Caitlin P.O.V
"BARRY!" I screamed. Electric ran away and I could see Barry through the security camera, laying on the floor unconscious, bleeding out.
"Cisco! We need to get to Barry! He's going to die!" I yelled with tears streaming down my face.
"Ok, I breach us there," Cisco said. He opened up a breach and we jumped inside. When we got there I ran over to Barry.
"Barry..." I whispered. "Barry, can you hear me?" He didn't respond.
"Cisco! He's unresponsive! We need to get him back to Star Labs!" I said. Cisco came over to me and we breached Barry back to Star Labs. When we got there I quickly rushed him over to the med-bay. His blood is all over my hands, but I don't care. All that matters right now is that Barry is dying. *beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep*
"Cisco! Grab the crash cart! He's flatlining!" I yelled. I started with chest compressions and Cisco brought the crash cart over. Tears were streaming down my face as Barry lay there quiet.
"No..." I whispered, "NO!" I started to do CPR, I tried everything but nothing worked.
"Caitlin..." Cisco said, " He's gone." He had tears streaming down his face and I knew he was right, but I didn't want to believe it.
"No, "
I walked up to Barry and placed my lips on his. They stayed still.
"I love you, Barry." I whispered. Suddenly I heard a beep, and then another. beep. beep. beep. Slow but steady. I collapsed onto the floor and cried of happiness. He was alive, unconscious, but alive.
A few hours later
Barry was not awake, but he was alive. That is what mattered.
"Hey, Caitlin, " Cisco came into the med bay, "You should really go home and get some rest." He said.
"No, I need to run some more tests." I said as I got up to get the test results from the bloodwork machine.
"I did an MRI and it looks like he's in a coma, but he's alive." I said. As long as he was alive there was hope. Hopefully, the speed healing will help him wake up.
"I patched up his stab wound and it seems to be healing already, so he should wake up soon." I said, "But I'm staying at his side until he wakes up, he shouldn't wake up alone."
"Ok, " Cisco said, "Well I'm going to go home. Goodnight."
"Night, " I said.
I took Barry's hand and watched his chest rise and fall.
"Two comas in one life, you should be more careful mister-" I said. My voice broke as a tear slid down my cheek. "Please wake up Barry... please. J don't know if I can survive without you. Please wake up. I love you. Please wake up soon."
