Chapter 1 Loner

Never judge a loner by their looks.

The sunlight shined so bright from the window to your room as you opened your eyes. You sighed looking up at the ceiling, now turning your head to the clock that stood on the small wooden table.

9:15 AM was what it indicates on the clock as the thin red arm clicked and tocked as it moved. Late again for school.

You sat up from your position the blankets slowly going down from your chest to your waist as you rubbed your tired eyes. You dropped your arms by your front placing them on top of the blanket as you turned your gaze to the window.

As usual the street having several strangers trot down here and there and the sun up and bright causing your eyes to burn. You hissed closing your eyes and turning away from the window rubbing them once again.

You moved causing your feet to hang from the edge of the bed as you inspected your room once again. The only room in this household actually. You moved forward as your feet collided against the wooden floor.

The coldness of the floor made you shudder but nonetheless you stepped forward ignoring the coldness emitting from the floor.

You knew time was still running which caused you to be more later than when your supposed to be, but honestly you couldn't care less.

You opened the door to your room causing it to creak as you slammed it closed making a loud sound inside the house. No one cares if you make loud sounds like those, because your alone in this house. Your used to being alone anyways.

Your next stop was the kitchen. You grabbed the cereal box and milk as you readied your breakfast. Placing the milk and cereal box at the table you dont bother fixing it. Like your life you dont bother fixing it.

Nothings going to change anyways.

You began eating day dreaming about some things you dont have. A best friend you've never had one of those.. You began day dreaming about someone sitting across from you eating happily as she looked at you with her orange glistening eyes, her orange waist length hair flowing by the slight air as she smiled at you.

"eat faster dummy! Were going to get late!" she stated eating faster as you laughed sadly her figure disappeared into the midst air. Ending your day dream.

You finished your breakfast as you placed the bowl into a stack of dishes by the kitchen. You looked at it "ill do it later.." you stated to yourself as you headed to the bathroom doing your daily things.

You began dressing up after taking a shower as you inspected yourself at a big mirror. You blew some air to the strand of hair by your face as it flowed out of your sight.

You didn't bother brushing up your hair as you fixed it with your hand just by tapping some hair on your head. Its not like someone's going to notice you.

You grabbed your backpack and slung it over your shoulder as you headed out the house locking it afterwards.

You began walking slowly as you kept your gaze on the floor walking silently ignoring the chatter and noise coming from other people.

You stopped by a sign of a bus stop as you looked at the time. "10:05" you muttered humming in response as you began walking towards the school seeing that at this time no school bus will take you in.

You only stared at the ground already knowing where to go without looking. You have already done this for about more than 20 times you already know how to get your way to school.

After a few minutes you arrived at the gates as the security guard looked at you "(y/n)..? Why are you late again?" daniel asked you as you stared at him "the usual" you replied as he sighed opening the gate for you.

You headed in not bothering about him. He was the only one to notice you but you dont want him wasting his time on you. You weren't really friendly.

Heading inside the schools door the halls were empty as you kept walking heading to your assigned classroom for the subject astrology.

You opened the door as the chatter from Mr. Dreams mouth had silenced as he looked at you with a mad expression. "(y/n) your late again!" he exclaimed angrily as you hummed looking at him with dull eyes.

"do you not care about your education?" he asked lecturing you about not being late. You only walked towards your seat which was avoided since someone used to sit there but lets say you weren't in a good mood and claimed that seat. Plus, they called you a freak so they would avoid you.

It was your first week at this school for this year and they already judged you the very first day. Your used to that everyone judges. "(y/n)!!" Mr. Dream suddenly shouted looking at you with mad eyes. You only leaned onto your hand and stared at him. "what is it?" you asked sighing tiredly looking at the window.

"do you not care about your education!? Your always late! And its just your first week! Do you have no shame!?" he crossed his arms his eyes narrowing at you.

You looked back at him leaning onto the back of your chair as you began speaking "its not like caring will change something" you muttered to yourself as you once more looked away.

Dream sighed massaging his temples as everyone glanced at you with judging stares. "i dont know what to do with you (y/n).." he stated looking away from you.

You stood up and picked up your bag slunging it onto your shoulder "if im such a bother Mr. Dream just tell me and i would most likely leave" you stated with a monotone voice as you began walking towards the door as Mr. Dream looked at you "(y/n) (l/n) come back here-" before he could finish his statement you slammed the door closed as you walked through the halls
