Panic surged through Alastor, maybe 7 years hadn't been long enough to avoid the man. Keep up your mask Alastor- He thought to himself as he took a deep breath. "Good Evening Vox! It's Alastor! It's been quite a while!" he forced a smile, it being obvious as he spoke.

"Alastor."

"Now, before you hung up." Alastor spoke up. "I have.. I have to apologize for not talking to you for these 7 years. I am a very busy man, and that's no excuse, but I'm calling now to.." He took another deep breath. "Well. I need your help." The silence from the other line made Alastor think he had been hung up on, but after a moment he heard Vox laugh.

"You're asking for help? After 7 years? After what you did?"

"It.. was an accident Vox." Alastor sighed softly. "An accident and a mistake I shouldn't have made."

"So you're apologizing for that too?" Alastor felt his eye twitch. No. he wasn't sorry for what happened. Not really. It wasn't his fault. He sighed.

"It wasn't my fault. I will not apologize for the behavior of my father. I'm not the one who needs to apologize. I do however apologize for not talking to you afterwards." He heard a grumble. Then a click. "Well." He sighed. Dialing a different number.

"Nifty's cleaning service! This is Nifty!" A chipper voice answered after the first ring.

"Hello Nifty dear! I have a mess to clean for you!"

"Is it deer blood?" She asked.

"Of course. You know how i enjoy my hunting." Alastor chuckled, she didn't need to know the blood wasn't deer blood.

"Be there in 20 minutes!" She then hung up. Alastor stood and looked to the clock. It was near 8pm, and Alastor moved to go to his little studio to set up for his Show at 9. He found his mind wondering is Vox ever listened to his show, but quickly dismissed the thought as it was stupid to think someone as famous as Vox would listen to the radio when there were other 'streaming services' that played music with no ads or talking. Alastor shivered, A Radio with no talking host? Sounded boring and lonely if he was honest with himself. Granted, being a lone talk show host was very lonely, But he couldn't think of it any other way. He was comfortable with the loneliness.. right? Shaking his head a bit, Shaking away the thoughts of Vox as he set up. Then moving to answer the quiet knock on the door of his House. "Good evening Alastor!" Nifty smiled up at him.

"Good Evening, Nifty dear!" He smiled, letting her in. She swiftly moved to go to the garage, setting up her cleaning supplies in a little line, tallest to shortest. Alastor chuckled softly at her compulsive way of organizing her supplies before cleaning. "Well. I have my show soon, so I'll see you when its all done, feel free to stick around for payment." He smiled. Nifty nodded as she assessed the damage the blood had caused. Alastor moved to go to the radio room again. As the clock ticked to 9 he sat in his chair, testing the equipment, and finally when the clock hit 9 he clicked the button to go on air. "Greetings and Salutations listeners!"

7 calls. It took 7 calls before he heard the line that dropped his heart. "So. The radio still plays. And needs some help~?" It was Valentino. He'd recognize his voice anywhere. "Perhaps I can get you some help~?" Alastor glared at the phone. Was he really going to stoop so low as to accept help from a porn director? Before he could respond. "I'll call again later~ After your show ends." and with that the phone clicked, leaving Alastor with his thoughts for a moment.

"Well that sure was an interesting call." His response came slow. To slow. He knew it alerted the listeners to his distress and alarm. The phone rang again and he knew it would be a mistake to answer. But he had a show to do. And as expected it was time for the calls informing him Radio was dead. Once his show was over, not more then 20 minutes after the call with Valentino, he clicked off air. The phone rang quickly after, and he picked it up. "Hello." He growled softly.

"What a way to answer a friend~" Valentino purred.

"You aren't, and never were, my friend Valentino." Alastor growled. A laugh came from the other end.

"Of course not. But Vox always preferred me~" Alastor rolled his eyes. Vox had never preferred either over the other. Not that Alastor had seen and he was around Vox all the time before the big fight that tore them apart.

"Unlikely." Alastor said with a growl. He wasn't sure why he seemed so angered by the prospect of Val being favored by Vox, but it didn't bother him. He just knew it wasn't true. Val laughed then shifted.

"Well. I might be able to convince him to help if you ask nicely, and admit that I'm his favorite~" Alastor sighed.

"I think I'll be fine without your help. I just need to get through to him, now if you don't mind. I am a very busy man with more important things then to deal with the likes of you." Alastor growled, hanging up. He stood up and moved to go to the shed where, upon peeking inside, Nifty was just finishing up her diligent cleaning. The bench was clear of blood and the floor was almost completely clear too. Alastor smiled at this, he'd have to keep her around, and moved to enter the room proper. "It looks wonderful so far nifty!" Nifty's gaze turned to Alastor.

"Thank you!" She smiled, moving to get up. "It's almost done! Just need to polish the floor to avoid the blood from causing more damage." She moved, grabbing the polish.

"Well, I'll be in the parlor when you've finished." Alastor smiled. "Perhaps we can enjoy a cup of tea?"

"That sounds wonderful!" Nifty smiled.
