I know you say you know me
But no one knows me like him, yeah. We've grown, he's
A good guy, he's the only who makes me feel, feel like I'm not below him
'Cause honestly you kind of owe me
Made me feel like you'd steal me
Made me feel like you would show me
Made me feel like you could heal me
This broken wreck up in my head, yeah
The splinters filtering out the cracks
Pieces of the things we said, yeah
Reaching this twisted end, yeah
My mind fed up on these attacks,
Certain points in time fade to black
When I try to fight, my mind kicks back
Swing a punch, hope it connects
Dizzy, flashing from side effects
The way you always act
Will always make you the one I reject
'Cause he makes me feel the best
Yeah, he's the best, don't object
The minds, the thoughts, the poison you infect
Pushes me over the edge,
Making me subject to the recesses of my head
It's like trying to come back from the dead
Pulling out the fragments of words you said
But trying to pick up the pieces led me here instead

I'm writing some poetry
In hopes it's the last time you deceive me
Missing our better days
Going through this lonely phase

I know you say you're good
Last time I pull down my hood
Last time I think I'm understood
Should I run? Yeah, I should
Can I run? Hope I can
Will I run? Sure hope I could
Thinking back, when did this all begin?
This wasn't the plan
Happily ever after, that's what
You were supposed to be the man
Now my doors are shut
My heartstrings are cut
Hope you feel guilty, deep down in your gut
Hope you feel ripped apart
For breaking this fragile heart
Wish we could just restart
But it's way too late
Yeah, acting like I'm feeling great
We all know it's a matter of opinion
It's sealed, yeah my fate
Sealed 'cause I've been one
Been one of your minions
But I haven't been none
Been none of your 'one in a million'
Wishing for my fairytale ending
But on this twisted fate it's all depending
