Matthias holds himself in a calm and professional manner most of the time. Around most people he seems like a level headed and mysterious figure. Although he can seem threatening to some once you get to know him he is an absolute dork. He is funny, weird, and nice. Although while he is sweet and considerate, he has trouble with bottling things up.
But he will tell people off if they are being stupid, he isn't really shy. He just would rather not talk to certain people. But he is a sweet person with lots of interests.

Backstory:
Matthias was the youngest child of three children. Although when he turned 4 war began in the US and his family were stuck. His father had to go fight along with his older brother. Which left him, his sister, and mother alone. Soon though, chaos happened and nuclear war was eminent. It was okay for Matthias for 5 years until the world became ruined with what is known as the Light Bomb. His family died that day and he almost did to. Until he was saved from an angel like creature. He found that he had managed to get heaven like wings. He never knew how but he felt like the one that saved his life has something to do with it. But now that the world has slightly recovered, he works as an officer to save others.

You are outside wandering through some wreckage of old boats. Finding scraps to sell on the black market. Knowing that no cops would be around this area considering there were high levels of radiation, you fix your gas mask and continue work without a worry.  Until you see a bird like shadow loom over you.
