One year after "The Fate of Minecraftia"...

Kat's Point of View (Rocknrebel44)

Sector 48

Kat wiped her brow. The muggy swamp air was causing her to sweat buckets.

How does he stand living here? she wondered as she walked up to the Witch hut.

She climbed the stairs and knocked on the door. Ten seconds passed and nothing happened. It was early morning; he probably wasn't even awake yet.

Kat knocked louder. Still nothing. She sighed and opened the door.

The first thing that greeted her was an awful stench—like the smell of dirty socks multiplied by a hundred. The second thing she noticed was that it was very dark inside, with the only light coming through the tiny windows.

"Steve?" Kat called. She didn't see him in the room.

Suddenly, something small and fast shot out from underneath the couch. Kat jumped as whatever it was sped to the table next to her.

She peered down at the small animal. It was a black and white cat.

"Hi, cat. I'm Kat."

Simon meowed back at her.

"Where's Steve?" Kat asked cat.

Simon purred and began licking his paw. Kat sighed and walked further into the room. Steve never left the house. So where was he?

She stepped over to the couch and looked down at it. There was a pile of dirty clothes covering the entirety of the couch cushions.

Doesn't he wear the same clothes everyday? Kat thought.

Suddenly, the pile of clothes moved in the center. Kat yelped and jumped back.

When she yelped, the pile of clothes flew everywhere as Steve sat up on the couch. He screamed.

Kat furrowed her brow. "Were you sleeping under that pile of dirty clothes?"

Steve looked around awkwardly. "Uh..."

"Why can't you learn to clean up after yourself?" Kat asked.

Steve stood up. "Why can't you learn to not go barging into people's houses?"

"You wouldn't answer the door."

"So?"

Kat sighed. "Can't you just come back and live in Creektown? Living alone isn't really ideal. Especially for you."

"I've survived a year on my own so far," Steve retorted. "Anyway, why are you here? There better be a more pressing matter than begging for me to come back."

Kat rolled her eyes. "Yes, there's something more pressing. Citizens of Sector 25 are trying to sue the Resistance for raiding their food supply two years ago."

"What? Is that even legal?" Steve asked.

"Apparently," Kat replied. "You were the only one that was part of the Resistance back then besides Kirai. So we kinda need your help on this."

"I wasn't even there for that," Steve said. "They raided the food supply right after my memories were erased. I wasn't a part of the Resistance at the time, either."

"So it was just Kirai?" Kat asked.

Steve nodded. "Can't Jean just pardon you guys on this?"

"She tried, but the citizens got angry at her for 'protecting our crimes' or whatever," Kat replied. "We could really use your help on this."

Steve shook his head. "I'm sorry, Kat. There's not really anything I can do."

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. Both Steve and Kat looked at it.

"What, did you bring backup?" Steve asked as he walked over to the door.

Kat shook her head slowly, but he didn't see. He opened the door. Kat winced, expecting the worst.

But it wasn't anyone trying to kill Steve. In fact, it was...

"Me?" Kat asked.

A girl in a very similar ninja costume and almost the exact same facial and body features was in the doorway. She focused on Steve.

"Sup?" she asked. "Where's Salem? I wanna pet him."

"Uh...what?" Steve asked.

"Fine, whatever, I won't pet him," the Kat in the doorway said. "We just have to ask you a few questions before we go on our quest. Notch refuses to answer them for some dumb reason."

"Wh...Notch...Kat...?" Steve began looking back and forth between Kat and other Kat. Kat felt the same way. Her eyes were wide and her jaw was hanging open.

"What's wrong with you?" other Kat asked Steve. "You look like you've seen Gordon naked."

"Hey!" Kat heard a male voice call from outside.

Other Kat in the doorway suddenly looked past Steve and saw Kat. She made the exact same expression Kat was making: big eyes and a dropped jaw.

Kat stepped forward so she was right in front of other Kat. The two Kats stared at each other.

Other Kat looked exactly like her. The only difference was that other Kat's hair covered one of her eyes, so Kat could only see one purple eye. Real Kat's eyes were kaleidoscopic, whatever that means. They wore the same ninja outfit because the author doesn't feel like finding other Kat's latest outfit and comparing it with Kat's.

Kat decided to try something. She raised her right arm. Other Kat did the exact same thing at the exact same time. Kat dropped her arm quickly, and so did other Kat. Kat then tilted her head left. Other Kat did the same.

"Okay, that only happens in cartoons, so this must be a dream," Kat said.

"I'm with ya, sister," other Kat replied. "This is freaky."

Kat looked past the other Kat to see three other people on Steve's porch, a guy and two girls.

The guy was tall and pale, and had white spiky blond hair. His eyes were a peculiar green, and he wore a long sleeved red shirt and white jeans.

One of the girls was tan, had brown hair pulled back in a ponytail, and had deep brown eyes behind glasses. She wore a black shirt with neon green zebra print and jeans with splatters on them.

The other girl had blond hair in a single French braid with a backwards gray cap atop it. She had glowing blue eyes and freckles, and wore a cyan shirt, a black leather jacket, and black jeggings.

All three of them looked equally dumbfounded.

"So, what the heck are you and what are you doing in Steve's house?" other Kat asked Kat.

"More like what the heck are you and why are you at Steve's house?" Kat asked.

"This must be one of Herobrine's tricks..." other Kat muttered.

"Herobrine? Oh man, is he back? I was really hoping he'd stay dead this time," Steve spoke up.

Other Kat looked at Steve with confusion. "Herobrine's not dead. He just took the Sky Army base."

"Sky Army?" Kat asked. "I thought Adam was done bounty hunting. Where'd he get an army?"

"Herobrine better be dead," Steve said. "He killed too many of my friends." Simon suddenly climbed up onto Steve's shoulder.

"Well he's not. And where did you get a cat? I thought Salem hated other pets," other Kat asked.

"Who's Salem?" Steve asked back.

"Uh...your pet spider," other Kat replied. "Are you even Steve?"

"I thought I was," Steve replied. "Are you even Kat?"

"Yes," other Kat said.

"So am I," Kat said.

"Wait wait wait wait wait!" the guy spoke up, waving his arms around. "I know what's going on! You guys are from parallel universes!"

"Really, Gordon?" the girl with the ponytail asked. The girl with the braid punched him in the shoulder.

"Ow! It's possible! I saw it in a movie once!" Gordon whined. "And it makes sense! That's why this Steve claims he killed Herobrine, and why he has a cat instead of a spider. And why there's another Kat here. Clearly, this Kat and Steve are from a different universe!"

Other Kat thought about it. She inspected Kat and Steve. "I guess it's possible. But why are they here?"

"Uh, I think the question is why are you guys here," Kat said. "This is our universe. Steve's house in Sector 48."

Kat furrowed her brow. "Sector 48...sounds dumb...huh. How did we get here? Abby, Infinity, do you guys remember going through any creepy interdimensional portals?"

The two girls shook their heads.

"This is really weird, then," other Kat said. "You guys gotta help us get back to our universe!"

Kat and Steve looked at each other. "There is one thing I can think of," Steve said slowly.

"What? What is it?" other Kat asked eagerly.

"The author has to update The Moone Trilogy."

"Pfft," Abby scoffed. "That's not happening any time soon."

Everyone looked at her. She shrugged. "Isn't there another way?"

"Notch would know," other Kat muttered.

"Notch is also dead here, by the way," Steve said. "He was a bad guy."

"Gordon, how did they get back to their own universe in the movie?" Infinity asked.

"Uh...I think they made contact with their doppelgänger?" Gordon answered uncertainly.

"So if I touch her, we should be sent back?" other Kat asked.

Gordon shrugged. "It's worth a shot."

Other Kat reached out and touched Kat on the shoulder.

"Ow! You shocked me!" Kat yelped.

Everyone looked around, waiting for something to happen.

"It felt kinda like a normal static shock, though," Kat said sheepishly. "I don't think it was anything magical."

Gordon shrugged. "To be fair, this isn't a movie."

"Okay, I think I know someone who can fix this," Steve said. "Come with me."

Sector 13

"And now we're about to go on a quest to Corola City to find Jeb and ask for the key to the Library of Stheno so we can find Herobrine's key and destroy it," Abby was saying as they walked.

"Interesting. Is Jake gonna be okay? Because I'll cry if Kake dies," Kat replied.

Other Kat's face darkened. "I hope so."

"I'm still sad that Stuby and Stomis died," Gordon said. "How could the author do that to us?"

"I know right!" Infinity added. "It's almost as bad as killing off Sharkscan!"

"I'm personally saddest about Louis's death," Abby spoke up. "How could he kill a kid?"

"We're here," Steve interrupted. They were standing in front of a cave.

"Who exactly are we here to see?" other Kat asked.

"Madge." Steve walked inside.

They walked down the stone steps and into a small room full of chests, crafting tables, furnaces, cauldrons, and brewing stands. A Witch was at one of the cauldrons, but turned around as they walked in.

"Hello, Steve," Madge said. "Long time, no see."

"Hey, Madge," Steve replied. "Where's Kylee?"

"Oh, she's out and about," Madge answered. "What brings you here?"

"We have a...uh...problem," Steve said.

"What kind of problem?" Madge asked.

Both Kats stepped into the room. Madge's eyes widened. "Oh my..."

"We think these four are from a parallel universe," Steve said. "But they have no idea how they got here, and neither do we."

"Hmm..." Madge stepped closer to the two Kats and inspected both of them carefully. "It shouldn't be possible."

"Well, it is, lady," other Kat said. "Now do you know how to get us back or not?"

"I know of a way, but it's never been attempted before. But that's because it was never possible until now," Madge murmured.

"How do we do it?" Steve asked.

"Yeah, we kinda have stuff to be doing back in our universe," other Kat added.

"I can take care of all the ingredients but three. You must collect a strand of hair from three different people that exist in both universes," Madge explained.

"Wait, so not everyone exists in every universe?" Gordon asked. "Dang, I was hoping to meet another Gordon here."

Madge shook her head. "It also cannot be Kat, since both of them are here now. You must find three other people."

"Well, how do we know who has doppelgängers here and who doesn't?" Infinity asked.

"We know I have one," Steve pointed out. "So that's one. Notch and Herobrine are dead here, so we can't use them.

"Weren't you guys saying something about Jeb?" Kat asked. "We have a Jeb here, too."

"Let's go find him, then!" other Kat exclaimed.

"That might be difficult. He's not exactly the most agreeable guy here. Plus, he has a bunch of bounty hunters guarding him," Steve explained.

"Bounty hunters?" Abby asked.

"Yeah, people like Captain Sparklez and DanTDM and Deadlox," Kat explained.

"We have those people in our universe too!" other Kat shouted. "Take us to them now!"

"Oh, that was easy," Kat said.

"I will begin making that portal. You go find those strands of hair," Madge ordered.

"Alright. Let's go," Steve said.

***

Sector 30

"So do we just...ask for a strand of their hair?" other Kat asked.

Steve shrugged. "I guess."

"Are they just gonna let us in?" Kat asked.

"Well, we're not their targets anymore, so I hope so," Steve answered.

"Why is this city so dirty?" Abby asked, looking around with disgust.

"It's not as bad as Bladville," Gordon muttered.

"Here it is," Steve said, pointing at a trapdoor in the middle of the road.

"Didn't the police find this place last year?" Kat asked. "Why haven't they moved their base?"

"They're dumb," Steve replied, pulling open the door.

They walked down the quartz steps. Kat had never been here in the one book she's been in existence, so she looked around curiously.

When they reached the bottom of the steps, they entered a large room. The room was mostly empty except for a dozen or so people. They all looked over when the group entered the room.

"Hey guys," Steve greeted. "Uh, I have a sort of...odd question to ask."

Captain Sparklez stood up and briskly walked towards them. Steve didn't flinch, even though Sparklez hated him.

"What is it?" the bounty hunter asked.

Other Kat entered the room. Sparklez looked between Kat and other Kat. "Twins?"

The Kats looked at each other, then back at Sparklez. "Yeah."

"Listen, we need a strand of your hair. And one from one of you other guys, too," Steve explained.

Sparklez raised an eyebrow. "Why? You gonna clone us or something?"

"No," Steve replied. "It's, uh...complicated. Can you just—"

"Steve? Is that you?" a voice rang out from a doorway. A familiar man with white hair and a mustache entered.

"Hey, Jeb," Steve called.

"Can we get the key for the Library of Stheno?" Gordon blurted out. Everyone stared at him.

"The what?" Jeb asked.

"Ignore him," Steve said. "We need a strand of hair from two people."

"For what?" Jeb asked, walking closer to them.

"We need to get back to our parallel universe," other Kat answered bluntly. Steve sighed.

"But why do you need strands of our hair?" Jeb asked.

"It's a long story that we don't have time to explain. Can you just give us your hair so we can leave?" Infinity asked.

Jeb smiled. "Parallel universe people are rude. Anyway, I will give you a strand of my hair and a strand of Jordan's."

"Thank you," Kat spoke up. "It means a l—"

"If!" Jeb interrupted. "You all can defeat my newest asset."

"Your newest what now?" Gordon asked.

"Asset," Jeb repeated. "He's highly trained in battle."

"Of course," Steve muttered under his breath. "Bring it on."

***

A few minutes later, the six of them were in an underground chamber with a ceiling at least twenty blocks high. There was a closed door across from them that was as tall as the ceiling.

"This can't be good," Steve sighed as the door began to open by rising from the ground.

"How hard can it be?" other Kat asked.

"I dunno, this whole thing has a kind of Rancor feel to it," Gordon murmured as whatever was behind the door shook the entire chamber.

"You guys should probably get your weapons out," Kat said, already holding her bow.

Other Kat pulled out a bow as well and glared at her. Steve, Infinity, Gordon, and Abby all had diamond swords.

Noobs, Kat thought.

The door finished opening, and a hulk-like creature stomped in and roared.

Kat realized it was a Villager, but much more buff and with ripped clothes. It was a mutant Villager.

"What the Nether is that?!" Infinity yelled.

"Charlie?" other Kat whispered.

The mutant Villager roared and charged towards the group.

Kat fired an arrow at it. The arrow pierced its arm, but the Villager didn't notice. Other Kat also fired at it, but the mutant didn't notice it strike its leg either.

Steve was the first person the Villager reached. He raised his diamond sword, but before he could even swing it, the Villager slapped him aside with its huge arm. Steve hit the wall hard.

"I'm getting too old for this," he groaned.

"You're like 22," Kat said as she shot another arrow at the Villager. Again, it didn't notice.

Infinity managed to slice the mutant's thigh with her sword. It roared and swung its arms, but she dove out of the way. Gordon charged at it with a battle cry, and both Kats fired an arrow at the mutant again.

"This is an entirely unnecessary action scene," Abby pointed out as Gordon was flung aside and Infinity sliced the Villager's back. "Typical Tood."

"What?" the two Kats asked as they shot two more arrows into the Villager.

"Nothing," Abby replied, and she charged at the mutant.

"We're not gonna be able to kill it with bows and swords," Steve, who had stood up, said. "We have to figure something else out."

"What's a Villager's weakness?" other Kat asked.

"Zombies," Kat pointed out. "But I doubt we can get any down here."

"Gordon!" other Kat shouted. "Do you have any Zombie eggs on you?"

Gordon stopped swinging his sword at the Villager to check his inventory. "Nope!" He was then slapped across the room by the Villager.

"Do Villagers have any other weaknesses?" Kat asked.

Steve thought about it. "I know one that could work. Emeralds."

"How would that work?" other Kat asked.

Before Steve could respond, Kat spoke up. "If we can distract the Villager long enough with some emeralds, we can kill it easily."

Steve looked at her.

"Sorry. This is my story," Kat said. Steve shrugged.

"Does anyone have any emeralds?!" other Kat shouted.

Gordon, who had gotten back up and was about to swing at the mutant again, stopped and checked his inventory. "Nope!" He was then slapped across the room by the Villager again.

Abby and Infinity checked as well. "No!" they both shouted, then went back to slicing and jabbing at the mutant.

Other Kat sighed. "Where are we gonna get emeralds?"

"Jeb probably has a ton above us," Steve suggested. "But he's not gonna let us use them."

"Then let's just take them," other Kat said. She tried the door behind her, which is how they got into the chamber. It was locked.

"He did have a stash of emerald blocks just lying around," Kat remembered. "And I think it's directly above us."

"So if we can blow up the ceiling, they'll fall down here?" other Kat asked.

"I think so, but I doubt anyone has TNT."

Other Kat smirked. "Hey Gordon! Do you have any TNT?!"

Gordon stopped swinging at the Villager again. "Duh!" He was then slapped across the room again. This time, he landed right next to Kat.

"Can we have some of that TNT?" Kat asked politely.

"I mean, I was kinda saving it for emergenc—"

"Give us the TNT, Gordon!" other Kat snapped.

Gordon squeaked and tossed her a block of TNT and a flint and steel.

Other Kat looked at the ceiling. "Where do I aim?"

"Here, let me do it," Kat said. She held out her hand.

Other Kat hesitated. She handed the TNT and flint and steel over with a grumble.

"Abby! Infinity! When you hear the explosion, run!" Steve yelled at the two girls that were still fighting the Villager.

Kat took a deep breath. She then ignited the TNT, stuck an arrow into it, and fired it at the ceiling above the mutant.

The TNT exploded as soon as it hit the ceiling. The stone flew away and—as predicted—a bunch of emerald blocks came tumbling through the hole. Abby and Infinity ran towards the others, and the Villager looked up, confused by the explosion.

The mutant fell to the ground as it was covered in blocks of emeralds. It gave a weak roar, and then it was still.

"Huh. That works too," Steve said.

The door behind them burst open. Jeb, Mitch and Jerome charged in. Jeb gaped at the hole in the ceiling and his precious emeralds all over the ground.

"Why would you do that?!" he screamed, running over to the emeralds. Mitch and Jerome followed him.

"You told us to defeat it. We did," Kat answered.

"Can we get those hairs now?" Steve asked.

"No!" Jeb shouted. "You ruined everything! Mitch, Jerome, put them in a cell!"

Steve sighed. "You always do this."

Mitch and Jerome stepped forward, apologetic looks on their faces.

As the two bounty hunters came closer, Kat reached out and plucked a hair from Jerome's arm. Other Kat reached out at the same time and ripped a hair from Mitch's head.

"Sorry," both Kats said as the two best friends yelped in pain.

"Let's go!" Steve shouted. The six of them turned and raced up the stairs and out of the base.

Sector 13

"I hope the Jeb in our universe isn't that mean," Infinity said as they walked up to Madge's cave again. They had been doing a lot of walking recently.

As they filed down the staircase, Kat accidentally brushed up against other Kat. There was another static shock.

"Ow!" both girls exclaimed. They stared at each other with confusion.

"That felt stronger than last time," Kat pointed out.

"Can you two stop flirting and get down here?" Gordon asked.

Kat opened her mouth to say something about how they were the same person, but wasn't sure how to word it. Other Kat sighed. "Just ignore him."

The six of them reentered Madge's room. In the center of it was an unlit Nether portal. But instead of being completely made of obsidian, one of the blocks on the side of the frame was a command block.

"Ah, you're back," Madge greeted. "Do you have the three hairs for me?"

"We just need one more," Abby said.

Kat reached her hand up to Steve's head and yanked out a hair. He yelped in pain.

"Now we have all three," Kat said.

Madge took the three hairs and placed them in a cauldron. There was a puff of red smoke. Madge stirred the concoction, then dipped a glass bottle in and filled it up.

"This better work..." other Kat muttered. Madge ignored her and walked over to the command block. She opened it up and poured the potion inside.

The Nether portal became lit, but instead of a purple center, it was blood red.

"That's kinda evil looking," Infinity whispered.

"I wish I could tell you this is completely safe, but I have no idea if it is," Madge said. "Now listen closely so I can explain how it works."

The six of them huddled closer to Madge.

"If it works correctly, going through this portal should bring you to another parallel universe. Because there is an infinite amount of them, I don't know if the one on the other side of this portal is your universe. I calibrated the range of the command block to universes in the general area of the one you are trying to go to. It may take a few tries to get to the right one," the Witch explained.

"That was a lot of words that I don't understand," Gordon said. Madge sighed.

"It's okay. He doesn't need to understand," Abby spoke up. "Please continue."

"Traveling through this portal will create another one exactly like it in the universe that you appear in. It should be near you, but it may not be. If you happen to travel to the wrong universe, find the other portal that appeared. It will take you to another one. But whatever you do, do not go back through the portal you come out of. It will kill you," Madge explained.

"Well that's neat," other Kat said, breaking the silence that followed. "Is that all?"

Madge nodded. "Be careful."

"We're gonna come with you guys to make sure you find the right universe," Steve said.

"But then how will we get back?" Kat asked.

"There are only ten or so possible universes with the range I calculated. Just keep going through portals until you find your way back here," Madge suggested.

"Like that," Steve said to Kat. "Is everyone ready?"

"Ready as I'll ever be," Abby mumbled.

"Oh come on, Abby, this will be fun!" Infinity exclaimed. "We're gonna travel to different universes!"

"Or die," Gordon pointed out.

"Love the optimism," other Kat said. "Alright. Let's go."

She jumped into the portal and immediately disappeared. Infinity leapt through next, with an uncertain Gordon and Abby after. Steve gestured for Kat to go through, so she took a deep breath and stepped into the red center.

***

The first thing Kat noticed when she reappeared was that everything was red. At first she thought the portal was tinting her vision, but then she realized she was in the Nether. Steve appeared behind her.

"Uh, did that Witch lady just make a Nether portal and tell us it would take us to a different universe?" Gordon asked, looking around.

Kat shrugged. "We could be in the Nether of a different universe."

"Do you think it's ours?" Abby asked.

"There's not really any way to tell," other Kat answered. "Unless we see a giant army controlled by Herobrine training down here."

"We should try going to the Overworld to see where we are," Steve said. "Anyone see any Nether portals?"

"There's one!" Gordon exclaimed, pointing at the one they just came through. He was about to leap through it, but Abby grabbed him.

"Did you not hear Madge?" she yelled. "That will kill you!"

"Oh," Gordon said.

"Gabby," Kat whispered. Infinity grinned and fist bumped her.

"There's a fortress," Steve said. "Let's try to find a real Nether portal."

The six of them began to walk towards the Nether fortress. They were on a netherrack plain surrounded by large netherrack walls.

Suddenly, they heard whining.

"Shut up, Gordon," Infinity said.

"That wasn't me," Gordon whined.

Then, a Ghast flew down towards them. Both Kats pulled out their bows.

"Minecraftians?" the Ghast said in a whiny voice. "Why are there Minecraftians in my backyard?"

"Uh...you can talk?" other Kat asked.

"Yes," the Ghast replied. "And you can trespass, apparently. I'm getting my dad." She began to fly away.

"Wait!" Kat exclaimed. "Can you just tell us where the nearest Nether portal is? We're trying to get out of here."

The Ghast groaned. "There's one in that fortress. But my family isn't gonna let you get to it."

"Come on Ghasty, just let us go," Infinity yelled.

"First of all, my name is Kat," the Ghast said.

Kat and other Kat looked at each other. "Is that...spelled with a K?" Kat asked.

Ghast Kat nodded. "Why?"

"My name is Kat," Kat said.

"And so is mine," other Kat added.

"What? That's weird," Ghast Kat replied.

"No kidding," Steve muttered. "We're talking to a Ghast."

"I don't think this is our universe," Abby pointed out. "We don't have talking Ghasts."

"Who knows what Herobrine can do," other Kat pointed out. "I say we still check the Overworld to be safe."

"Did you say Herobrine?" Ghast Kat asked. "Man, I hate him. He's such an unfair host."

Other Kat looked at Abby. "Okay, definitely not our universe."

"I should have never signed up for that show in the first place," Ghast Kat whined. "Like, I was the biggest mob there. I couldn't do any of the challenges. But Herobrine still..."

The six of them began to sneak past Ghast Kat as she continued to rant. She noticed them when they were on the other side of her.

"Hey! I didn't say you could leave!" Ghast Kat shouted.

"Sorry Kat, but we have somewhere to be," other Kat called. They started running towards the fortress.

Ghast Kat made a whiny noise and shot a fireball at them.

Kat still had her bow out, so she shot an arrow at the fireball. They collided, and the fireball went sailing back at Ghast Kat. She flew out of the way.

"Come back!" she moaned.

"Love you, Kat!" Kat shouted, and the six of them ran into the Nether fortress.

"There's a Nether portal!" Gordon exclaimed, pointing across the hall from them. It was a normal portal with a purple center.

"Well, we know this isn't our universe, so we don't need to go to the Overworld," other Kat said. "We just need to find the next interdimensional por—watch out!"

A dozen or so Wither Skeletons were charging at them from a hallway to their left, stone swords raised.

"Run!" Steve shouted.

They raced over to the portal. As they ran, Kat noticed one Wither Skeleton staring at a wall, unmoving.

She ignored it and jumped into the portal with everyone else. She accidentally bumped shoulders with other Kat as she stepped in.

"Ow!" both girls shouted. Kat felt a strong electric shock go through her. It felt like she had touched a live wire.

Other Kat seemed to feel the same thing. Her eyes were wide.

"Okay, let's stop touching each other," other Kat said.

"Good idea," Kat replied.

The Wither Skeletons were almost upon them. But then, the six Minecraftians disappeared.

***

They appeared on a beach. Gordon looked up at the sky.

"It's raining cats and dogs!" he shouted.

"Gordon, it's sunny out here," Steve said.

"No, look!" he pointed up at the sky.

Falling from above were six different animals. It looked like some of them were fighting each other as they fell. There were also random floating rings that some of the animals fell through.

Kat could tell one of the animals was an ocelot, and another was a wolf. That was what Gordon meant by "raining cats and dogs".

"Why are those horses fighting while skydiving?" Infinity asked.

"Parallel universes are weird, man," other Kat said.

Suddenly, someone appeared out of thin air in front of them. Kat gasped as she recognized the glowing white eyes that belonged to Herobrine.

Other Kat yelped and pulled out her bow, aiming it at him. Infinity, Gordon, and Abby whipped out diamond swords. Kat just stepped back a little, and Steve fainted.

"Why are there Minecraftians on my island?" Herobrine asked, seemingly unfazed by all the weapons pointed at him. "This better not be more Porky and Mooshie hacks. I thought I took those away from those two."

"Uh...we're not in the right universe," Kat said. The other conscious people were too busy glaring at him. "You're evil in theirs."

Herobrine shrugged. "I'm evil in most universes. I assume you six are looking for a red portal?"

"Yes, how'd you know?" Kat asked.

"It appeared just a little ways down the beach," Herobrine replied, not answering her question. He looked up at the sky. "Oh, they're done."

He disappeared.

"Hey, wait! When is your book being updated?!" Abby called.

There was no answer.

"Well that was interesting," Kat said.

Steve stood up. "What happened?"

"Nothing," Kat replied. "Come on, let's get to the portal."

A few minutes later, they found the portal on the beach, just like other Herobrine had said. They jumped through it one by one. Kat hoped it would bring them to the right universe.

***

The first thing Kat noticed in the next universe was a rush of wind. She took a step, and almost fell over. She looked around, and realized she was on top of a moving train. They were on the caboose of the train, and seemed to be going through some plains.

"What the Nether?!" Steve yelled as he appeared.

"Let's get inside!" other Kat shouted. She took out a pickaxe and broke a block from the roof of the train car, then hopped inside.

The rest of them hopped in as well. The caboose had a ton of chests in it, most of which looked empty. The entrance to the next car was blocked off by chests and other random blocks, like someone had made a barricade. There was a guy and girl in the room, crouching on either side of a hole in the floor that they probably made for some reason.

The guy wore a white tang top and blue shorts. He had pale skin, a blue bandana around his head, blond hair, and light blue eyes. The girl wore a long sleeved green shirt, a black vest, jeans, and black gloves. She had dark skin, short, choppy brown hair, and brown eyes.

They didn't seem to be moving. In fact, it looked like they were frozen.

"Uh...hello?" Infinity asked.

There was no answer, but Kat saw the guy shift a little bit.

"What are you guys doing?" Kat asked.

"Shh," the guy said through gritted teeth. "We're on hold."

Kat raised an eyebrow. "What?"

"This could be our universe," other Kat said.

"You're not supposed to talk to them, Sky," the girl whispered.

"Sorry Amber, but I haven't done anything in over a year. I had to say something," Sky whispered back.

"If you guys are on hold, why is this train still moving?" Steve asked.

Sky and Amber looked at each other, then at the newcomers. They stood up.

"To make this part more interesting, I guess," Amber replied.

"Is Herobrine an evil overlord in this universe?" other Kat asked.

"Who's Herobrine?" Sky replied.

"Okay, this isn't our universe either. Have you two seen a red Nether portal?" other Kat asked.

"Nope," they replied.

Gordon hopped up to the hole in the ceiling and climbed up. "I see one!" he called down.

"It was nice meeting you," other Kat said to Sky and Amber. "But we have a different universe to be in." She jumped and climbed up onto the roof as well.

"Any chance your book will be updated soon?" Infinity asked Sky and Amber as she began climbing up.

Sky, Amber, and Abby scoffed.

Other Kat helped Infinity and Abby up to the roof. She held out her hand to help Kat, but when Kat grabbed it, an electric shock sent her tumbling to the ground and other Kat flying out of Kat's view.

"Okay, we really have to stop doing that," Kat groaned as she stood up. Infinity helped her and Steve up to the roof. Other Kat was rubbing her head.

"Did I mention we're gonna have to jump off the train to get through it?" Gordon asked. He pointed.

In the distance, but coming up fast because of the moving train, was the red Nether portal. If they leapt off the right side of the train, they could fly directly through the portal and arrive in the next universe.

"We're all gonna have to jump at the same time," other Kat realized.

"Are we all gonna fit through the portal?" Abby asked.

"Guess we'll find out," Kat replied.

"Hey!" some men with tuxedos and bowler hats and machine guns climbed up onto the roof of the train car adjacent to the caboose. They aimed their guns at them. "Who are you? Are you with the Elements?"

The train was practically upon the portal now. There was no time to answer the well-dressed bad guys.

"Jump!" Steve shouted.

The six of them jumped off the caboose at the same time. The villains fired their machine guns, but were too late.

Miraculously, the six of them flew through the portal instead of hitting the ground.

***

Of course, they leapt out of the portal at the same speed in which they leapt into it, which was pretty fast. Kat ran into a tree at full force.

"Ow."

"This better be the right universe. I'm exhausted," other Kat sighed as she got up from the ground.

Kat looked around. They seemed to be in a forest of dark oak trees.

"Let the sixth Radish Games begin!" a voice rang out from all around them.

"Uh...do you guys have 'Radish Games' in your universe?" Steve asked.

Other Kat shrugged. "I don't think so."

"Whatever it is, it sounds dumb," Abby said.

"Let's go find that portal," other Kat sighed.

They began to walk through the forest. Suddenly, they heard a cannon fire.

"I wonder what these 'Radish Games' consist of," Kat said.

"Maybe its a radish eating contest," Gordon suggested.

"Maybe everyone throws radishes at each other," Infinity suggested.

"Maybe everyone laughs at Tood for being lame," Abby suggested.

Before anyone could react to that fourth wall break, a blast hit a tree near them. It sizzled, so it was obviously made of magma or lava.

A very familiar bald man with a trench coat came out of the shadows. Of the trees, that is. He was holding a magma pistol, and looked confused.

"You're not contestants," Yuri said.

"I thought you were in jail," Kat growled. Steve drew his diamond sword.

"Uh, why would he be in jail?" other Kat asked. "Yuri, did you set off nukes while we were gone?"

Yuri looked back and forth between the two Kats. "I have no idea what either of you are talking about. I have never been in jail, and have never set off a nuke."

Kat sighed. "Oh yeah. Different universe."

"Who are you people?" Yuri asked.

"Shut up, Yuri," other Kat replied. The six of them walked past him.

"There it is," Infinity said. There was a Nether portal with a red center across a lake from them.

"Let's go!" Gordon shouted. He jumped into the lake and began swimming.

The others shrugged and followed him.

"And...cue next unnecessary obstacle," Abby muttered.

Suddenly, a giant squid appeared out of nowhere and roared.

"There it is," Abby said cynically.

The squid flung its tentacles around wildly. Gordon was slapped back onto land. Steve whipped out his sword and swam towards the squid, but it roared, creating a stream of bubbles that sent him flying out of the lake.

Kat fired an arrow at the giant squid. It pierced its head, causing the monster to roar, shooting a stream of bubbles at Abby that sent her flying out of the lake as well.

Other Kat swam past Kat and shot an arrow at the squid as well. The squid roared in pain again.

"Wait! I have an idea!" Kat exclaimed. "Everyone, out of the water!"

Infinity had just managed to slice one of the tentacles with her sword. She frowned at Kat's order, but didn't protest.

The group climbed onto the shore of the lake. "Okay, Kat," Kat said. "We have to put our hands underwater and touch fingers."

Other Kat looked confused, but then realized what Kat was getting at. They both put their hands under the water. The squid was swimming towards them quickly, its tentacles propelling it through the lake.

Kat and other Kat touched fingertips and immediately took their hands out of the water. They created an electric current in the lake, electrocuting the giant squid and killing it.

"Woohoo!" Kat and other Kat high-fived, then flew in opposite directions because of the electric shock.

"Ow," Kat groaned. She stood up, and noticed someone staring at her from behind a bush. She turned and saw a nerdy-looking kid with red hair and glasses gaping at her.

"Hi," Kat said. She then turned and ran back to the group.

"That was really clever," Steve told Kat. "I'm glad I chose you to lead the Resistance."

"Aw, shucks," Kat replied, blushing slightly.

"Okay, let's go," other Kat said. The six of them began to walk around the lake.

"I wonder when this book will be updated," Gordon said as they walked.

A few minutes later, they entered the portal.

***

The next universe was definitely not the right one. Nothing was even made of blocks. Everything had an orange tint to it, and the gravity felt off. It looked like a wasteland full of strange alien parts. It also seemed like a battle had recently taken place there.

"Where are we?" Abby asked.

"I don't know, but it's definitely not our universe," other Kat replied. "Anyone see a portal?"

Kat looked around. She saw a red gleam in the distance. "There!"

It was pretty easy to spot the only thing made of cubes in the area. The six of them began to make their way to the portal in silence. As they walked, they heard a voice.

"Mr. Stark? I don't feel so good..."

"Oh my Notch!" Gordon yelled. "Infinity War spoilers!"

"Me what spoilers?" Infinity asked him.

"Kat?"

Kat and other Kat looked at Abby. Her hand was starting to look grainy, like it was turning into dust.

Gordon looked at his arm, which was doing the same thing. "Well, this is no place to die."

"Oh, no," Infinity looked down at herself. The same thing was happening.

"What the—? Run!" other Kat yelled. "Get to the portal before you disappear!"

They ran as fast as they could, but it was difficult with the messed up gravity. Kat had no idea what was happening, or why Abby, Gordon, and Infinity were starting to turn into dust but the rest of them weren't. But she didn't care; it wasn't her universe. They just had to get out of there.

Finally, they made it to the portal. Abby, Gordon, and Infinity were barely keeping themselves together. Kat and other Kat shoved them into the portal. Steve and the Kats jumped in next.

***

As soon as Kat reappeared, she checked on Abby, Infinity, and Gordon. They weren't disintegrating anymore.

"That was close," other Kat said. "Now where are we?"

Kat looked around, and realized they were on a 2-dimensional plane. At the top was a blue bar with icons and what looked like a search bar. The rest of the plane was white and empty.

"What is this?" Steve asked.

Kat noticed a lowercase F in the top right corner. She narrowed her eyes.

Suddenly, words appeared in the white emptiness.

"Leo Valdez: So how is everyone enjoying Demigod Facebook?"

"What the...?" Kat murmured.

More words appeared. "Percy Jackson: It's awesome! Thanks Leo! I knew I shouldn't have drowned you with toilet water!"

"Leo Valdez: Uh thx?"

"Hey, there's the portal!" Abby shouted, pointing at the other side of the screen. The six jogged towards it.

Words continued to appear: "Annabeth Chase: thanks* And I believe that I am speaking for everyone when I say that this was a brilliant idea."

They reached the next portal. "Let's not talk about this ever," Abby said.

Kat and the others shrugged and jumped into the portal.

***

The next universe was in Minecraft, so hopefully it was the right one. Kat scanned her surroundings. They seemed to be in a town, but it seemed like it was under attack. Everything was on fire, people were running, and blocks were flying everywhere. But Kat couldn't hear anything except some weird song that was coming from everywhere at once.

"Courage to stop a cannonball..."

Other Kat looked at them and began mouthing something. Kat couldn't tell what she was saying.

"Together we stand thirty feet tall..."

"What?" Kat tried to say, but the words wouldn't come out of her mouth. It was like she had gone mute. And it seemed the same way for everyone. Yep, definitely the wrong universe.

"We got a fire that burns within..."

Suddenly, the Ender Dragon flew into the air nearby, breathing purple fire at some strange, giant, transformer-like machine made out of yellow and red blocks. The two giants were battling, but Kat couldn't hear them. All she heard was:

"We are the Dragonhearted,

We are the Dragonhearted..."

Steve touched the five of them on the shoulder. He pointed the other direction, where Kat caught a glimpse of red before her view was blocked by Ghasts with machines on them and ridden by weird-looking Zombie Pigmen flying by.

An epic instrumental section of the song was playing now. The six ran down the gravel street, towards the red they had seen. The strange Pigmen were destroying property and killing people all around. None had noticed them yet.

Kat looked up as they ran and saw a guy battling what looked like the leader of the Pigmen. He's probably the protagonist of this universe, she thought.

One of the Pigmen saw them and charged at them, gold sword raised. Other Kat shot an arrow into his chest before he reached them, killing him.

Another Pigman was charging at them from the other side. Steve drew his diamond sword, but Kat shot an arrow at the Pigman, killing it. They kept running.

A Ghast shot a fireball at them. Infinity leapt at it and struck the projectile with her diamond sword, sending it flying back into the Ghast. Some more Pigmen charged at them, and Abby, Gordon, and Steve began battling them with their sword. Kat and other Kat helped by firing arrows into them.

Suddenly, Kat felt an explosion, but still didn't hear anything. She was sent flying into other Kat, creating an electric shock even bigger than the last one. The Kats were sent flying apart. Kat hit the wall of a house and groaned in pain. She couldn't hear her groan. In fact, the song continued.

"Standing tall..."

Kat stood up and realized a Ghast had caused the explosion to send her flying. She shot it down with an arrow.

"Forever united..."

Other Kat also stood up, rubbing her head. The Kats looked at each other, then ran down the gravel street again.

"We are the Dragonhearted,

We are the Dragonhearted..."

The others managed to kill off the remaining Pigmen in the area. It was a clear shot to the portal. They ran to it.

Gordon gestured for Abby to step through it first. She shoved him through the portal instead, then jumped in after him. Infinity jumped in next, with Steve and other Kat following. Kat was about to jump in, but she felt something sharp pierce her shoulder. She tried to scream in pain, but couldn't.

She turned around and saw a Pigman, grinning at her. It had stabbed her with its gold sword. Kat couldn't feel her left arm.

The Pigman swung its sword again. Kat ducked and grabbed an arrow from her quiver. She sliced at its leg, then stood up. The Pigman snarled and tried to stab her again, but she jumped out of the way.

Kat knew she could just go through the portal, but she didn't want the Pigman following them. So, she lunged forward and stabbed it in the neck with her arrow.

The Pigman made a gross face and fell over. Kat exhaled, then jumped through the portal, holding her left arm.

***

The next universe was nothing. Everything was black. Kat couldn't see anything except her friends, who were in front of her. She couldn't see the floor, but she was standing on some sort of ground. She also couldn't hear anything besides the sounds of her friends.

"Where are we?" Kat asked.

They didn't respond. That's when Kat realized they were all staring at something ahead of them, too shocked to speak.

It was a Minecraftian, but he was completely void-black, like their surroundings. Smoke was coming off of him, and he had glowing white eyes, like Herobrine's.

(He looks like this):

He was staring at them, iron sword out, not moving.

"Please tell me this isn't your universe," Kat whispered.

"It's not. But we don't see the other portal anywhere," other Kat whispered back.

there is no other portal.

Those words appeared in a blocky font, in what looked like the Minecraft chat. It was clear that the void dude had said them, but it looked like he couldn't physically speak.

"Uh...who are you?" other Kat called.

i am null. i sent you four to the other universe.

"Well that's rude," Gordon said.

"Why did you do that?" other Kat asked.

to create chaos.

"Well, you succeeded. Happy?" Kat asked.

not quite.

Without warning, he flung his iron sword towards them at an impossibly high speed. Steve wasn't fast enough to dodge it, and the sword literally ripped through his torso.

Kat screamed in horror as he fell to the ground. Her eyes were as wide as dinner plates, and she was sure the others had similar expressions. But she couldn't take her eyes off the limp body in front of them.

Null ran forward, going for his sword. Infinity bravely stepped in his path and swung her sword at him. Null glitched through the sword and continued running.

Other Kat fired an arrow at him. The arrow went through Null without even harming him.

We can't hurt him, Kat realized. So what do we do?

Null picked up his sword and focused on his next target: Infinity.

Infinity backed up a little, raising her diamond sword warily.

The smoky being sprinted forward and swung his sword at Infinity. She brought her sword up to block it, but his sword glitched through hers and struck her down.

This time, other Kat screamed in horror. Abby charged at Null in anger, raising her diamond sword. Null simply pointed at her, and she was sent flying backwards.

She would've flown right back into the portal they came from—which would've killed her—if Gordon hadn't jumped and caught her in his arms.

"I got you," he said.

As Gordon put Abby down, a sword went through his back and out his chest. Null had teleported behind him and stabbed him through the heart. Abby screamed as Gordon fell to the ground, lifeless.

Null advanced on her.

We can't even touch him, Kat thought. How do we kill something we can't touch?

Abby looked furious. She swung her sword at Null, who simply let it go through his head, not affecting him.

Suddenly, Kat got an idea.

"Kat!" Kat shouted. Other Kat was frozen with shock after seeing two of her closest friends die. Kat ran up to her doppelgänger. "Kat! I think I know how to kill him!"

Other Kat snapped back to reality. "How?"

"We can't touch him. But we can touch each other."

Other Kat immediately understood. The two of them charged at Null.

Abby screamed in pain as Null stabbed her in the heart. He lifted her up with his iron sword, then dropped her lifeless body to the ground. He turned his head to see the two Kats charging at him.

He readied his iron sword. Kat ran to his right side, and Other Kat ran to his left. They then charged towards his body.

Null turned to Kat and swung his sword. It hit her left arm, which was hurting like the Nether already from the Pigman stab. Kat screamed in pain, but didn't let that stop her.

She reached out to touch Null's chest, but her hand went through him. Null began to swing his sword down at her head.

Other Kat did the same thing as Kat on the other side, and they touched hands inside of Null's body.

The biggest electric shock yet went through them. It felt like she was struck by lightning. Kat could actually see the electricity sparking between them, and heard what sounded like thunder. Both Kats were sent flying at least twenty blocks away.

When Kat hit the ground, her vision went black.

***

When she opened her eyes, she was still in the same void universe.

"So it wasn't just a dream?" Kat sighed. Her left arm was still hurting, but not as much as it was when Null sliced her with his sword. It was like that never happened; but the Pigman stab did.

She sat up with some difficulty, and looked around. What she saw made her extremely happy.

Five people were standing nearby, talking. And they all looked unharmed. Well, maybe not exactly unharmed. But they all looked alive.

"Steve?" Kat asked. She stood up.

Steve and the others turned around. They smiled at her. "You're okay?" Steve asked.

Kat nodded. "Yeah. And you guys are, too? How?"

"We're not Tood's characters. He can't permanently kill us off," Abby answered.

"Also, killing Null reversed everything that happened in this universe, I think. That's how we're alive," Steve explained

"Makes sense," Kat replied. "So it worked? We killed Null?"

Other Kat nodded. "Your plan worked great. I was just telling these guys how much of a genius you are."

"It was nothing," Kat blushed.

"Of course, you're a genius because you're me," other Kat laughed.

"Now that we're all up, can we go?" Gordon asked. "I'm tired of all these parallel universes."

"Null said there is no other portal," Kat said.

"He lied," Infinity replied. "It appeared when you guys killed him." She pointed.

Kat looked. There was indeed another portal.

"Alright. Let's go," other Kat said.

The six of them walked over and entered the portal.

***

The first thing Kat noticed in the next universe was the muggy air. She looked around, and realized they were in a swamp. There was a Witch hut nearby.

"What? We're back in our universe?" Steve asked, confused.

Other Kat looked around. "No. This is ours!" She eagerly ran up to the Witch hut. The others followed. Other Kat knocked on the door.

It opened. Steve was standing there, looking exhausted.

"What do you want?" he asked. Then, he looked behind other Kat and saw Steve and Kat.

"What the Nether...?" other Steve murmured. "Did Herobrine do this?"

"No," other Kat answered. "It's a long story."

Suddenly, a Spider came scuttling out from behind other Steve and leapt at Steve. It tackled him to the ground.

"Good Spider?" Kat heard Steve mumble.

"Salem!" other Steve yelled. "Get off the guy that looks exactly like me!"

The Spider obeyed and crawled back into the house.

"Okay, we'll talk to you in a few minutes," other Kat said to other Steve. "We gotta help our friends find a portal first."

"O...kay..." other Steve replied, confused. But he closed the door.

"Alright. Let's get you guys home," other Kat said to Kat and Steve.

They stepped off other Steve's porch and looked around the swamp for another portal.

"There," Infinity said, pointing in the distance. Kat looked and saw a portal with a glistening blood red center. The six of them made their way over to it.

"Thank you for helping us get back home," other Kat said to them.

"It was no problem," Kat replied.

"Really? Cuz we dragged you through at least five different universes," Infinity pointed out.

"Well, it's not like we have anything better to do," Steve chuckled.

"I'll miss you guys," Gordon said. "If you find my doppelgänger in your universe, tell him I say hi."

"We will," Kat replied.

"Any chance this book will be updated soon?" Steve whispered to Abby.

Abby just laughed. "Take care, you two."

"I would hug you, but I've had enough shocks for today," Kat said to other Kat.

Other Kat grinned. "Same. Bye bye, me."

"Bye, me," Kat replied with a smile. She and Steve stepped through the portal.

***

The next universe was a room made out of stone. Kat looked around, and realized it was Madge's cave.

"Finding our way back was easier than I thought it would be," Kat said. "I thought we'd have to go through more universes."

"We're over nine thousand words right now. I think we've been to enough universes," Steve replied.

"Fair enough," Kat replied.

Madge entered the room. "Did everything go well?" she asked.

Steve and Kat nodded. "Relatively. My shoulder is bleeding from a stab wound, but it's no biggie."

"What the—? Why didn't you tell us?!" Steve asked.

"It didn't seem important at the time," Kat replied.

"I will get you a healing potion and a bandage," Madge said. She stepped out of the room.

"Well. That was a fun little adventure," Steve said. "I'm ready to go back to sleeping all day."

"Uh, not so fast," Kat replied. "The Resistance is still getting sued, remember?"

Steve sighed. "On second thought, I'd rather be in any other universe right now."

"The only universe you're going to is court," Kat grinned. "I guess I could say...

Welcome back to the Resistance."

Marvel: "Avengers: Infinity War is the most ambitious crossover event in history"

Radishologist: *writes this story*

Anyway, in case you couldn't tell, today is my best friend Rocknrebel44's birthday! Happy birthday! I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it :D

Some fun facts:

•If you remember, I wrote a short story for one of my other best friends (Yuri) back in 2017. I would have done the same for Rebel, but her birthday occurred while I was at summer camp (and also during the time I was supposedly gone from Wattpad and Kik due to Rebel "overthrowing" me). So, I promised I'd make it up to her in 2018. I hope I did.

•And yes, Rebel, I knew about that promise before you mentioned it on Skype that one day a couple weeks ago. You didn't have to remind me; I wouldn't forget a promise like that.

•I was originally going to write the backstory of Kat from TFOM, but I got bored after like six paragraphs and really didn't enjoy writing it. This story was much more fun to write.

•I began Kat's backstory on Monday, July 16th, and gave up on Wednesday, July 18th when I thought of a much better story idea. I wrote the new story every day starting Wednesday, July 18th, and actually finished it on Monday, July 23rd. I did editing on this story on Tuesday, July 24th and Wednesday, July 25th.

•Not sure why I added the mutant Villager or the giant squid. I guess for unnecessary action scenes.

•The first universe the characters traveled to was my "Total Drama Minecraft" series. I had them appear in the Nether so they could talk to Ghast Kat (who was named before I met Rebel). The challenge taking place when they were in the Overworld was in Episode 20 of TDMR.

•The second universe they traveled to was Rebel's book "Minecraft Elements". The last published chapter featured a train scene, but that book hasn't been updated in over a year.

•The third universe they traveled to was my recent book, "Victors". The nerdy redhead kid Kat saw was Thomas, and he was hiding behind a bush because his last name has "bush" in it. Also, it said Yuri "came out of the shadows", which is kind of a reference to his birthday short story, "Into the Shadows".

•The fourth universe they traveled to was Avengers: Infinity War. They were on the planet Titan. Rebel and I both love Marvel movies so I decided to put that in lmao.

•The fifth universe they traveled to was Rebel's most famous book, "A Demigod Facebook". I've never actually read that book, only the first two chapters so I could put it in this book.

•The sixth universe they traveled to was the popular Minecraft animation, "Dragonhearted". It's a music video (the fourth in the "Fallen Kingdom" series), and is pretty cool so I put it in.

•The seventh universe wasn't a reference to anything. Not sure why I decided to have Null be the villain, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it was cool imo.

•The eighth universe was, as you should know, Rebel's book, "The Warrior" from The Moone Trilogy. Y'all should read it if you haven't already.

•I thought about writing in two more universes, a Wattpad app universe and a real life universe. The real life one would have featured me and Rebel meeting irl last year. But, this story was already long enough so I didn't put those two in.

•This chapter is the longest one I have ever written and the longest one I plan to ever write. Yes, it is longer than the Profiles chapter of TFOM.

That's all I have. Again, happy birthday Rebel! <4
