"Gayatri hamara rumaal kaha hain??"

[Gayatri where is my hankey??]

"Ranaji,yahi toh hai..dekha kijiye na ..."
[Ranaji its here only ..pls see]


She handed over the hankey..making a cute face...he saw her and said,
"you are looking so cute."

"Kya kaha ..angrezi mein?main aapse kitni baar kaha hai ki mujhe angrezi mein bhala bura na kaha kijiye..ab rumaal na milne par itna gussa??"

[What you said in English? I have told you many times that pls don't talk like that to me in English..now you are angry for a mere hankey?]

Ranaji was like..oh man! But he said calmly..
"Gayatri hum aapko bhala bura nahi kah rahe..hum kah rahe hain ki "you are.."
she cut him off and said,

[Gayatri I am not saying anything like that ..i am saying...you are ..]

"Haan toh isme dohrane ki jarurat nahi hai..wahi maine kaha ..angrezi main mat kahiye na...hindi mein.."

[Ya so don't repeat in English..i said that only..don't say it in English..say it in Hindi..]

"Accha theek hai..hum kah rah the ki..."

[Ok fine..i was saying that..]


Bhanu  came and knocked at the door..their convo remained uncompleted as Ranaji went with the him to attend some imp guests..

"E lo,ye toh chale gaye..jaane kya kah rahe the..jaane de Gayatri..kabhi toh batayenge..jab aayenge..tab phoochoongi..aise nahi jaane dungi.."
she talked to herself.

[See he has gone now..don't know what Ranaji was saying ? ok don't worry Gayatri..sometime he will tell for sure..when he will come ,I ll ask him..i will not let it go so easily..]


Ranaji came and she was getting ready for a party..as Ranaji sent msg to get ready and they will go...

The moment he entered .he saw that Gayatri was looking at herself in the mirror and trying to wear her necklace..he went there and helped her wearing that..she saw his image in the mirror and smiled..

"Aap aa gaye Ranaji..main bas taiyar hoon..."

[You came Ranaji..i am almost ready]


"Raniji aap bahut khoobsurat lag rahi hain.."he said looking her in the mirror..

[Raniji you are looking so b'ful..]


"Shukra hai hindi main bola..dhanyawad..waise aapne din main kya sunaya tha mujhe..angrezi mein..??"

[Good ..thanks ..you said in hindi..by the way what did you said to me in daytime in English?]

"Oho aap  abhi tak wahi hain?? Gayatri .."

[Oho you are there till now??Gayatri ..]

"Oh my god?? This color suits you so well.."
as he was mesmerized when he turned her to his side..he forgot what he was saying and lost in her..

"Phir angrezi??Ranaji aap kyu fayda utha rahe hain..main angrezi nahi jaanti na..jaayiye main aapse baat nahi karti.."
she made a pouting face..Ranaji came back to senses when she said it in a  lil loud voice ..

[Again English?? Ranaji why are you taking advantage ? I don't know English ..go I will not talk to you..]


"Accha Gayatri ..idhar toh dekhiye..hume shauk nahi hai angrezi mein baat karne ka ..wo toh bas ho jata hai.."

[Ok Gayatri ..see here ..i don't have a hobby to talk in English but it just happens..]


and he lifted her face up and caressed her face.. she smiled at  him and said,
" Theek hai..theek hai..ab chaliye.."

[Ok..its ok ..its fine..let's go ..]

"Rani Gayatri you are impossible..!!"
he almost laughed at her cuteness..he wanted to make her understand that he starting liking her and he is praising her only but  he saw that she is disturbed and teased  about English convo..but he found it so lovely..found her damn cute and adorable..

"Phir angrazi..!!"she said.

[Again English !!]


"Ok I mean theek hai..chaliye."
he was smiling.. their relationship was progressing gradually and he loves whenever  she say anything to him with full right..he actually starting enjoying her company.

[OK i mean its fine  ..let's go.]

Gayatri was overwhelmed by the treatment she got in party..and she was hesitating so much..Ranaji understood that and made her understand that its all  for a queen ..for queen Gayatri..Rani Gayatri of Ameerkot..and she don't have to worry ..he is with her ..

"Raniji ab aadat daal lijiye is sabki..aap Rani hain..Rani..aur fikr mat kijiye ..aap ye sab taur- tareekey bahut jaldi seekh jayengi.."

[Raniji now you have to be habitual of all this ..you are queen ..and don't worry ..you will get to know about here and  learn everything soon..]

Gayatri felt bit relaxed ..
"Hmm..agar aap saath hain toh mujhe koi fikr nahi."

[Ya and if you are with me ..than I don't have to worry ..]

He smiled and gave look as if giving her assurance..

Some  of Ranaji's friends came towards them and they were having a convo..some in hindi ..some in English..Gayatri was confused ..as she couldn't understand much..and when she saw Ranaji smiling ..and looking at her with proud ..she asked him when they all went..

"Ranaji main toh aadha hi samajhi..ye hamari baat kar rahe the na ..par ye sab kya kuch kah rahe the ??"

[Ranaji I could only understood half..they were talking about us right..but what were they saying??]

"Hmm..they were saying that you are a lucky man Ranaji ..you got a wife like Gayatri ..they were praising you and your beauty."

"Phir angrezi !!"

[English again!!]

"Arre hum toh wo kah rahe the jo unhone kaha ..unhone angrezi main bhi kaha na..waise iska matlab hain..!!"

[I am saying what they were saying..they spoke in English also..by the way that means ..]


Before he could say anything...once again they got interrupted ..some other states queens took her with her after asking Ranaji..

After coming back Gayatri was so happy and was only talking about party..nothing else..
And they were so tired too ..but still she asked this time
"Ranaji ..woh kya kah rahe the aapke dost? Hamare baare main? Main buri toh nahi lagi na unhe.."
she said so cutely..

[Ranaji what were your friends saying ?about us ?  hope they didn't found me bad.]

Ranaji explained her that they were praising her only..

"Aapko aisa kyu lagta hai k koi ya hum angrezi main kuch bura hi kahenge..?"

[Why do you feel that me or anybody will say only bad or bad things about you in English  ?]


"Haan who bhi hai..par bas kuch samajh na aaye toh pareshaan ho jaati hoon.."

[Yes that is right too ..but what to do ..if I don't get or understand anything ..i got frustrated]


"Hmm..sab baat jan na chahti hai aap ..ye toh acchi baat hai..Rani ko apne as paas ka  sab pata hona chahiye bhi.."

[So you wanna know everyhting ..good..a queen must know about everything around her.]



Few times more it happened that Ranaji talk something in english and Gayatri didn't understand ..sometimes he did told her the meaning but half the time Gayatri got teased and irritated by this..

Few days passed ..Ranaji ofcourse now opened up with Gayatri lil more but still they were like ..who love to talk..and to be together  but hesitates much to share their feelings..even if they want..like Ranaji wasn't sure he loves Gayatri or not..but he certainly  having some feelings  for her..

One  day Swarna and Gayatri were having a convo when Ranaji entered the room..Swarna got up and was about to go when Ranaji stopped her..

She left and said that she will come later ..he came just now so he must take rest..and Ranaji did insisted her to come for sure..

"Ranaji hum abhi aate hain aap aaram kijiye ..aapke liye kuch laate hain."
[Ranaji I will be back soon..you take rest..i will bring something for you]

"Theek hai Gayatri par aap kyu ??itne sevak hain yaha?"
[Ok Gayatri..but why you will bring..?? there are so many servants here.]

"Ranaji ..mujhe accha lagta hai.,bas abhi aayi."
[Ranaji I like to do this all..i just came in sometime..]



Gayatri also went to get something for Ranaji ..although there was many servants but Raniji love to do supervise and do  everything for Ranaji ..when she came back Ranaji was reading a book in English language.

"Aap toh pustak parhne lag gaye..aaram kar lijiye.."
[You started reading book ..take some rest]

"Hum ye book  parh ke khatam  karna chahte the isliye.."
[I want to finish this book ..that's why]

"Kya kaha ?"
[What you said ?]

"Oh ! book matlab pustak..!"
[Oh ..means book]


" Boook matlab pustak..[She stretched "oo" sound more]accha kya ye Itni acchi pustak ..itni acchi boook hai??"
she picked up the word fastly..
[So is it so good book?]

"Jee...par boook nahi book.."
[Yes]

"Book acchi hai ..  toh hume bhi sunayiye na kuch isme se! hum khud to angrazi nahi parh sakte.."
[If it is good than please read some potion from it ..i can't read English myself.]

Ranaji's expressions changed suddenly..he didn't expected that ..

"Par  Gayatri ..matlab ..hum phir parh denge ..abhi nahi !"
[But Gayatri ..means ..i will read some other time..not now.]

"Kyu nahi ? aisa kya likha hai isme jo hume samajh nahi aayega..aap toh hume hindi main samjhayenge na!! jo paan parh rahe hain ..woh hi sunaiye na.."She was so curious.
[Why not? What is written in it that you can't read or I can't understand ..you will tell me in hindi right..so what you are reading..read it for me.]

"Gayatri ..aap "
[Gayatri ..you..]

"Hmm..main angrezi nahi jaanti ..toh kya aap bhi mujhe nahi batayenge ..theek hai..koi baat nahi ..accha kaunsa panna  parh rahe hain aap?"
[Ok I don't know English so you also won't read for me and don't tell me..ok ..no prob..ok what page you are reading?]

"Page no..matlab panna hai 64."
[Page no.64.]

"Theek hai..phir kabhi parh dijiyega."
[Ok than read it some other time.]


"Ranaji murmured,  "Thank god..Gayatri you agreed o/w how could I read such a romantic scene in front of you..i couldn't at least not right now..but reading this I have only you in my mind.."
he  smiled a lil making a face to excuse himself.

Gayatri didn't understand it but she assumed Ranaji having some prob in reading that ..so she agreed..and thought its not good to force for everything.


"Ranaji mat parhiye par isme bhi angrezi ??aap bhi naa had karte hain."
[Ranaji if you can't read ..its ok but again English? You are too much..]

"Raniji humara wo matlab nahi tha ..oho..gussa mat kijiye na .."
[Raniji I didin't mean that..ok pls don't get angry..]

He came near her and hold her shoulders..she was making baby faces ..he smiled at her ..in return she also smiled ..

"Theek hai .nahi karti ..par aap angrezi main ..."
[Ok I am not angry..but you will not use English..]

"Ssshhh.".He kept his finger on her lips and said ..


"Gayatri ..hum aapko bhi angrezi sikha denge..phir aapko shikayat nahi hogi..hume kuch waqt dijiye ..wapas aate hi hum aapko sikha denge..aap Rani hain ..aur waise bhi aapko bhi angrezi aani chahiye.."
[Gayatri I will teach you  English ..than you won't complain..just give me some time..i will teach you after coming back..you are queen and you also should know English.]


"Aap kaha jaa rahe hain?? Kitne din main aayenge? Main aapke bina kaise rahungi? Aap waha se apni kushalta ka samachaar toh dete rahenge na?"
Gayatri was so curious and also worried too..
[Where are you going?? When you will come ..in how many days? How can i live without
You?you will tell me about your well being form there?]

Ranaji thought ..she is  so sweet..and caring too..he knew she loves him so much and she will feel alone in his absence..if not lovers yet  but at least they were  like friends by than..and no matter what ..she was his wife afterall..

"Gayatri shaant ho jaiye..hum kaam se hi jaa rahe hain..jaruri hai..jaana padega..accha toh aap hamaare bina nahi rah sakti..hmm..waise Ameerkot ki Rani hai aap..bahut kuch sacrifice karna padta hai Rani ban ne k liye.."
[Gayatri calm down..i am going for some work..its necessary..i have to go..ok so you can't live without me..hmm..well you are Ameerkot's queen..you know a queen has to sacrifice a lot]


"Ranaji aap bhi na!!..woh aap "she felt shy as she realized  what she just said..Ranaji too smiled.
[Ranaji..you..]

"Hum bhi kya!! Oh haan sacrifice matlab "Tyaag"..samjhi."
[What I am? You understand na sacrifice meaning]


"Hann ab samjhi..tyaag karne ki baat nahi hai par main pahle ek patni hoon ..Rani baad main..hai na..toh ye chinta karna toh mera haq hai na..aur main aapse ..!!" she wanted to say that I love you..but she didn't said that..that time..but he understood..
[Ya you told me ..i understood..its not about sacrifice ..but I am a wife first..and queen afterwords..so I am worried and its my right..and I ..]


"Ye bhi theek hai ..aap apni jagah sahi hain.."
[That's also correct ..you are right at your own place.]

"Main hamesha sahi hoti hoon..!!"
[I am always right.]

she said proudly and than laughed lil..Ranaji found her so adorable..so lovely that time...slowly slowly she was entering in his heart..he was feeling that now..

"Jee bilkul ..aap hamesha sahi hoti hain.."
[Yes ofcourse..no doubt..you are always right.]

he bowed in front of her..both smiled.and than


Ranaji told her that it will took about a month  or so as he has some urgent work in some villages ..he has to go ..still Gayatri become sad knowing that he will come in a month or so..
seeing her like this Ranaji tried to convince her that he will come as soon as possible..

Next day Ranaji went for the kingdom work..
Days were paasing and Gayatri was missing him so much ..sometimes she got msg of his well being..sometimes not ..as the villages were  very far away.

Not only Gayatri ..Ranaji also missing her badly and he was surprised to know this ..he never imagine that he would miss her so much ..he was not sure about his feelings but now many things  becoming clear to him ..though he said  to her that it will take time and he don't know when he will able to love her or when he ll be hers but he ll try for sure but now he understood that you can't love by your choice..or by force..it just happens..and if it happens ..you can feel it..so in a way both of them were in same condition..

Gayatri was already in love with him ..and now Ranaji too in love with her..he himself didn't knew when he fell in love with her..but he is sure about his feelings now..now the confession is left..and he decided he will not take much time in telling his feelings..now ..he also know that Gayatri also waiting for his confession..he will go and tell her  that she is able to bring  him smile again..she is able to bring desire in him to live life again..he is in love with her..but ofcourse its not going to easy..even he is a king..he was feeling like how he will tell her..and when will the right time came..he daily think about this only and so eager to meet his Gayatri.


                                                                  
After almost 40 days he came back ..Gayatri was also so eager to see him ..she knew he was coming..but she didn't know that now a different Ranaji ..a different Indra is coming.that king and her husband who is in love with her totally..but on that day she also has to go for some inauguration..Rajmata asked her to go as now she is the queen..she didn't wanted too but as a queen ..she can't deny too..

And as  a king Ranaji also  have to do many duties and he was trying to meet her first but could only met her after completing his work ..Ranaji came in palace..and he met other family members but not Gayatri..than he came to know..that she will come in some time..
He was waiting for her to come.
