Chapter Seventeen

Chapter Start!

"Dang IT! I'll Never Get It!"

A slam of the pots, A curtain princess was flustered, she was trying to learn how to cook.

"S-Silvia! Don't throw my stuff!" Daisy almost yelled, catching the pot, then using some magic to catch the Spaghetti.

"Don't worry Princess!" Ralph smiled, sitting at the table, watching, "You'll get it!"

"See, Ralph has hope in you!" Daisy smiled, pointing to the gentle knight, "Why, Thank you Miss Daisy!" he shinned.

The three have been living together for a few days now, and they really enjoyed it.

Mostly Daisy, she was happy for the extra time with her new friends, sad her other one's didn't get to stay longer, but they'll be fine in the desert...

Right?

Daisy laughed slightly as Silvia tried again, this time it was a little better, but she was still frustrated.

But everyone stopped when they heard a knock at the door...

"I'll get it!" Daisy smiled.

"Wait! I Thought You Said No One Knew We Were Here!" Silvia almost yelled, "I did say I had a friend who would stop by normally, so don't worry, he wouldn't tell~" Daisy sighed, then went to get the door.

"Hello Boys!" She smiled opening the oak door, the person who stood there was a small boy, curly black hair covered purple glasses, Freckles dotted his chubby cheeks, a too big yellow shirt was tired to his hip, showing a violet and gold bag, under was a pair of light brown pants, and brown flats. A pair of gray gloves hung on his belt, they looked used.

The boy's eyes shinned blue.

"Come on in!" Daisy laughed, "I have some guests, so don't worry"

"Oh, Okay then..." the small boy was only about 4 foot 5 at Most!

He walked into the Kitchen. "umm... Hello" he waved, "oooooohhh!!!" Silvia's eyes shinned, running over and hugging the boy.

"G-Get Off Me!" He basically cried, "Hi, I'm Silvia! You Can Call Me Silvia!" she shinned to the boy, "That's my knight; Ralph, He's nice" she loved small cute things.

Daisy laughed slightly, "Silvia let go of him"

The Princess realized what she was doing, and jumped back, "O-oh! I'm Sorry!"

"It's okay" his eyes shined blue at her.

"Anyway" Daisy smiled, "This is Jaylen" she gestured to the boy.

"Hi ther-" His blue eyes flipped to a shade of Bloody Red, "What About Me!" he turned hard to the Elf.

"Oh, and that's Hector" Daisy smiled, his eyes flipped to blue once more "you didn't have to interrupt me..." Then red, "Of course I did! Daisy forgot about ME! Come on! We came here because of that stupid Queen! And I Can Finally Be My Self!"

Back to blue "Same..." he smiled downward.

"So what happened this time boys?" Daisy smiled, Hector looked at her, "well! We were hanging out with Locket, when... well... ahaha... One of our pranks went... wrong..."

His eyes turned blue, "I blame Hector and Locket wanting to go 'All Out' but yeah" Jaylen crossed his arms.

His eyes reddened, "Oh shush, I remember you getting into it as well!"

Daisy shook her head, "Come on, stop fighting"

His eyes swirled both colors, "alright..." but turned blue after, "Anyway, some Guards caught us, but Locket got away, and we were brought to her Majesty..."

Jaylen looked down, "She was mad of course, and locked us in the Lab again, so we could get some work done..."

"Wait, the Queen?" Silvia interrupted, "Yeah, we're kind of the 'Royal Scientists' or something" Jaylen looked at her, "Wait! How Old Are You!?" she basically yelled.

"10. -well, 10 in Human years" his eyes swirled both.

"Wait, Human years? What are you?" Ralph asked jumping into the conversation. The boys eyes brightened red, "We're Half Demon!"

Then blue "Half Human"

Over to Red "Demon!"

Blue "Human!"

Daisy jumped up behind them, hugging the 10 year old, "Jaylen's the Human half, and Hector's the Demon half" She said for the boys, only to look down at them, seeing a glare from Jaylen she sighed.

"You two need to stop fighting, and Jaylen! You neeeeeed to get over the fact you hate people touching you!" Daisy didn't let go.

His eyes shinned a red, "I Like Hugs!" Hector giggled.

"Anyway!" Jaylen smiled, "Guess what we brought you Daisy!" he said, grabbing at his bag, and pulling something out. "It's a being of my own creation!" he said, holding it in his hand.

"We made it for you Daisy, it's because we knew you like animals... and well..." The boy opened his hands, and inside was a small sprite, she looked blue, and charged a white and lighter blue around her, her winger seemed to be spiky, going almost everywhere.

"Come on..." Jaylen looked at the small being, and it looked at him, blowing its hair out of her eyes, the small sprite fluttered upward, her glow getting bigger, and shining like lightning.

"Whooow!" Silvia watched the ball of lightning fly around, then found a high shelf, and sit down.

"Oh, She's adorable" Daisy smiled, looking at the small sprite.

"Yeah, The queen wanted me to make a better power source, so I ended up making them, they help out around the Lab, and well, I'm making things that they can use, and I got to sneak this one out" Jaylen smiled.

"Yeah, and Now! They Work Like A Charm!" Hector jumped with a smile.

"That's great!" Daisy smiled.

After some time of everyone sitting around and some more failed attempts of cooking from Silvia later, Hector ended up wandering over to see if he could... Help.

"So Silvia" He started, and the girl turned, looking down, "What are you making?"

"I'm trying to make Spaghetti, But, it's not working out too well..." Silvia pondered, but stopped, "your... Hector right?" she looked at his red eyes, "Yup! The One And Only!" He smiled big.

Only to have his face change, with Blue eyes bubbling up, "One and only what?"

He went back to smirking, with red eyes "One And Only Coolest Guy Here!"

Silvia giggled slightly, "Alright, have any tips for me?" she sat down to be eye level with the 10 year old.

His red eyes shinned, "Be a better cook, I've been Cooking on my own for Years! Your cooking smells like mud!"

Silvia looked at him...

His eyes quickly flipped to blue, "I'm So Sorry For Hector's Behavior! Please Don't Be Mad!"

Silvia just turned, and walked away...

Jaylen watched, "I'm Sorry!" he called... She just kept walking...

"This is why we can't make friends"
