Two weeks has passed and the sports festival arrived, Izuku has been training everyday as much as he can! They're all in the waiting room right now, he's sitting with Katsuki on a couch in the corner, it's a bit hard but it's a chair! Katsuki doesn't seem to mind as he scrolls through his phone, leaning a bit on his shoulder.

"Midoriya." Shoto says, approaching him.

"Hello Todoroki-kun! I told you that you can call me Izuku!"

"...Midoriya."

"I guess that isn't happening very soon..." Izuku pouts, a bit sad, Katsuki stops scrolling through his phone and glances at Todoroki.

"I'm stronger than you." Shoto says, "my quirk is stronger than yours. Don't think you'll win just because you have All Might on your side."

"That's nice! I wish you the best of luck!" He chirps, Shoto looks a bit confused.

"...You don't feel offended or... anything?"

"I think it's nice to have ambitions, I like how confident you are that you can win when you can't even use half of your quirk, Todoroki-kun." Izuku smiles, standing up, "I think we can all agree that everyone is going to be doing their 100% in this festival. Even me, so if you think I'll let you win when you're not even giving me your all then you're wrong."

"I'm warning you right now, I won't let you pass me by as long as I don't see you using your whole power. I'm here to make friends but don't think I'll go easy on you."

"3, 2, 1, start-!"

Just as Hizashi finished his sentence, Izuku leaped, powered by one for all, he's going to impress everyone and be a good hero and make everyone praise him like the good boy that he is and he's going to get so many head pats from All Might and his large hands! Bouncing around the walls were a bit hard, he wasn't holding back, the debris hit the students but he doesn't really care for that at the moment!

He jumps out, a few meters away from everyone already before he finally powers up his quirk to 100%, his legs crackling with power as he sprinted fast-

"Holy crap! Look at him go- he's met with the first of the three obstacle in this race- the giant zero-"

He didn't have time to finish his sentence as Izuku leaps and punches through one, leaving only the legs intact as what survived of what he destroyed was scatter among the field, he lands safely on the ground

"Pointer!!! Holy crap did you see that Eraserhead! He already got through while many of the students aren't even near the Robo-Inferno yet! And he reached the fall! Where students will have to get through pillars of stone only connected by rope to get to-"

Izuku once again, just leaps through the whole thing, he is starting to feel a little hungry though, he really wants to eat something, he's just eat later he'll eat the couch at the waiting area, no one sits on that thing anyways it's too hard- or he'll eat the garbage from the garbage dump later! This is a festival there should be plenty of garbage laying around!

He lands safely once again and sprints, not wanting to lose his energy, he paused at the sudden bare land infront of him.

"And here he's reached it! The land mines- will he leap or will he-"

Izuku stomps his feet on the ground, creating a shockwave that forces the mines to pop out from the ground- perfect, he was getting hungry! He opened his mouth and inhaled- like there was a black hole in his mouth, the landmines just went inside and he crunches through the mines and it's explosions like it's nothing.

"Is he ever gonna stop eating the landmines, those cost a lot to make." Aizawa says, Izuku snaps out of it, not wanting to cause anymore damage, Izuku once again, leaps, he lands.

Not safely this time, he yelps as he was sent forward by an explosion- right through the finish line. This was not the way he thought he would win the obstacle race but he's fine with it! He still won and got to show off a bit!

"I didn't expect this to happen! Izuku Midoriya not only wins the obstacle race but breaks the previous record of the fastest time the race was finished, clocking in at about 3.47 minutes when the last record was 6.58! Everyone a round of applause please for this shining little golden egg of the hero course! Honestly I bet if he didn't eat those landmines to stop by for a snack he definitely would've went faster! He spent a minute gobbling those things!"

Izuku doesn't pay attention to the cheering all around him, he sits up, a bit sluggishly and then hiccups an explosion out, a bunch of times-

"It probably isn't a good idea to gobble up that much landmines at once sweetie!" Midnight laughs and hands him a water bottle, Izuku opens the cap and drinks. Letting out a sigh of relief before he squishes the bottle into a flat coin and pops it in his mouth like candy along with the cap. He looks plenty satisfied.

"Ms.Midnight? Can you pet my head please?" Izuku asks, the hero only giggles.

"That's one of the most innocent requests I've ever had, of course!"

It takes another 4 minutes before Katsuki arrives, screaming.

"Deku! You piece fo shit you've been holding back!" He screeches, Izuku blinks.

"Um uh! I-I didn't! Not on purpose Kacchan-" Izuku whimpers like a puppy when Katsuki hits his head.

"K-Kacchan! I'm so sorry, please don't be mad at me, Kacchan?" Katsuki huffs, crossing his arms and looking away, Izuku looked absolutely heartbroken.

"K-Kacchan..." Izuku sniffs, the corner of his eyes tearing up, Katsuki glances at him and panics.

"O-Oi don't cry!"

"K-Kacchan is m-mad at meeee-"

"I'm not I'm not! Stop crying you big baby!" Katsuki hisses, Izuku huffs, wiping away his tears but atleast he's not about to cry anymore.

A few more moments later, Shoto reaches the finishing line, huffing, he looked a bit cold.

"Hello, care for a hug? You seem a bit cold!"

Shoto only glares at him and walks past.

"...Kacchan, were my words too harsh?"

"No, you practiced the lines I gave you well."

"Kacchan is so cool, he predicted that Shoto-kun would try to do something like that towards me!" It was kind of hard not to, especially since the half and half bastard keeps on looking at Izuku like he wants to skin him alive throughout the entire two weeks of school they had before the festival.

It took a few more minutes before they finally got 42 students in, Yuga finishing last.

"Izuku- bro! You were so cool you just went whoosh!" Kaminari says, making hand gestures, "it was so cool!"

"Y-You think so?"

"Yes! So cool bro!"

"Thank you! I think you're cool too!"

"Awe don't flatter me!"

"I'm not! I think you're cool!"

"Izuku-san! You did amazing on the race! You've exceeded all my expectations, good job!" Iida says, "care for a hug?"

"Yes please!" Iida stretched his arms and Izuku hugged him before Iida hugs him back.

"No fair I want a hug too!" Kaminari whines.

"You can join as well-"

"The next event is the cavalry battle- group yourself with a maximum of 4 students each!" Midnight says, waving her whip on the screen.

Izuku didn't even hear the last part, he just heard group and he immediately hugged Katsuki. Iida followed suit, and then Kaminari.

"Each student is given a point value and a team's value depending on where their members finished in preliminaries. The forty-second place finish is worth five points, with five points added to the point value with each cascading place. The first place finisher, however, is worth ten million points!"

Izuku stilled for a bit, before he relaxed again.

"Don't worry guys, I got this!" Izuku says, taking the head band from Ms.Midnight, then he lets it drape on his neck.

"No sane person would reach for it on the front or sides, we just have to worry about sneak attacks now!" He laughs, looking proud of his plan.

"Aren't you taking too much advantage of your notorious reputation, Izuku-san?"

"I don't know what you're talking about."
