-allows Kota to shoot a stream of water from his hands.
How to use it:
Can create water from his hands to use

Side effects: Unknown

While there wasn't much to go off of I had come up with a few questions.
Quirk questions: Can he control the temperature of the water? How big can the stream be? Do his hands get wet from the quirk? With enough training can he be able to shoot it from other parts of his body?

Weaknesses: Mostly unknown though I'm guessing his hand would have to be out for it to work along with electric quirks.

Strength: Guessing it does well against fire and can cause distractions. Rescue work would be better suited but not always possible. Long range.

Ideas to help: If he chooses to be a hero lots of training would help along with support gear. Some kind of close range weapon/s as well as maybe as something to help aim his water. Something to protect him from electricity would also help.
