Pause 'and Rewind 'n Resume

Users can Pause time (aka everything) or just something or someone specific, just by thinking about it. When time is completely paused the user can Resume others or objects if needed. Rewind lets a user go back in time. It's unknown how far back a user can travel. But the farthest one has gone is a day but that has caused serious side effects. Also when traveling back the user can't bring anyone else with him.

Drawback for

Pausing time is that it can only be used twice a day for 1 hour each time at most. And if pausing a certain person or object they have to be in a 500-meter radius. 

Resuming time is that it can only unpause 8 people or objects whilst everything else is paused (the more people or bigger the object the user unpauses the worse the side effect)

Rewinding time is none. Just serious side effects, but whenever the user does go back in time no matter how long. A small tally mark appears on their wrist.

Side effects for

Pausing time to long include but not limited to are:

-Loss of sight for at least 15 minutes (depends on what's being paused, and for how long)

-Dry skin

-Headache (can turn into a migraine)

-Bloody nose

-Hypersomnia (sleep too much)

Resuming others and objects including but not limited to are:

-Stiffness

-Headache (can turn into a migraine)

-Bloody nose

-Dizziness

-Insomnia (can't fall asleep)

traveling too far back include but not limited to are:

-Memory loss (not permanently)

-Day/Nightmares

-Migraine

-Bloody nose

-Dizziness

-Insomnia (can't fall asleep)

-Hypersomnia (sleeps too much)
