project Insight.

Fury: Director override, Fury, Nicholas J.

SHIELD Computer: Confirmed.

The elevator began making its way towards the lower levels as they were talking to each other.

Marie: You know they play music in the elevator.

Fury: [Chuckles] Yeah. My grandfather operated one of these things for forty years. My granddad worked in a nice building, he got good tips. He'd walk home every night, roll of ones stuffed in his lunch bag. He'd say "Hi", people would say hi back. Time went on, neighborhood got rougher. He'd say "Hi", they'd say, "Keep on steppin'. Granddad got to grippin' that lunch bag a little tighter.

Alex: Did he ever get robbed?

Fury: [Chuckles] Every week some punk would say, "What's in the bag?"

Marie: What did he do?

Fury: He'd show them a bunch of crumpled ones and loaded .22 Magnum.

Fury had a smile on his face as he said something to Marie and Alex.

Fury: Granddad loved people. But he didn't trust them very much.

The elevator made to the lower levels as Marie and Alex looked through the window and they were shocked by what they saw as Fury had a smile and said something to them.

Fury: Yeah, I know. They're a little bit bigger than a .22.

The elevator stopped as the doors were opened and the trio exited the elevator. They continued walking as they were looking around.

Fury: This is Project Insight. Three next generation Helicarriers synced to a network of targeting satellites.

Alex: Launched from the Lemurian Star.

Fury: Once we get them in the air, they never need to come down. Continuous suborbital flight courtesy of our new repulsor engines.

Marie: Stark?

Fury: Well, he had a few suggestions once he got an up close look at our old turbines. These new long range precision guns can eliminate a thousand hostiles a minute. The satellites can read a terrorist's DNA before he steps outside his spider hole. We gonna neutralize a lot of threats before they even happen.

Marie: I thought the punishment usually came after the crime.

Nick Fury: We can't afford to wait that long.

Alex: What do you mean by that?

Fury: After New York, I convinced the World Security Council, we needed a quantum surge in threat analysis. For once we're way ahead of the curve.

Marie: By holding a gun at everyone on Earth and calling it protection.

Alex: This isn't freedom, this is fear.

Fury: SHIELD takes the world as it is, not as we'd like it to be.

Alex was staring at Fury as he was thinking about everything that Nick said until he told him that he was gonna leave. Fury nodded as Marie and Alex began walking away until Nick said something to him.

Fury: You know Alex, you also have some secrets about yourself.

Alex stopped walking as he turned around and looked at Fury as Nick continued talking to him.

Fury: Be honest with me. Is Alex Ambrose your real name?

Marie was worried as she looked at Alex until they began walking away and some time later left the Triskelion.

Marie: Are you gonna be at home?

Alex: No, I have some work to do at the corporation and after that I'm gonna look into a case.

Marie: Alex. . . . Maybe Joker is dead. Its been two years now.

Alex: Harley keeps telling me that Joker is alive.

Two years ago, Amanda Waller assembled a team known as the Suicide Squad. The Squad had six members. Black Spider, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Killer Frost, KGBeast, and King Shark.

The Squad was assigned to assassinate Riddler who had a hard drive containing secrets about ARGUS and Waller wanted him gone. However Riddler was imprisoned in Arkham Asylum.

The team broke into Arkham to find Riddler however they encountered Alex who was searching for Joker's bomb which he has hidden around the city and soon Ambrose heard about the break in on Arkham.

Eventually the team found Riddler and were ready to kill him until he told the Squad that he can help them deactivate the bombs in their necks.

Soon Riddler used electroshock therapy to help them destroy the bombs however Waller heard about the betrayal and killed King Shark and Black Spider by detonating the bombs.

Harley reunited with Joker and stole a chopper to escape the city until Alex stopped them and found out that Joker's bomb was hidden inside Quinn's mallet.

Alex managed to defuse the bomb and arrest Harley. However Joker got inside the chopper and managed to fly away until Deadshot shot a rocket at the helicopter and eventually the chopper crashed into Gotham Bay.

Alex managed to arrest Killer Frost, Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang and KGBeast however Deadshot and Joker are missing.

Alex also found the hard drive containing secrets about ARGUS and soon Waller was arrested and ARGUS was shut down.

Marie: Look how about you take the day off? We barely see you at home.

Alex: I know but-

Marie: No buts. You are going to take a day off.

Alex sighed to himself as he nodded and Marie smiled at him and said something to him.

Marie: Come on, let's go back home.

Alex had a small smile on his face as he nodded and both of them continued walking through the streets as they were talking to each other.

Meanwhile in the Smithsonian museum, there was a exhibition happening as Anne was walking around while thinking about the conversation with Fury about Project Insight. She continued walking around as Winters was listening to the announcer.

Announcer: A symbol to the nation. A hero to the world. The story of Captain Winters is one of honor, bravery and sacrifice

She continued walking around the exhibition as she was looking through some pictures of her time back in the army.

Announcer: Denied enlistment due to poor health, Anne Winters was chosen for a program unique in the annals of American warfare. One that would transform her into the world's first super soldier.

She continued walking around until Winters noticed something.

Announcer: Battle tested, Captain Winters and her Howling Commandos quickly earned their stripes. Their mission, taking down HYDRA.

Anne continued walking around until she saw something and she was sad when she looked at it.

Announcer: Best friends since childhood and now lovers. Bucky Barnes and Anne Winters were inseparable on both schoolyard and battlefield. Barnes is the only Howling Commando to give his life in service of his country.

Anne began having memories of the times her and Bucky spent time together as she had a tear in her eye and immediately wiped it off.

She saw a video footage which showed Peggy being interviewed about Captain Winters as she was looking at it and began thinking about Peggy until she left the museum.

Meanwhile Jack was at the shooting range as he began shooting at some targets.

Jack continued shooting at the targets as he began remembering his past. He remembered how his father sold him to HYDRA after his mom dead and remembered how he spent most of his life locked away.

???: You will help us.

Jack gritted his teeth in anger and continued shooting at the targets as he began having memories of being tortured by HYDRA until he punched the wall in anger creating a dent.

Fury: Jack.

Jack immediately turned around and saw Fury as he said something to him.

Fury: How about you take the day off? You look tired. Get some sleep.

Jack was silent as he began walking away and Fury was looking at him.

Some time later, Nick went back to his office as he had a hard drive which contained files that Natasha got from the Lemurian Star as he began looking at it.

Fury: Open Lemurian Star's satellite launch file.

SHIELD Computer: Access denied.

Fury: Run decryption.

SHIELD Computer: Decryption failed.

Fury: Director override, Fury, Nicholas J.

SHIELD Computer: Override denied. All files sealed.

Nick was staring at the computer until he said something.

Fury: On whose authority?

SHIELD Computer: Fury, Nicholas J.

Fury got up from his seat and began walking towards the elevator as he said something.

Fury: World Security Council.

SHIELD Computer: Confirmed.
