Chapter Twelve!

Chapter Start!

Awaking with the suns light, the group met up in front of the Inn.

"Ready?" Rita smiled, Silvia gave her a smile, "Yup!" the girls looked at each other, laughing slightly.

Cole cocked his head, "What did you guys do..?"

The Girls looked at his confused face...

And laughed.

"It's okay Cole! I don't understand girls either!" Ralph Said boldly.

"What?" Cole and Gil turned to the Knight.

"Oh nothing" he sighed, turning away.

"...Anyway..." Rita started, "Let's get started!" She clapped her hands, and started to walk, the others followed the Older woman, onto the cobblestone road.

They walked in the lush green forest, the small patches of the sun came in, shining through the leaves, the forest sparkled in the slight light.

As they walked the group stopped on a few hills, letting the 19 year old draw, they stopped at a waterfall as well, and stood for over an hour as Cole sketched the group.

Like Photos, before they were instant.

They walked as the sun set slowly, and were barely half way to Azmar, but they had time.

Hiding in the woods is the best place to be before they get to the Golden Coat Oasis.

When they stopped for the night, they watched the stars next to the fire, and everyone fell asleep... happily...

When the sun came up once more, they picked their things up, and started walking again...

Silvia was starting to get tired of walking, so Ralph, the strapping Knight he was, offered her a piggy-back-ride. She refused, but gave him her stuff to carry, then pester Gil for a ride instead, handed his stuff to Cole, he let her climb onto his back, and they continued to walk.

Things were quiet until they came upon a clearing...

This clearing was really a cross road between the Capital of Clyden; Theo and the small town of Azmar.

They were clearly going to go left to Azmar, but stopped...

Loud-

Clear-

Stomping-

Angry-

Footsteps.

Gil put the princess down, and looked to the group; "We need to hide" his voice was quiet, and low. They nodded, and ducked into the bushes.

As they did, Cole noticed another figure, followed by two animals did the same, Hiding across the way, Coles green swirled eyes met an elf Girls Blue and Violet swirls.

The two ducked into the brush, along with that at least 50 knights of Clyden stopped in the crossroads, and a captain on a horse road to the front saying; "Half Go To Port Vale, The Other Goes To Azmar, We Will Find The Child With Light, He Should Be With A Rouge Knight, And Two Sailors, Kill Them, And Take The Boy!"

And the group headed down the two paths.

After they left, the two groups stopped out of their hiding places.

"I Can't Believe This!" Ralph yelled, Gil turned to him and Rita saying, "Ya I know, how did they find out we're here so fast?" Gil questioned.

"NO! I'm Talking About Them Thinking I'm A Rouge Knight!" Ralph screamed almost.

Cole on the other hand was more interested in who this other person was, so he walk over to the girl, who was petting a silver wolf, with black tips.

The elf looked young, with long brown hair, and a strip of purple, blue then white hair curled down the right of her head, her eyes were a shining blue and violet, freckles dotted her cheeks and nose.

The girl was slightly taller than Cole, and she had a long blue sleeved shirt, along with a big brown belt, under was long black pants covered by tall brown boots.

She looked up to the teen when he approached.

"Hello" she smiled.

Cole blinked, then shook it off, rubbing the back of his neck, "Hi... Umm" he started, and she stood, a snowy owl landing on her shoulder.

"Hey, nice hair" she said pointing to his head.

"ah, thanks, Nice... Owl... And Wolf" he shrugged, then realized he was off track-"Hey, why were you hiding from those knights?" he asked the stranger.

"Oh, they're not a fan of me, something to do with family, but yeah! I think their just jealous!" She smiled, the girl smiled even more when Silvia made her way over.

"Hi there" the girl waved to the princess.

"Ya hi, who are you?" Silvia questioned her, eyes piercing the other girls.

"How Rude! Asking for my name before telling me yours!" The girl glared back, but laughed slightly, "Just kidding! My name's Daisy! This fella" she pet the owl "Is Sora, and this" she pet the Wolf "Is Galaxia!" the wolf barked.

"Okay, and-" Silvia started but Cole Interrupted her, "my name's Cole, nice to meat you!" he put a hand to shake her.

She smiled and took it.

"This is Silvia, the knight over there is Ralph, the red head is Rita and Mr. Blue hair is Gil" Cole introduced everyone as they walked over.

"B-blue hair!?" Gil questioned his friend, who laughed slightly, "It's true!" he cried back joyfully.

"So, on an unrelated topic... Were those Knights looking for you guys?" Daisy asked interrupting Gil who was about to yell at Cole even more.

"N-NO!" Gil turned hard.

Then looked at her...

"Okay, maybe" he turned away laughing slightly.

"If you need a place to hide out, I Live only a few miles from here" Daisy offered.

The group turned to her, slightly shocked.

"Are you sure ma'am?" Ralph questioned, "we're wanted by the Knights"

"Ya, its fine! I have extra rooms, and well the only other person who would go out there other than me is a friend, who wouldn't rat you out!" She waved it off.

"Alright..?" Rita said walking up to the front of the group, her gray eyes looked at Daisy, she leaned in.

"Element" she said to the other elf.

"Earth and Wind" Daisy shrugged.

"Oh, two, fun, Full Elf or half" Rita shot back

"Full, you?"

"Full, Ralphs Half"

"HEY!" Ralph yelled over the girls

"Age?"

Daisy gasped, "How Rude! 18. You?"

"30"

They looked at each other for a moment.

Rita leaned back after a few moments of their staring contest, smiling "I Like You"

She then turned and walked back to the back of the group, and watched for more knights.

Gil gave a smirk; "If Rita likes you, your good in my book" he turned to Silvia, "Come on Princess"

Daisy lead them through the forest on a small unknown path, to a beautiful house, it was carved from an old dead tree, the house was built up to the tops of the tree, latter's and stairs lead up and down the greenery.

A small pond sat next to the building, on the other side was a well.

The entire place had a green glow to it's healthy leaves.

A beautiful, quiet place to hide.

Perfect.
