"Don't bluff bro,"

"I saw you glaring at him, shunning his presence." She warned him gently.

"Yes! I am angry with him."

"What's your problem with it?"He asked her in a low tone, looking away.

"But Why?"She asked in a worried tone.

He didn't say anything but muttered few curses under his breath.

Her face fell and looked at her brother in disbelief.

"Tell me, Prajwal, Why are you angry with him? You should be angry with me not him. He is the one who saved me in time" She defended.

Prajwal didn't say anything but chuckled avoiding her gaze.

He wondered how is his sister defending a guy in front of him.

"Why are you chuckling at me now?"

"I am asking you something for God sake"

"Here I am hell angry with you for your behaviour with Karthik, you are busy chuckling at me?"She asked not succumbing to defeat.

"That's what I am asking?"

"Didn't he stalk you?"

"Didn't he manipulate dad and everyone in the family, including me?"

"He is such a smart jerk, he makes us believe he is the best one for you?"He spoke a bit curtly.

"What?"

"Is that the reason you are angry with him?"

"Karthik did stalk me, I agree but I swear he never manipulated anyone in our family, including dad."She looked at him in disbelief.

"Prajwal, Please don't accuse him of the things he didn't do, Why are talking shit about him?" She begged, squeezing her eyes

"You are taking his side," He said slowly accusing her with his eyes.

"What? are you gone mad?"She screamed.

Is that what he understood after all the argument happened, She wants to shout at him for his dimwit.

"Tell me one thing Sona? What would you bother even if I am angry with Karthik?! Why are you so concerned about him?"

"It took all my patience to convince you to marry him."

"And now after a couple of days, here you are defending your brother's action and words for a stalker, stranger?" He muttered not heaving any attention to her words.

"Come on, you shouldn't say it." She stopped and looked at him in amusement, he is jealous.

For a second she felt like laughing

"Why won't I? You are taking a Stranger's side"

"Yes, he is a stalker,who stalked my sister," Prajwal smirked at her.

She gulped down in helplessness.

"I am getting married to him, he is my fiance' "

"He is no more a stranger to me, to you and our family."

"I will take his side because he did nothing and I worry about your opinion on him because it hurts to see two important people of my life hating each other."

"I like him and I don't want my brother to misbehave with him." She said straight on his face.

"Oh my God!"

"Finally you admitted your feelings." Prajwal laughed richly.

"But I am jealous, he stole my sister from us."

He is grinning at her happily and she realised he played a trick to make her confess her feelings.

Such an idiot he is?

"Ahhh, you are unbelievable, Prajwal......."

"You were jealous, and you were playing a prank with me?"

"Idiot."She shook her head and was about to walk away from there without a word.

"I am not angry with Karthik"

"Yes, but a bit jealous for sure..."He spoke slowly, hiding his smile.

"I truly wonder how could he mend heart in such a short time? a magician he is!"

"As far I know, my sister is a true hard nut to crack." He slapped her shoulder playfully smirking a bit.

She looked at him with widened eyes and finally, smiled thinking of the prank played by her loving brother.

This is why everyone calls him a prankster.

Now she knows he did everything to tease her.

"Such a devil you are!" She pinched his shoulder.

"Trust me"

"I am so jealous at the attention he is getting from you these days and the way he glared at me did trigger my ego"

"Can't I shout at my sister for her reluctance?!"He said a bit seriously

"Such a possessive jerk he is?"

"He can't take a single glare of me on you? and you not any less, you are praising him as your knight in shining armour." He kept a sulky face.

"Shut up, you idiot"

"I don't know anything about us both but you are a prankster and a cheater"

"You played with me" She kept hitting him on his shoulder.

"Us?!"

"What did you say 'us'?!" He laughed richly.

"You both....?!"He said teasing her more.

"Stop, Enough..."

"Good night" She stood up from there and took two steps ahead.

"I am happy for you, "

"Till yesterday I was in a kind of guilt!"

"Now I know you like him whether you admit it or not."

"The smile dances on your lips whenever you look at him, your eyes speak volumes."

"I thought I might have forced my decision on you, I was truly worried about asking you to think about for dad's happiness."

"But Today the way you worried about my opinion on him made me realise so many things, Thankyou.",

"Finally, you made me feel guilt-free..." He walked to her and kissed her forehead.

"Good night" He greeted her back and smiled happily. She slept peacefully with a lot of hopes, thinking about Karthik.
