December 24 2015 [Eight Months Later]

There was a painting of a city on the wall as there were some inmates that were guarding it. Behind the painting was a safe, however nobody knew what was inside the safe. One inmate was curious and slowly began making his towards the painting and remove it as he was gonna touch the safe until the other inmates stopped him and said something to him.

Inmate: Don't touch it, man. He'll kill you!

The inmate immediately nodded and stepped back as the others began talking to each other.

Inmate: How long till the boss gets here?

Inmate: He'll be here.

Inmate: Riley said he saw the Bat. Is he here too?

Inmate: In Arkham City? [Chuckles] Why would he come here? You guys just need to chill the hell out.

Suddenly the window was destroyed as the inmates immediately got their weapons ready and said something.

Inmate: It's Batman!

The inmates were holding their weapons until they saw someone entering the room as it wasn't Batman but someone else.

Selina Kyle also known by her alias Catwoman was an orphan who learned to survive on Gotham City's streets. She took to thievery to survive, but was determined to do it in her own style.

She learned martial arts and trained extensively to perfect her own skills at cat burglary. Her criminal activities are often tempered by a reluctant altruism, making her an inconstant villain and occasional hero. Her and Alex were once rivals but over the years became allies.

After Tim's death and Selina leaving the Sirens after hearing what Harley did to Tim. She disappeared for many years and wasn't seen again. However she's back now.

Selina: [Smiles] Sorry to disappoint you, boys. It's just little old me.

She activated the claws as the inmates began charging towards her until she jumped over their heads and threw a smoke grenade as smoke began to surround the room and the inmates couldn't see through the smoke and began looking around.

Selina hit a flying double foot stomp on one inmate, knocking him out as she scratched another inmate chest as he was screaming in pain until she hit a headbutt on him, followed by a cartwheel kick which knocked him out.

One inmate began shooting at her using a pistol but Selina did a backflip dodging the incoming attack until she used the whip to disarm the hostile before she took down the inmate by hitting a butterfly twist kick.

Three inmates tried to attack her but Selina hit double dropkick on two inmates, knocking them out before she kipped up and hit a crescent kick on the third hostile, knocking him out.

There was only one inmate left as he was about to attack her with the baseball bat but Selina kicked him in the chest and threw the bat away before she hit a uppercut on the hostile and followed it up with a spinning back kick, knocking him out and the room was clear as she said something to herself.

Selina: Now that they're all taken care of. It's time to get what I came for out of that safe.

She walked towards the safe and managed to get it opened as Kyle opened the safe and had a smile on her face as she said something to herself.

Selina: Try and get one over on me, will you, Harv? I don't think so.

She picked up a data chip and placed it inside her phone as Kyle was looking at the data on the phone.

Selina was looking at the map of Arkham City until someone put a gun on her head as her eyes were widen and saw who it was.

Harvey:. . . . . Get your filthy claws off that, now.

Few hours later

Text: Past Sequence

Text: Present Time

There was a room where there was a man who was tied up and was unconscious until someone entered the room with a smile on his face and used a taser to shock the man as he began screaming in pain and the mysterious man said something to him.

????: [Smiles] Wake up, Alex. We have much to discuss.

Alex who had scars on his forehead, cheek, nose and his right eye was bloodshot red looked at the mysterious man and gritted his teeth in anger as he said something.

Alex:. . . . . . . . . Strange? You won't get away with this.

Hugo Strange: [Chuckles] I already have.

A few hours ago, there was a press conference as there were multiple reporters and photographers at the conference as there was a reporter who was talking about the conference.

Vicki Vale: This is Vicki Vale reporting live from Arkham City: The controversial super-prison built right here in the heart of Gotham. In a few moments, Alex Ambrose will be live on stage to explain his sudden interest in Gotham politics. The infamous playboy millionaire has never been one to-

Alex: It's billionaire, Vicki. Millionaires are so last year.

Alex began making his way towards the stage as many photographers began taking pictures of him and reporters began asking him multiple questions.

Hugo used the taser and shocked Alex again as he was screaming in pain until Strange smiled at him and said something.

Hugo: I assume that you thought yourself untouchable. Well, as you can see, no one is untouchable.

Back at the press conference, Alex was looking at the reporters and photographers as he began speaking to them and everyone was listening to him.

Alex: Thank you. Thank you, everyone. Imprisoned behind these walls, gang leaders are fighting a bloody war in the middle of our once great city. Every inmate from Arkham Asylum and Blackgate Prison has been relocated to this facility. How can this be safe for the people of Gotham?

Hugo once again used the taser and shocked Alex as he screamed in pain and gritted his teeth in anger as he said something to him.

Alex: Shut Arkham City down. It's out of control.

Hugo: Shut it down? [Chuckles] By the end of tonight, I will be a hero, just like you. . . . Batman.

Back at the press conference, Alex was continuing his speech on shutting Arkham City down.

Alex: Today, I'm starting a campaign to close Arkham City and make Gotham safe again.

Suddenly there was a helicopter flying above him as some soldiers left the chopper and landed on the ground as they threw smoke grenades and looked at Alex.

TYGER Soldier: [On Radio] Remember, Alex is the priority target.

TYGER Soldier: Surround him! Hands in the air, Alex!

The soldiers surrounded Alex as he was staring at them until one of them hit Alex in the head with a rifle knocking him out as the other soldier said something on the radio.

TYGER Soldier: [On Radio] Target secured.

Alex's vision was blurry as he was looking around until Ambrose saw someone standing in front of him as he saw who it was.

Hugo Strange was staring at Alex as he had a smile on his face and said something to him.

Hugo: I feel I should thank you. Capturing Alex Ambrose is so much easier than Batman. And now that we have you, Protocol Ten is ready to begin. It will be my legacy, a monument to your failure and if you try to stop me, I guarantee everyone will know your secret.

Alex was staring at him until Hugo said something to him.

Hugo: And its not just you I know off. I know all of your teams past, imagine what happens when I expose their past to the world.

Alex's eyes were widen in shock and he had anger coursing through his veins as he tried to break free from his restraints until a TYGER Soldier hit Ambrose in the head with a baton, knocking him out.

Fifteen minutes later

The lights in the room opened as Alex opened his eyes and looked around the room until he heard something through the intercom.

Hugo: [Via Intercom] You are mine, new inmates. Let me introduce myself. I am Professor Hugo Strange and I am in charge of the Arkham City Facility. Up until this point you have shown a total disregard for the law, for society and yourself. From this moment on, you are no longer part of the society that you have shown no respect for.

Alex was rocking the chair until he fell down as he tried to get up until an alarm was activated in the room and a TYGER soldier entered the room while holding a electric pod.

TYGER Soldier: What the hell are you doing?

The soldier tried to kick him but Alex grabbed his leg and broke it as he was screaming in pain until Ambrose hit a headbutt on him, knocking him out.

Alex took the TYGER soldier's radio and ripped it open as he grabbed the encryption key until another TYGER Soldier entered the room and hit Alex in the head with a baton before he threw him towards the monitor.

The soldier lifted Alex up and threw him out of the room as he said something.

TYGER Soldier: Welcome to Arkham City, Alex.

Alex saw hundreds of inmates at the checkpoint as they were shocked to see him and said something

Inmate: What are you doing here, Ambrose?

Inmate: Did you kill your Uncle and Aunt?

Inmate: You're going to die in here, buddy!

Inmate: You're mine!

TYGER Soldier: On the ground. Now! [Shoots at the ground as the inmates get scared and move back] What are you waiting for, Alex? Line A. Move!

Alex stared at them and began moving forward, however he was struggling to walk because his hands and feet were handcuffed and he couldn't break free.

He began moving through the line and walked through the metal detector until an alarm went off which made the TYGER soldiers attack him and threw him on the ground until Strange stopped them and said something.

Hugo: Lower your weapons. Mr. Ambrose will not be of any trouble. Will you, Mr. Ambrose?

Alex glared at him as Strange had a smile on his face and said something to him.

Hugo: The cuffs can stay on. We don't want to make things too easy, do we?

The soldiers threw Alex towards the gate as they closed the door and said to the other soldiers to prepare for insertion.

Alex saw some political prisoners who were scared and worried until Ambrose heard someone speaking to him as he saw who it was.

Jack Ryder: Alex Ambrose? Great. There I was reporting on your stupid press conference and now here we both are. I guess that'll teach you to get involved in politics, won't it?

Alex: Listen to me carefully. When they open the door, Do not panic. Stay close to me.

Jack: Do you think I'm taking advice from some guy who's never even been in a fight?

The main gate was lifted open as they were all inside Arkham City as there were thousands of inmates standing by the gate and cheering loudly as Alex said something to Ryder who was scared.

Alex: Stay calm. They're trying to scare us.

Jack: Sorry, man. It's every man for himself.

Jack tried to run away but the inmates stopped him and tackled him as they began beating him up along with the political prisoners.

One inmate tried to attack Alex but Ambrose managed to trip the hostile and grabbed his arm and broke it.

Another inmate tried to kick him but Alex grabbed his leg and kicked him in the groin before he broke his leg and continued moving forward.

Alex hit a double axe handle on one inmate knocking him out as he helped Ryder get back on his feet and continued moving forward until an inmate hit Alex in the back with a baseball bat as he fell down on the ground.

???: [Laughs] Welcome to hell, Alex.

Alex saw someone walking towards him as his vision was blurry until the man threw the cigar on the ground and said something to him.

????: Lights out, Alex.

He kicked Alex in the face as he was unconscious and the inmates began cheering in excitement and TYGER helicopters were surveying the scene before they flew away.

Ten minutes later

Two inmates were dragging Alex towards the alleyway until they threw him on the ground and Ambrose was on his knees as he had a small cut on his lip and cheek.

He saw someone walking towards him as Alex saw who it was.

????: Oh, what's up, Alex? [Smiles] You look tired, Do you need me to call your Uncle and Aunt?

Alex:. . . . . Cobblepot.

Cobblepot had a smile on his face and threw the cigar on the ground as he continued speaking to him.

Cobblepot: Aww, you remember me. I'm touched.

Cobblepot punched Alex in the face as he was in pain until Oswald glared at him and punched him again until he said something to him.

Cobblepot: Your family destroyed mine, Alex. This. . . . well, Let's just call this good old-fashioned revenge.

Penguin put on the brass knuckles and punched Alex in the face as he had another cut on his forehead and cheek as Ambrose stared at him.

Cobblepot was gonna punch him again until Alex grabbed his hand and broke it as Oswald began screaming in pain and walked back as the inmates were shocked and Ambrose slowly got up.

One inmate tried to attack Alex until he grabbed the inmate using the cuffs as Cobblepot shouted at them.

Cobblepot: Hurt him! I think he's broken my bloody hand!

Alex wrapped the chains of the cuffs around the inmate as he was struggling to break free until Ambrose hit a powerful knee strike on the hostiles head as the force broke the cuffs off his hands and feet and he was free.

Cobblepot and the inmates eyes were widen in fear and were shocked by how he managed to break free from the cuffs as they stepped back and looked at him.

Alex was holding his hands as he was fixing his smartwatch and rolled the sleeves of his black button shirt up and untucked his shirt as he cracked his knuckles and stared at them.

Cobblepot: Don't just stand there! Get him!

One inmate rushed towards him and tried to attack him but Alex hit a powerful uppercut on the hostiles jaw as four of his teeth fell down until Ambrose slammed the hostile on the ground and he was unconscious.

The other inmates were scared and looked at Alex as they charged towards him and Ambrose began fighting them.

One inmate tried to attack him but Alex countered the incoming attack and took down the hostile.

One inmate tried to attack him but Ambrose punched the hostiles throat as he was coughing heavily before Ambrose followed it up with another attack.

One inmate tried to slash Alex with a knife but he stepped back as Ambrose grabbed a plank and stepped back.

The inmate tried to attack Alex again with the knife but Ambrose hit the inmate in the face with the plank before Ambrose took down the hostile.

The last inmate looked scared as Alex looked at him before he tried to attack Ambrose but he took down the hostile.

Cobblepot tried to attack Alex from behind but Ambrose ducked under the attack and stomped on Penguin's leg before he hit a big boot on Cobblepot, knocking him out as the area was clear and Ambrose was looking around.

Alex: I can't contact William and Marie from down here. I'll need to get to the rooftop.

Alex climbed on the dumpster and began climbing the ladder of the fire escape and continued moving up the fire escape until he made it to the rooftop and used the smartwatch to contact William and Marie.

Alex: William, Marie. Have you got my location?

William: [On Radio] Only just, Alex.

Marie: [On Radio] There's more interference than usual.

Alex: I need an immediate drop on the roof of the Ace Chemicals building. I'm on my way there now.

William and Marie nodded as Alex jumped on the ledge of the Ace chemicals building as he began climbing while William and Marie spoke to him.

Marie: [On Radio] We watched your incarceration on the evening news. We were worried about you and scared.

William: [On Radio] Was getting yourself arrested a part of your plan all along?

Alex: Not exactly, although I did get some one on one time with Hugo Strange.

Marie: [On Radio] And how was that?

Alex: Not good. He knows that Alex Ambrose is Batman, he also know everything about the others.

William and Marie were shocked when Alex said that as Ambrose said something to them.

Alex: He also told me that something called Protocol Ten will make him famous. I can't leave Arkham City until I find out what it is.

William: [On Radio] Oh my god. We have to tell the others.

Alex: No, don't say anything to them. Block every news channel about my arrest and lie to them that I'm alright. I don't want Strange to hurt them.

Marie: [On Radio] But Alex-

Alex: Please listen to me and don't tell them that I'm in Arkham City and don't tell them anything else.

William and Marie didnt wanted to lie to the team but eventually they nodded and soon Alex made it to the rooftop as William said something to him.

William: [On Radio] Did it arrive, Alex?

Alex: Right on time.

Ambrose opened the capsule and saw his suit as he began putting his suit on along with his utility belt as he fixed his gauntlets and cape before he put his mask on and looked around Arkham City.

Alex: I took an encryption key from a TYGER guard. I can use it to hack into their communications and listen to their broadcast.

He placed the encryption key inside the gauntlet and hacked into their communications until he heard something on the radio.

TYGER Helicopter: [On Radio] All units, this is AIR TYGER 4. We have confirmation that Prisoner 4011 is in the courthouse. I repeat, Catwoman is in the Courthouse.

Hugo: [On Radio] Is she in danger?

TYGER Helicopter: [On Radio] Affirmative. Target is being held by Dent. We believe he intends to kill her. How should we proceed?

Hugo: [On Radio] Stand down. Let Two-Face have his fun.

TYGER Helicopter: [On Radio] Understood.

Alex: That doesn't sound good.

William: [On Radio] Wait, why is Selina in Arkham City? I thought she left Gotham.

Marie: [On Radio] And She stole from Dent too and he already intends to kills her. This is not good.

Alex: If there is one person in Arkham City who knows what's really going on, it's her. I need to find Catwoman now.
