Quiet Burdens

Chapter Twenty-Four

(*sits* this chapter was hard...)

Chapter Start!

Everyone gathered in the main room of Daisy's house.

"Alright" Jaylen breathed, looking around.

Silvia sat next to Gil, whose face was wrapped, after him Cole had new wrap around his neck and shoulder, he also took his gray bandana he had put it around his neck like a scarf. Rita sat next to him, and to her left was her twin Stan, who was next to Ralph and Ryan. Last on the line was Daisy.

"So the reason why we- the queen needed Cole was because of the way to bring Theo and Oswald back... You need The being of light, a Being of darkness, Theo's sword, Oswald's Spear, The crystallized Fire, The Emerald Earth, The Gem of Water, and the Steal Winds... With all of them you have to go to a hidden temple, and well" Jaylen shrugged, "I don't know, I never was allowed to read that"

Everyone looked at him shocked, "I-I" Ryan started staring down, "I only knew of the light and water ones..."

"Yeah, Her Majesty wanted me to make something to track all of them down..." Jaylen looked away.

"I only knew of the fire one..." Silvia spoke, and everyone turned, "My father said he found it, so we'll have to get that one away from him" she looked up.

"Wait! You Found One!?" Hector yelled, the princess turned, "Yes, he said it was the Crystallized Fire, he found it when I was little!" she defended herself.

"I feel like we should get them all, and re-hide them before they get them all, and bring them back" Hector though out loud.

"Why? It's not like something bad will happen!" Stan said, getting a look from Hector. "Right! With two Undead Psychopaths running around, trying to take over the world is Totally fine!" Sarcasm dripped with every word.

"Oh, and don't forget Cole is the light thing" Jaylen pointed at the older teen, who blinked.

"Great! Now all the crazys are after me!" he through his hands in the air.

"The crazys have always been after you!" Gil snapped back.

After they settled down, the group talked about where they should go next.

The idea was to get all the items before the kingdoms.

With this being the case, they had to head to the heart of the forest; to get Theo's Sword.

But before they left, Rita said she had to bring her brother back to the Golden Coat Oasis.

They agreed to meet up there before heading to the Ice formations to find the Gem of Water.

Getting the Steal Air would lead them to the Festir Island. They would have to get it, then head over to the Can Bell Hot Springs in the mountains on boat, just to bypass the Capital of Harstar.

The Emerald Earth sat in the Hilda Mountains. Meaning they had to find the Dwarven people to even get around. Dragons might attack.

The Crystallized Fire was in the Pinstern Desert, but seeing the Kingdom of Harstar somehow got their hands on it, the team had to make it to the capital just to steal it back.

Getting all of this done, they would have to head over to the Wake Field Mill near the southern edge of Harstar to go into the ruins to get Oswald's spear.

"Then what?" Cole looked at everyone.

"I goes we hide them?" Silvia spoke up, "Where?" Ryan gave the princess a look.

"Oh! How about here!" Ralph pointed to the red spot on the bottom of the map.

"The Bad lands?" Jaylen spoke, twitching to Hector he gave the Knight a look "that place is hard to get to, let along to the shrine in the middle"

"That could work!" Daisy smiled.

Rita and Gil gave each other a look. "We'll need a boat" Rita spoke first, "yeah, so we'll have to buy one, and teach everyone how to drive it... Because no one will bring us there and back..."

Rita nodded, "but we'll need maybe one more to actually drive it?" she gave him a look. "Yeah, we'll figure that out later" Gil eyed the map, and the lines they made upon it.

"This could just work..."
