I looked around and my eyes landed on my angel.

25 years of togetherness and I have enjoyed every second living with her.

At first many thought ours is arranged marriage as our family are well known business partners but later they got to know it was our love turned arrange marriage.

I still remember our first meet.

9th standard....

Sanskar my best friend was glaring our head ma'am.

San " why will they shuffle classes? We both are friends from childhood. We have been in the same class from first standard. "

L " they want us to mingle with others also. Don't worry we will meet for lunch "

He nodded and left my class and I sat in the first bench.

Bell rang and ma'am started to take attendance.

Teacher " Roll number 25"

No one answered.

T " is she not present? Once again I am calling Roll number 25?"

We heard a soft yet loud voice and there stood a beautiful girl.

Ma'am sorry for being late. Next time I will come early.

T " it's ur first day so I am leaving u. But next time u will be punished for being late "

She nodded cutely.

Directly went and sat in the last bench.

I am a topper and my only concentration is on studies but I know all my classmates but who is this roll number 25th girl? I have not seen her in my class. May be she was in other class due to shuffling she has come to this section.

The anger on head ma'am for shuffling slightly melted.

Once again I looked at her who was looking here and there.

Teacher started the first lesson while I again looked back to see her checking something in her bag.

T " hope everyone got their text book, if not sit with others who brought "

I again looked at her who pouted. I think she didn't bring her text book. Many started to sit with their friends but she was looking outside. I went and sat beside her.

She looked at me while I pushed my text book to centre.

She smiled widely.

L " so what's ur name? "

She didn't answer instead focussed her concentration on lesson.

I poked her arm while she glared me.

L " u don't have friends in this class right? I want to be ur friend. Will u be my friend?"

She blinked her eyes.

I gulped.

God first time I tried to speak with a girl and she is not even responding!

Class got completed.

A small yet melodious voice reached my ears.

I smiled widely.

L " so what's ur name? "

She didn't answer.

L " what's ur name, Roll number 25?"

Bell rang and she took her bag and went out.

Lakshyaaaa?

I looked straight and saw my best friend calling me.

L " yes Sanskar? "

S " what yaar, it's ur party. But instead of welcoming guests u r standing at the corner and smiling like a fool"

I glared him.

L " I was remembering mine and Ragini's first meet "

He smiled.

S " I still remember ur oath "

We laughed loudly remembering my childishness.

My MA asked me how was my first day at school and asked me to get ready as some business partners are coming home today.

She told they shifted here recently.

I just nodded and got ready only to see Roll number 25 girl there.

She was looking even more cute in that pink frock.

Her parents are so nice.

Ragini go and play with Lakshya my mom said.

So her name is Ragini, nice name.

She just nodded and came towards me while I took her to my game room.

She took dolls and started to play.

L " so what's ur name? "

I just wanted to hear her name from her.

R " u got to know my name. "

L " but I want to hear from u "

She gave me a naughty smile.

R " I won't tell my name to u "

L " then I will call u Roll number 25 until u say ur name "

She glared me while I smiled widely.

Sanskar " god I miss those days. U used to irritate her a lot in school by calling Roll number 25. "

I chuckled.

S " though u both used to irritate and prank each other but u guys became inseparable. I still remember how u hit that guy who was trying to become close to Ragini. Possessive friend now became possessive husband "

He laughed while I smiled.

I looked at him who was laughing with Sanskar.

Swara " where r u lost Ragini? "

Swara, Sanskar's wife asked me. We became good friends after their marriage.

R " I was just remembering old times. "
Swa " Sanskar has told me so many things about u guys. I wanted to ask when did u say ur name to him? "

I smiled at that memory.

R " lucky, don't call me roll number 25, call me by my name. We are going to college next month, I don't want others to tease me"

He pulled me toward him.

L " I won't break my promise Miss 25.
When u will say ur beautiful name from ur mouth then only I will call u by ur name and no one will dare to tease u, ur lucky will protect u "

R " but I want to hear my name from u "

I blushed seeing him looking at me.
He has always cared for me.

L " so let's start from first. What is ur name beautiful? "

R " my name is Ragini "

I waited for him to call him.

L " My Ragini "

Swara " aww u both r so cute "

I smiled at her.

Swara " yesterday Sanskar was showing me the pics of Lakshya proposing u. It was not less than any filmy style "

Lakshya please remove this blindfold.

L " wait Ragini, have patience. "

After five minutes he removed the cloth while I blinked my eyes to get adjust to the surrounding.

It was a big hall filled with all our pics. From schooling to college and also his business award function, my first success as a lawyer. I blinked my eyes again not to become senti seeing this.

I looked around to see the one who made all these arrangements only to find him kneeling down.

L " Ragini, u r the first girl who made me feel different. U have been with me from my schooling. We have been as a support to each other. I wanted to propose u so badly but I waited for this day, I wanted for both of us to settle. Now I am a young successful businessman and u have also achieved ur dream. I can't wait anymore.
(I was crying because of happiness, he took a bow and arrow while I was just seeing him, his arrow straightly went to the big heart placed at centre and he read the words on the heart)

I jumped on him and said a big yes.

He hugged me from behind.

R " I was remembering our moments"

He pecked my right cheek.

We looked ahead and saw our twins performing.

R " we should find them perfect match "

L " let them turn 25 "

I laughed while he joined me.

I don't know if it was good enough to write😅😅 but this thought crossed my mind so I just gave feelings and words to my thoughts.
