Slo-mo

So you basically you can slow time for yourself.

For an example of what I think the quirk would look like if someone was using it, but they would need to look x100 faster. The Matrix slo-mo scene

So what you do is the slow downtime around the whole world. You can only slow it down up to 1 minute, a minute 30 if pushing the limits.

As stated before this only works 5 times a day. And when your quirk runs out of time, no one can tell anything happened (unless someone had quirk but Neways-).

And I was thinking for an Ultra Move or whatever it's called (I forgot) you could try and bring other people into your slo-mo like reality.
Or you could try and make specific people or things slow down.

Well, that's all I got today. My ass hurts like a butt cheek on a stick tho. I'm sitting on the carpet of my room using my T.V. cable to charge my phone since my actual phone charger broke and now I have to SIT ON MY ASS in Spain (but the 's' is silent) for the next hour waiting for my phone to charge.
