FINALLY GOT MY RESULTS GUYS!! YESTERDAY!!! AND IM STUPID BECAUSE I FORGOT TO SHARE THEM THEN!! SO HERE THEY ARE!!

for those who dont know gcses - we do exams for each subject (so 2 exams english language, 2 for lit, 3 for maths, 6 for science, 1 for DT plus coursework, 3 for geography, 4 for french and 1 for art alongside coursework) and they are graded from 1-9, 1 being the lowest, 9 being highest

theyre graded in a stupid way, imo, where they sort of average them so the top 2% ish of the country get a grade 9, but the grade boundaries were REALLY high this year so everyone got lower than usual

if you use letters like a to f grades, an a would be 7-9 for example, a 6 is a b, 4 and 5 is c, etc

the distinction is also the highest you can get in spoken language, not to brag or anything 💅
but im so proud of that i swear i was having a mental breakdown during that exam 😂

but anyway IM WELL FUCKING HAPPY WITH THESE HOOOOOO LESGOOOO

ok, yeah, disappointed i didnt get more 9s, but weve had covid and strikes and no end of fucking disruption, plus (im gonna come out and say it since might as well) i found out my mum had cancer the weekend before exams started, so i really cant be too upset with myself (thats why my lit grade is so much lower than the others, it was the first exam)

but yeah i even got the scores for each paper which im very happy about since didnt think i would (not gonna share here since theres so many) overall got 216/240 on the maths papers which like wtf hooooooooooo AND my french speaking exam was 44/60????????? GUYS HOW HELP I DONT UNDERSTAND AGSIWNOQNQJS

also very proud of my friends for doing amazing too 🤜🤛 if ya reading this you guys are super cool 😎

cant quite say im a straight a student... but its literature and power and conflict poetry can go FUCK. RIGHT. OFF. 😄
