Payal: Khushi are you alright?

Khushi, who was folding her clothes, tried to mask her true feelings. She didn't want her jiji to know that she is upset. She faked a smile, and looked at her jiji.

Khushi: What has happened to me? I am perfectly alright jiji.

Payal cupped her face. She was sure that there was something wrong, extremely wrong.

Payal: Khushi you are hiding something from me and I know that. He hurt you again right? You cried again right?

She sighed. Khushi didn't want Payal to be upset. She is already upset knowing that Khushi has to go to RM until Lavanyaji marries Arnavji.

Khushi: Jiji you are worrying simply. There's nothing like that. Now will you give me anything to eat or not? I am really hungry.

Payal(thinks): There's surely something that's bothering you, you are hiding your pain Khushi. I can feel that.

Payal looked at her baby sister and went to kitchen.

Khushi(thinks): I am sorry jiji, I cant tell you why I am upset.

Khushi was helping Hari Prakash with the arrangements. The next day Arnav and Lavanya would be engaged. The thought of engagement, made Khushi feel worse. She looked at the flowers and sighed. Just then Lavanya came near Khushi.

Lavanya: Chamkili!!

Khushi turned to see an over excited Lavanya. Happiness was clearly seen on Lavanya's face. Khushi saw a box in her hand.

Lavanya: Chamkili, look at this ring, I bought this for ASR.

Lavanya opened the box and showed the ring to Khushi. Khushi faked a smile.

Khushi: Its pretty.

Lavanya: Will he like it?

Khushi: He would love it.

She controlled her tears. Why did she feel so bad? He was never meant to be hers. He belonged to Lavanya. They will get engaged tomorrow. Just then Arnav came down.

Arnav: Khushi is right. Its your choice Lavanya, I would love it.

Lavanya blushed at this comment and hugged Arnav. He too hugged her in a romantic way.

He looked at Khushi's face. It turned pale. Her eyes turned teary but she controlled.

Your tears don't affect me!

I don't feel bad.

I am not affected.

His heart was reacting exactly opposite to every sentence his brain said. Khushi turned, unable to look at that never ending hug they both shared. She should be happy for Lavanya. Why is she sad? She should stay strong. Just then Nani called Lavanya. Lavanya broke the hug and went to Nani's room.

Arnav came towards Khushi and turned her towards him. He clutched her shoulder. Khushi hissed in pain.

Arnav: Why are you doing this Khushi?

Khushi: Leave me.

Arnav: Answer me first.

Khushi: Doing what?

Arnav: Coming to my home everyday in the pretext of training Lavanya. I know your intentions Khushi. Let me clearly tell this to you that you are nobody to me.

Khushi was highly enraged. She pushed him. What did he mean? He thinks she is characterless? He gritted his teeth.

Khushi: What do you mean Mr.Raizada? You think I am too excited to come here? If not for Lavanyaji I wouldn't have stepped in. She had requested me to stay here till your marriage. I know that I am no one to you. When do you let me forget that? You remind me this statement every day, every hour, every minute, you are in front of me. I am very well aware of my status Mr.Raizada.

Tears flow through her eyes. He gulped his throat. His eyes looked at her tear. He closed his fist. Her tears make him weak. Khushi quickly wiped her tears and packed her bag. Arnav stood speechless. Just then Lavanya came there.

Lavanya: Chamkili where are you going? Atleast wait till Di n Mamiji return.

Anjali and Mamiji had been to temple.

Khushi(looking at Arnav): No Lavanyaji, I am not feeling well. I need to leave.

It was lunch time in Gupta house. Khushi was silently eating her food. Payal was trying to read Khushi's face. She knew that definitely something was wrong. Khushi was taking a long time to finish her food.

Garima: What happened? Why aren't you eating?

Khushi: Nothing amma.

As soon as she said that, she covered her mouth and went to washroom, and threw up. All went behind Khushi. As soon as she came out all looked at her with a worried expression.

Payal: Are you ok?

Buaji: Khushi whats wrong? Why did you throw up?

Garima and Shashi also looked tensed. They were waiting for a reply.

Khushi: Nothing Buaji. Actually I ate a lot of jalebis today. And you know na its celebration time in RM, even there they make me eat a lot.

Buaji, Garima and Shashi were convinced.

Buaji: Titliya, take care from next time. Have control over food.

Khushi nodded her head. The three of them left. Payal was with Khushi.

Payal: Khushi whats wrong? Why did you throw up?

Khushi(faking a smile): I told right, I ate too much.

Payal: Khushi you are hiding something, if you consider me as your sister then tell me what happened.

Khushi was taken aback. She tried to suppress her feelings.

Khushi: Its nothing jiji.

Payal took Khushi's hand and kept it on her head.

"Promise?" Khushi immediately withdrew her hand.

Khushi: What are you doing jiji?

Khushi's smile vanished. She looked at Payal, with a dejected face.

"Tell me whats wrong Khushi!"

Khushi closed her eyes painfully, "I am..pregnant jiji"

Payal was shocked to know this. Khushi and pregnant? How?Why? She looked at Khushi angrily.

Payal: What are you saying Khushi?

Khushi's eyes turned teary. Looking at her teary face Payal's anger vanished.

"Who is responsible for this?"

Khushi gulped her throat.

"A..Arnavji" Khushi said with her eyes closed.

Payal was more than shocked.

"What are you saying Khushi?" Payal said.

Khushi closed her eyes when she remembered that night.

They were in Nainital. The bhang was affecting them. Both were out of sense. They were dancing in the dhaba after drinking bhaang. The sun had already set. All of a sudden he picked Khushi in his arms and took her to a guest house. She didn't resist. They didn't know what was attracting each other. He slowly cupped her face. She looked at him. They shared an eyelock. No words were spoken. They just looked at each other. Khushi didn't realize when he brought his lips closer to hers. She didn't resist. She just closed her eyes. The bhang was affecting more. And they kissed. He didn't know why he felt to kiss her, but he did. And one thing leads to another. He slowly carried her and placed her on the bed. The whole night they spent in each other's arms, hugging and kissing each other.

The next morning when they woke up they were extremely shocked. Both were highly embarrassed for what had happened. Arnav was confused. Why did he lose his control? Both remembered every single thing they did. In fact Khushi had taken those things to her heart. She really felt for him when they spent the night in each other's arms.

Khushi came back to present. A tear rolled from her eyes.

"He said nothing but 'mistake'. He thinks whatever happened between us was just a mistake."

Payal stood shocked. Tears flowed from her eyes. She was concerned for Khushi.

Payal: How can he do that?

Khushi chuckled.

Khushi: He is Arnav Singh Raizada Jiji. He can do anything. He can break anyone's heart in seconds Jiji.

Payal was highly angry on Arnav. How can he behave so badly with her sister? She felt bad about the unborn baby in Khushi's stomach.

Payal: But what about this baby Khushi?

Khushi: I will give birth. I will raise this baby.

Payal: But what about the society? Without marriage, you are pregnant. Who will marry you?

Khushi was pale. She was silent for a few seconds.

And there he is marrying Lavanyaji. He loves her.

Was it nothing but just a mistake?

Yes of course. It was nothing but a "One night Stand" according to rich people, according to him.

Khushi: I don't know Jiji. I just know that I will give birth to this child. Because this child has no fault.

Khushi was shocked to see them. So was Payal.

Buaji was looking at Khushi angrily.

Buaji: Is it true that you are pregnant Sanka Devi?

Garima also looked at Khushi with a hope that they heard wrong.

Her silence gave them the answer.

Nothing, but a loud slap was heard within the four walls.
