The cavalry round went as expected, everyone was avoiding Izuku's team, despite everyone's resolve to overpower 1-A, no one had enough resolve to try and grab the 10 million point band from Izuku's neck, Shoto did try, a bunch of times ( really he was the only one that tried, other students belonging in 1-A tried as well but they usually end up retreating ) but either Izuku used one for all on his fingers to flick him away, Katsuki blasted them away or Iida rushed them to the side.

The audience did find it weird,  how everyone was avoiding the one team with the 10 million point band, those who lost their bands attacked other teams but never the one that could give them an instant pass to the next round. If Present Mic or Eraserhead noticed, they didn't comment on it since they already knew the reason why.

Everyone was too afraid of Izuku. And his teeth.

"Well that was easy." Izuku chirps, getting off from them.

"Everyone, group yourself into two for the next round!" Midnight calls out, Izuku immediately looks at Katsuki.

"Deku. No." He says, not even looking at the greenette, Izuku looked genuinely surprised.

"Huh? But why?"

"Go find another partner." Katsuki says, letting his eyes roll, it lands on Kirishima, "I already have one anyways." He says, walking towards Kirishima. Izuku pouts.

"Iida-kun, wanna be my partner instead?"

"Sure-"

"Aw man." Kaminari pouts, "I wanted to be partnered with Izuku."

"I was asked first! I apologize!"

"Nah, it's fine dude, I'll go find someone else." Kaminari mutters, walking away.

"Are you okay Izuku-san? I hope you didn't take Bakugou's rejection of you that hard." Izuku pouts.

"Not the first time I was rejected by Kacchan, I'll live." He declares, "I'm not really sure what this event is all about but I think it's good that we're together, we have similar builds!" Izuku chirps.

"What do you mean?"

"This." Izuku says, groping Iida's man pecs, Iida gasped and blushed, pushing his hands back to him.

"I believe that this is not proper conduct for students in UA!"

"So if we're not UA students it's fine, Iida-kun?"

"I-I did not mean it in that way!"

"Are you sure?"

"I mean it!"

Their first match was this Yaoyorozu and Tokayami. They made a pretty decent team if it weren't for Izuku and Iida moving fast enough to dodge their attacks, not to mention, their resilience to it. The most problem they really had was with dark shadow since he was a separate entity from Tokayami, they were pretty much fighting 3 people at once and it almost seemed like they were going to lose // not to mention, Momo's support, she had a gun! Well it shot out rubber balls but it still hurt! //, they somehow managed to push them out of bounds and that was the end of that.

Izuku may or may not have tried to eat dark shadow // and succeeded by a small bit making the small shadow whimper and hide behind his quirk user // but you know what, that was a couple of minutes ago so it counts as the past and sometimes, you have to leave your past behind to move on and that's exactly what they were both trying to do.

The next fight was with Hitoshi and Shoto versus Kaminari and Sero. We all know how that went already.

Next was Ibarra and Mei versus Yuga and Ashido. Mei was showing off her equipment while Ibarra with her vines, was able to restrain Yuga and Ashido quickly.

Then Bakugou and Kirishima versus TetsuTetsu and Ochaco.

"Go Kacchan! You can do it! Beat their butts!" Izuku screams in support of them in the stands like a hero fanboy.

Katsuki huffs, he already managed to blast Ochaco out of stands but now just watching as Kirishima and TetsuTetsu fought on. He could interfere, do it right now but they're having a 'manly' battle right now and Katsuki wants no part in it.

Eventually Kirishima pushed TetsuTetsu out too. And they had a manly moment with each other and it was disgusting but Katsuki would never say that because Kirishima is crying and he's not that much of a dick.

Then they had a break.

"Kacchan is so cool! So cool Kacchan you were so cool down there!" Izuku blabbers, hugging unto his friend, "I can't wait to fight Kacchan, so cool!"

"You're like a fucking broken record." Katsuki mutters, slightly pushing him away, "calm down."

The next match after the break was Izuku and Iida versus Hitoshi and Shoto.

It was... kind of off. Shoto's face looked blank, a complete poker face, of course the half and half teen usually had it on but it was... off right now. He stood protectively infront of Hitoshi for some reason. That was... weird.

They fought normally, Shoto kept using his ice and Hitoshi seemed to be giving him tips behind? Like shoot up an ice wall, move right move left, dodge, and Shoto was wordlessly following those.

That was weird. He also got incredibly defensive as if not wanting to be hit. Then Iida was able to land a kick on him and as if he was snapped out of a trance, Shoto looked incredibly confused.

"W-What-"

"Hey!" Shinso yelled out loud, Shoto in his still dazed mind replied with a huh and then he was back unto his weird state.

"I think he's being brainwashed." Izuku whispers.

Shoto sends up another flurry of ice and honestly, Izuku's a bit concerned because it's freezing here and Iida's engines are slowly being frozen, Shinso was hugging himself while giving commands and Izuku was really the only one not affected due to his status of being a living crematorium. So he does what he does best and throws up the molten metal of mines he ate earlier, as soon as it hit the ice everything exploded.

"Iida is out of bounds! So is Hitoshi!" Present Mic yells, Izuku opens his eyes, realizing he was only a few inches off being blown back as well but so is Shoto.

"W-What-" He was snapped out and then suddenly his teeth chattered, hugging himself and Izuku's heart wrenched.

"Are you cold?"

"...I'm fine, we're fighting a-aren't we?" He says, shivering a bit.

"You don't have to push yourself if you're feeling cold. I'll hug you for warmth but whatever comes after is not my fault."

"..." Shoto gritted his teeth and sent a flurry of ice forward and Izuku finally used one for all in the battle, blowing the ice into bits and into Shoto's direction and Shoto fell down and Izuku almost ran to him but Shoto stood up again, his legs a bit wobbly. He tried to shot up another flurry of ice but it was uncoordinated and only ended up turning the floor into frost.

"Okay that's enough!" Izuku huffs, coming near the half and half male who tried to protest, he was pushed off the stage and then Izuku quickly came down after him, ignoring his announcement of victory and held him close to his chest.

"It's cold." Shoto murmurs.

"You feel like a corpse." Izuku says, "almost looks like one too. Don't try to use your flames I think you'll be in shock since you're so so cold." Izuku says, holding him closer.

"Is he alright, Izuku-san?" Iida asks, coming forward.

"Shoto is cold." Izuku murmurs, "I'm warming him up."

"We should get him to recovery girl, I don't think it's safe to let him go on with these symptoms."

"Okay okay, but I'm gonna keep him warm until then."
