"Tabhi mai sochun ye Shahzain bhai ko itna pyaar kyun aata hai Amara par" Asma said sipping her tea. When Hania revealed the truth on constant nagging, Asma and the cousins were shocked.
She made a face remembering how she had been making a fool out of herself all this while infront of Shahzain.

"Haan abhi bhi usi ke paas baithe hue hain bina kuch khaye piye..." Aliya said pointing towards the room where Amara was shifted to

"Haan toh kya ho gaya...tumlog aise kyun behave kar rahe ho....sab pehle hi jaisa hi toh hai...aisa kya badal gaya...haan hum itne anxious rehte the na ki kyun kyun...toh kyun ka jawab mil gaya" Ahil said shrugging .

"Amara ko hosh aa gaya..." Aamir  informed others with a big smile and without even waiting returned back to Amara's room.

"Aaram se araam se " Shahzain helped Amara in sitting..... "Mai theek hun bhaijaan..."

"Wo dikh raha hai...kya zarurat thi bhaagam bhaag karne ki seedhiyon par" Shahzain lightly scolded Amara who pouted looking at Aamir who was shaking his head signalling her not to take his name. He feared Shahzain might make him lay on the same bed Amara was lying on.

"Sorry" Amara said

"Acha ab yeh lo soup piyo.." Shahzain brought a spoon of hot liquid to her mouth..

"Nahi..mera man nahi hai"

But next second, Amara opened her mouth big seeing his glare.......

Farida was sitting next to Amara and caressing her head "Shahzain...tum kuch kha lo..mai Amara ko pila de rahi hun"

"Nai Aunty .. mai theek hun"

"Aise kaise....Aamir bhai ke liye ek plate le kar aao" Sikander who was standing next to Farida ordered his son

Aamir brought a plate of sandwiches for Shahzain who took it on Amara's requests.

A few days later, Amara was discharged and brought back home.

She was spending most of her time in her room only with Shahzain and Aamir giving her perpetual visits and
one day in a flow, Aamir told her the secret of Shahzain being her cousin and everything. She couldn't describe how she felt when Shahzain showed her parents' picture along with their childhood ones for the first time.

"Aap ne pehle mujhe kyun nahin bataya?" Amara had asked Shahzain who had replied that he didn't want her to know about any painful incident of the past.

Amara started becoming more open to Shahzain with time.

"Hum abhi tak galat kar rahe the....arre badshah par waar karne se acha hai...aisi jagah waar karo jahan uski jaan atakti hai" Hania was talking to her sister in law Shabana in her room

"Matlab"

"Shahzain badshah hai aur uski jaan basti hai us Amara me......toh Amara ko sambhalo.. badshah apne aap haath me aayega...apne bete Ahil ka nikaah usse karwa do" Hania suggested having a slice of apple.

"Nahi .. apne bete se kabhi nahin.." Shabana atonce refused

"Toh phir zindagi katon isi tarah"

"Meri behen k bete Rashid se kara dete hain na Amara ka nikaah..wo use pasand bhi karta hai"

"Hmm....tum udhar baat chalao mai idhar baat chalati hun" Hania passed an evil smile "Kuch dinon me Shahzain desh ke bahar jane wala hai lambe samay ke liye .... usi beech ye sab nipta do..."

"Baaji...bina Shahzain se baat kiye hum Amara ke liye itna bada decision kaise le sakte hain" Farida and Sikander objected

"Arre Shahzain ko pata hai..usi ne Rashid ka zikra kiya" Hania lied and smiled holding Farida's hand "Woh toh Shahzain ko achanak se Dubai jana pada...apni nayi company jo usne Amara ke naam se shuru ki hai usi ke silsile me....usne kaha hai Amara ke reception me use surprise dega"

"Agar Shahzain aur Sikander ko theek lag raha hai to mai Amara se baat karti hun" Farida said

Amara had said yes after knowing it was Shahzain's and her parents' choice.

The wedding day had come and the hall was bustling with people.

"Arre bhai..hone wale dulhe miyaan kahaan hain" Hania asked willing to get done with everything as soon as possible.

"Rashid ko toh aa jana chahiye tha abhi tak" The groom's mother said

Half an hour went by, but still there was no sign of Rashid

"Ye  kahaan gaya....?"

"Pata nahin......bola doston ke sath aaunga...dost toh pahuch gaye, wo kahaan hai?" Rashid's mother had started getting tensed now

Just then Hania saw someone who she dreaded seeing at the moment.

"Shahzain toh agle hafte aane wala tha...aaj kahaan se aa gaya" Hania and her sister in law started sweating.

Shahzain was dressed in a white shirt and beige coloured trousers but still managed to catch female attention while taking steps towards the hall.

"Amara weds Rashid" Shahzaid read the thing written on the entrance and looked at Hania "Shukriya...."

Hania was standing clueless

"Mujhe bahut fikra ho rahi thi Amara ki shaadi ko le kar....par aapne meri saari pareshaani mujhe bin bataye hi door kar di......bas kaise Shukriya ada karun wahi soch raha hun" 

Listening to his words, Shabana smiled "Haan hum itna acha rishta nahi jaane dena chhate the...humne bola bhi Shahzain bas agle hafte laut raha hai..lekin unhone"

Shahzain waved her off saying
"Arre bhai...Amara ki shaadi hai..mai kaise nahin aata" ... he passed a smile and sat on one of the chairs placing his right ankle over his left knee.

"Ye muskuraya hai...matlab kuch bura hone wala hai...." Hania was not able to digest Shahzain's sweet words.

Half an hour later

"Rashid kahaan hai?"

Shahzain looked here and there and then pointed at himself "Mujhse puch rahin hain"

Hania glared at him
"Mai sab samajh rahi hun Shahzain..."

"Ye toh aur achi baat hai....aise log mujhe bahut pasand hain jinhe samjhane ki zarurat nahin padti"

"Rashid ko tumne gayab kiya hai na...."

Shahzain pushed his head back and started laughing...and then sobered down

"Mujhe laga aapko Luka chhupi bahut pasand hai toh bas socha ek round ho jaye........ pichli baar mai jeeta tha toh is baar denner aap...."

"Shahzain.....yeh acha nahi kar rahe ho.."

"Arre aapne meri sari pareshani door kar di ek jhatke me.....mera bhi toh kuch farz banta hai ki nahin.....bataayein aap"

Hania was shaking in anger but couldn't do anything

The not so heated conversation came to a halt when Sikander came with a visibly tensed face

"Baaji aapne aisa ladka dhoondha tha Amara ke liye......nazar hi nahin aa raha hai......ab Amara ka kya hoga"

"Sab ko bula liya hai aapne meri beti ka tamasha banwane ke liye"

"Aap fikra na karein uncle..mere hote hue Amara ke taraf koi pareshani nahin aayegi" Shahzain stood up

"Kya karoge Shahzain ab..." Sikander was standing hopeless

"Mai Amara se nikaah karunga"

Shahzain's words hit Hania like an arrow and she could very well picturise her future state with Shahzain and Amara playing her master.

With in an hour, Shahzain complied with everything he had said and now Amara was now sitting as Mrs Shahzain Malik next to her husband who was busy in consoling his wife. He thought of continuing this later in the room and asked Sikander and Fatima to immediately wrap up the function.

"Amara...."

"I am sorry bhaijaan" Amara sniffed holding his hand

"Ahuh.." For the first time in his life, Shahzain was short of words.

"Please don't cry Amara...there is nothing to feel sorry about"

"Kaise nahin hain..aapko mujhse majbooran shaadi karni padi..."

"Mai kabhi kuch majboori me karta hun?" Shahzain asked raising his brows

"Nahin lekin aap mujhse bahut pyaar karte hain....isliye aap majboor ho gaye"

"Toh jab tumhe pata hai ki mai tumse kitna pyaar karta hun...toh phir ro kyun rahi ho......I don't like your tears" Shahzain said kissing her puffy eyes

"But wo wala pyaar toh nahin karte na"

"Wo wala pyaar matlab" Shahzain chuckled

"Wo wala....." Amara repeated her words not able to explain

"Mai tumhe har tareeqe ka pyaar dene ke liye taiyyar hun basharte aap rona band karein....bilkul chup" Shahzain said the last words a little strictly

"Okay bhaijaan" Amara got a little scared and bobbed her head clearing her tears

"Ladki.....shauhar wala pyaar bhi chahiye aur bhaijaan ki aadat bhi nahin chhodni" Shahzain twisted Amara's ear a little màking her wince

"Toh ek din me aadat thode jaati hai....."

"Hmm..baat toh sahi hai but don't worry aadat mai chhudwa dunga"

Amara felt a little awkward and started getting up

After sometime both of them were lying in bed with some distance in between

"Waise aap mujhe ladki na bulaya karein...mujhe acha nahi lagta..kitna pyaara naam hai mera" Amara pouted

"I know .... maine hi rakha tha.."

"Aapka naam bhi acha hai...but thoda lamba hai"

"Acha......." Shahzain smiled.

Next morning....Shahzain woke up to see Amara sleeping on her stomach. He kissed her head and turned her on her back..."Achhe se so..."

Amara instead of turning woke up..."Aapne mujhe itna jaldu kyun utha diya?"

"Achha hai subah jaldi uthna chahiye.....mai nahane ja raha hun..mere kapde nikaal do" Amara couldn't make out whether Shahzain was  requesting or ordering.

She was in her thoughts when Shahzain deep voice distracted her "Fikra mat karo kal se mai bhi tumhare kapde nikaal kar rakhunga jab tum naha kar aaogi"

Amara looked at his smirk and moved towards the wardrobe lest her cheeks turn more red.

Shahzain was getting ready when all of a sudden he asked

"Tumhe tie bandhni aati hai?"

Amara nodded in no and pouted

"Come here...I will teach you" Shahzain pulled Amara a little close.

Amara was about to hold the tie when there was a knock on the door.

"Ek minute haan" she showed her finger and went to open the door.

"Amara..sunn na yaar..mera aaj presentation hai...formal dress up hona hai..tujhe tie bandhni aati hai?" Aamir stood with a tie hung around his neck

"Such a co incidence...Shahzain bhai mujhe abhi tie bandhna hi sikha rahe the" Amara smiled

Aamir cringed at bhai "Shauhar ko bhai kaun bulata hai" but then his mind grasped her whole set of words and he shrieked "Mujhe aa gayi tie bandhna"

"Arre....abhi toh unhone kuch bola bhi nahi" Amara frowned

"Aankhon hi aankhon me bhai ne sikha diya" Aamir blabbered looking at Shahzain's eyes which were clearly throwing a warning "DANGER AHEAD"

And next second, amir ran out closing the door.

"Aap se na sab darte hain..."

"Tum bhi?"

Amara nodded in yes making him smile "Phir toh mere liye acha hai...."

"Acha idhar dekho.." Shahzain started teaching how to knot a tie with Amara paying full attention without even taking cognizance of how close they were standing.

"Yeh toh kitna easy tha" Amara squealed

"Acha Shahzain bhai..." Before Amara could speak more, her lips got jammed feeling a peck

"Jab jab muh se bhai niklega tab tab ye dose milegi...."Shahzain smirked walking towards the door but then turned and winked "No matter where we are "
