Chapter Forty-Four

AAAHHHH!!! I hope you like it!

Chapter Start!

The team walked through the mountains going toward the castle of Harstar.

When they got closer, Silvia stopped them, telling them she would be the best to get in, then get out fast.

"No I'm going too!" Gil protested, "If your father sees you, he won't let you leave!"

"I know, but we're getting the crystallized fire, and Callie correct?" she questioned, "That means someone with the Fire element should come, as well as Cole"

"Why Me!?" Cole perked up, "Because so far the Keepers haven't opened their shrines unless of your there, have you not noticed? How easy would it have been to get the Earth Shrine open if two Earth users found it? They only open when your around! Also, I think it'll make Callie feel better!" Silvia spoke harshly, but understandable.

Ryan volunteered to go with them, but Silvia gave him a look, she wasn't having any of this, She wanted to get in, then get out of that Castle as fast as she could.

She told him , if he came then they might think she was a traitor, giving the Crystallized Fire to him, as well as the fact, again, he's the prince of Clyden! This was already bad with her stealing, but also the prince? Better not let the King know.

Rita was the next choice, and she rolled her eyes, saying "come on."

They decided on those three, a small team, Silvia knowing the way through, Cole for Callie, and Rita for the Fire.

Silvia was going to carry the two, using wind magic, but Cole created wings of light, and Rita just set the ground on fire so she could fly.

The three flow to Silvia's balcony, Silvia landing gracefully, Rita doing a flip, and Cole smacking into the wall.

They entered, then made their way don't the stair case, when getting to the bottom, Silvia watch for the guards, then they made their way down a few hall ways, Cole was getting confused, but follow the girls.

They made their way to the dungeon, the one Rita as in so long ago. They went a few levels lower, then found themselves in a room, with one cell.

Cole made his way over, creating a key from a handful of light, it took a moment, but he unlocked the door, Inside sat an old woman.

She looked up and Smiled, "Normally I would have had you all face your selves, but sneaking in to save me is a good idea too." She stood, "My name is Callie, Keeper of the Crystallized Fire" she bowed.

"I see only you three came, Come, I know where they put my Crystallized Fire!" Callie said angrily, storming off, the three looked at each other, then followed her.

They walked, then found themselves nearing the throne room.

Silvia stopped her, "Callie!" she whispered, "Where are we going?"

"The King" Callie spat, "He has it around his neck"

Silvia stopped, Cole's eyes widened, Rita shook her head "This is bad" she stated.

"I Don't-" Cole started, not wanting to see him again.

"I'll get it" Silvia stood straighter.

"What?" Cole gave her a look, "N-not alone!" he looked at her.

"Your sweet, but I have to do this alone, He's my father he will listen!" Silvia made her way toward the door.

She looked back at them, Rita gave her a nod, Cole whispered "Good Luck" and Callie was giving her a smiling double thumbs up.

Silvia pushed the door open, and her father looked up.

"Silvia?" he spoke, bags under his eyes from tears.

"Hello" she spoke.

The King Stood, "I thought they kidnapped you!" he ran down to her, hugging her.

"No no" she shook her head, hugging him, "I had to, I saw the world, and I needed to do something!" she spoke, he let go, and looked at her.

"How so?" his voice was shaky.

"We are going to re hide all the elements, and we came to get the Crystallized fire" she spoke.

"The fire..." his voice was dry now, sadness clear, "This has only brought me pain, when Queen Scarlet found out, she threatened you" he pulled the necklace from his neck.

"I can tell you have a quest, a Journey, and you've changed" he held the Crystallized Fire in his hand, it shinned, "your more up front, you're not just rambling, I think this was good for you..." he took a breath.

"W-where are you going next?" he questioned.

"South, we still need to get Oswald's spear" she looked him in the eyes.

"Then I'll give you a carriage as well, how many are you? You keep saying 'We'" The King Questioned.

"Oh!" Silvia blushed, "We picked up some people on the way, Rita and Cole came with me into the castle, we may have also broke Callie out, Sorry" she shrugged.

"No no, its fine, let them come in, their probably hiding out there, correct?" The King looked at the door.

"Guys!" Silvia yelled, "Come Here!"

As soon as she yelled this, Rita and Cole busted in Rita holding a flaming staff, and Cole holding two giant light guns.

When they was the King in tears they put their weapons down confused.

"Umm... Silvia?" Cole asked.

"Its fine, he's cool" she shrugged.

The King looked at them, Callie waddled in behind them.

"Alright" he spoke, walking to Rita, holding the Crystallized fire out. "I would like you to take it, Take it away from here, then the Queen wouldn't threaten me and my family anymore." He handed it to her, and she took it, putting it around her neck.

"Now" he turned back to Silvia, "I'll give you all Carriages, as many as you need! J-just" he breathed, "I don't care who you choose to be your king, just, Come back safe" he was tearing up again.

Silvia gave him a smile, the hugged him, "I Will!" she laughed a little, the King hugged her like he hadn't heard her laugh in years.

After that, Silvia told him who was in their group, the three who came, and Gil, He laughed to that, he knew Gil wouldn't leave her.

Ralph, The King was surprised. His own Knight?

Ryan, "The Prince?" the King blinked, "Yeah! He taught me how to use the bow!" Silvia smiled.

Daisy, He didn't know her, but he knew her brother, he called him a few names, then Silvia told his she's was cool.

Jaylen and Hector, He nodded, he knew the boys, he had met them before. Nice boys.

And Emmy. The King stopped, and thought, "Emmy... Fang?" he questioned. "Yeah, I think so" Cole answered, "The Queen ordered her dead..." he muttered... He remember this because Emmy hid in Harstar for a time. Why? He wouldn't say...

After this, they headed down to the gates, got their carriages, Silvia said goodbye, and told him she will be back.

Then they met up with the rest of the group, and headed south to Wake Field Mill.

I really liked this Chapter, for the fact that the King just wanted to best for Silvia, but went about it the wrong way, so when she left in the beginning, he thought about what happened, then blamed himself.

He probably thought she was dead.

But when she came in, ready for a fight, he was so relieved... happy to see her okay...

So yeah!
