The arm kept on ticking, the silver touch of the rounded base of the watch onto your arm shining off at the suns rays.

You stared at the watch once again, sighing as you began to place your palm against the wooden door, hands clenched into fists as you knocked softly.

After about a few seconds of the arm of your watch ticking and circling through the whole number and mechanism of the watch, the door opened with anticipation as you sighed, placing your hand comfortably onto your side.

"So, where do you plan on going?" Looking up, you asked PJ, or who you thought it was. You paused, blinking up at someone. "U-uh.. Is PJ Home?" You asked, clearing your throat.

"Y/N?" They spoke, or well, he spoke. "Yes?" You confirmed over to them, "Why are you here?" He asked, you barely know this guy at PJ's home, but maybe this is his father? 'They do resemble each other..' you thought.

"Uh- Well-" You stumbled upon words and words inside your head, 'why the hell is he even taking so damn long?! Its not like he puts on make up and shit' you grumbled to yourself and as you saw PJ dart towards to where you were.

'Speak of the damn well devil'

"Y/N!" He exclaimed, a smile up his lips, observing through his smile theres a hint of mischief. You waved at him silently in response, "Ah, Is this your date Jammy?" He suddenly asked.

Your eyes focused on PJ's assumably father for a moment, then you find interest in PJ's Magenta tinted face, he looks over to you as you only smirked and shrugged your shoulders.

"N-n-maybe.." he stuttered, trying to find the words to spill out into his father, "Maybe's are just another term for yes Jammy" He mumbled and snickered, his gaze turning to you as you returned the favor, smiling up at him.

"Well are you?" He suddenly asked, you straightened yourself before your smile only widens, feeling PJ's gaze deeply. "Well, I don't know about Jammy" you slurred, Catching a glimpse at PJ.

His father only low-key smirked unnoticeably, as he nodded, Nodding his head at his son as he winked at him, "Go on" He toned.

PJ only followed his fathers signs, going over to your side as your smile widened, the door soon closing as PJ sighed, "Seriously?" He questioned with a tone of desperation.

"Why? Don't you want it to be a date?" You laughed, joking around him as you bumped your hips against him, "Im joking~" You giggle subconsciously as he rolled his eyes.

"You just gave me false hope.." he whispered as you immediately stopped, silently staring at him as he avoided eye contact.

You sigh, grabbing his arm as you dragged him to walk with you, he stumbled upon his feet but caught up with your pace.

Every minute was silence, just the howling of the wind sang around in your ears with the soft weaving of the leaves upon the trees and footsteps upon the ground.

You looked down, hands gripping each other at the small of your back as you paced your footsteps the same way PJ was.

The silence was screaming right at the both of you, a sudden tension forming as he cleared his throat awkwardly.

You turned to look at him, "Do you like me?"
He suddenly stumbled upon his steps as he clumsily caught himself before he fell, his eyes widened and stared right at yours, quickly looking away as he stuffed his hands onto his pants' pockets tightly.

You jumped, fastening your pace as you turned around facing him, your steps walking backwards as you glimpsed at his face, "well?"
You toned out teasingly as he cleared his throat, clearly uncomfortable in the situation he was in.

Your lips curled up into a smile as he finally managed to take a look at your eyes. He parted his lips in particular motion as if lost into your deep glassy eyes; He said "What If I do?"

You paused, slowing your footsteps down as your smile was wiped away from your face, staring back at him with eyes filled with disbelief and shock. He only stared back, Having his pace fasten as to get to you closer, as he did you blinked and stumbled upon trying to step backwards from him.

Your foot caught itself as you yelped, your body jerking backwards as you lost balance, gravity making its work with your weight and the core of this earths extinct.

PJ quickly responded with your movements, Having to grab your left wrist, stepping quickly into action as he grabbed a hold of your waist, pulling your body into his.

"Your clumsy as always" He chuckled, a sudden flash of confidence making you flustered having to be caught by him and the word 'clumsy', as he referred to you.

He softly balanced you back, removing his hands away from your waist with some hesitation. You muttered a thank you to him as he chuckled in response.

'He likes me?' You asked yourself, walking beside him as you looked down at the ground, 'why? It had just been weeks when we met..' Weirdly, you thought about it; 'Love at first sight doesn't exist'

You took a glance at him, staring at the side of his face as your train of thoughts wonder around you, heaving yourself with a sigh you decide its best if you just let it slip, it wont cause harm to let this little accusation slip.

The silence stretched further than what it seems, having you both locked into trances inside your own mind, created by fantasies and thoughts. It was awkward enough to have talk about ones feeling for the other while the other didn't know how to respond right away.

Having to tip over your own foot was embarrassing enough, having his hand around your waist being that close to you; It was fairly awkward to talk about.
