(Y/n) POV
-
"(Y/n) I hope you know that your voice will be gone again for at least 2 days. The damage that was already done to it hasn't fully healed, this just makes it worse."
The nurse sighed while I was basically banging my head against Atsumu's shoulder.

You have got to be kidding me.

"Are you and the other boys able to take care of her? I believe on her record it says that Oikawa Tooru had taken care of her before."

"We definitely can, isn't there anything you could do about Lyla? She just assaulted (y/n) for no reason!"
Atsumu was still fuming while I tried to calm him down by grabbing his hand and squeezing softly.

"Unfortunately no because this isn't your school grounds, any reliably would be falling under the papers you all signed before you came here."

I rolled my eyes internally while swallowing down some water, it hurt like a bitch to say the least.

"What I would suggest is (y/n) staying quiet for at least 2 days. It will be hard as manager but I hope you can manage."
I nodded still mentally slapping myself for getting into this situation in the first place.

"She's done it before, when she started she couldn't talk either."
Atsumu sounded somewhat defeated now while he gripped my hand harder.

"I see, I'm sorry to hear that (y/n). But all I can recommend is some pain medication and for you to drink tea or other soothing beverages to possibly help your throat faster."

I tried to sigh but if barley came out as a squeak, standing up I thanks the nurse with a nod while Atsumu joined me.

He opened the door for me and we headed out, on the way back to the gym I did see Lyla who was still glaring daggers into me.

But wait, it gets worse.
She was talking with what I assumed to be the other class reps, they all looked like they were her new underlings for the week.

"Ignore her Princess, she's nothing compared to you."
Atsumu comforted me while kissing my head, the girls did all fume but I figured it would just make things worse.

When we got back to the court it was a much different story, I immediately got swarmed by the other female managers that all looked worried sick.

"(Y/n)! I heard what happened! Are you okay?!"
Kiyoko immediately said pulling me into a hug while the rest of the girls were probably thinking the same question.

I looked back at Atsumu since I seriously didn't want to type out a whole thing.

"She will be okay in a few days, Lyla basically punched her so hard it ruptured the chord again."
Atsumu explained while I was basically being mothered by the other managers.

"On the bright side it means you don't have to our idiots as captains."
Maddie, Nekomas manager said walking towards me now with a sheepish lopsided smile.
She was clearly trying to levitate the situation but I was just do done with this week already I couldn't bring myself to care.

I pulled out my phone with Kiyoko's arms still wrapped around me.

'You guys should get back to your teams, I'll be fine when either Shiratorizawa gets here or Aobajohsai. They're going to body guard the hell out of me just as much as Inarizaki .'

I showed this to Kiyoko who read it and nodded back at me.

"She says that we should get back to the teams, she'll be alright with probably three teams guarding her when Shiratorizawa and Seijoh get here."
Kiyoko translated while the other girls gave me a glance of what I figured was pity.

Various 'okays' and 'get better soon' wishes were said to me while they each waved and went back to their respective teams.

Though Maddie did stay behind with Atsumu and I.
Kuroo was right, she had bleached her hair from the last time I had seen her.

I gestured to her hair while Atsumu came behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Oh this? Yea fangirl tried to bleach my hair in the bathroom cause she and her friends were jealous. I don't think it looks half bad though now I got it professionally fixed."
She giggled softly while I smiled at her and gave her a thumbs up while Kuroo walked up behind her.

He rested his chin on top of her head now while he smiled down at me.

"So I assume she's explaining this whole situation?"
He motioned his hand around her head while I nodded.

"If it makes you feel any better, the one that did this is here this week."
Maddie said while I glanced up at Atsumu, who looked incredibly done.

"So its just a running trait with these bitches then."
He practically snarled, which I had to admit sounded rather intimidating now.

"The one that did this to you is here?"
Kuroo questioned while I nodded and the gym doors opened behind us.

"Princess!"
Oikawa cheered coming from the door and immediately sweeping me away from Atsumu- to my dismay.

"Come on talk to me! I missed you!"
He kept cheering while now spinning me around, now I had to resist the urge to punch him.
It's not like I didn't enjoy having him with me but I'll be damned if I enjoyed this bullshit.

"Playboy, she can't talk again."
Atsumu said while Oikawa stopped swinging me and put me back on the ground.

"Are you serious?"
He questioned with the rest of Seijoh giving him a collective sigh.

"Lyla punched her in the throat, it's gone for a few days."
Atsumu clarified while Oikawa's eyes filled with worry also a hint of anger.

"It hasn't even started yet, what the hell?"
He said pulling me into his grasp again but I broke away since his arms were around my neck.
I let out a small whimper in pain as I did which caused him to frown even more.

I went back to Atsumu and gestured to my neck.
Moving the hair away from my neck I leaned my head back and Oikawa and the rest of the team, plus Kuroo and Maddie all winced.

"You're joking."
Iwaizumi piped up now catching up with the rest of the team and seeing this.

"It's no joke, I guess we have to start the whole rotation system earlier than before."
Oikawa sighed rubbing his temple while Kuroo and Atsumu agreed with him.

"You guys really have to use that system too?"
Kuroo questioned wrapping his arms around Maddie and everyone letting out a frustrated 'yes'.

"Who's first?"
Iwaizumi questioned while I pointed to Atsumu, I honestly didn't want to be around anyone else right now.

"Nekoma has a match against them Princess, unless he's on the bench I need someone near you at all times."
Oikawa protested while I pouted to myself, he was right though.

I had heard from Yukie from Fukurodani, that she got pulled off the bench before and got beaten up like that.

"Iwa are we playing?"
Oikawa asked while I turned my attention to the gym doors again.
Shiratorizawa was here.

"The only ones not playing are Karasuno and Shiratorizawa."
Iwaizumi said looking up from his phone while I broke away from Atsumu and walked to Tendō.

He loved overly joyed to see me, then he noticed my neck.
"Jesus what happened to you?"
Again playing charades with him I just gestured to Lyla and the other class reps and then fake punched my throat.

"Welp looks like we're all being your mothers this week, SemiSemi it's your time to shine!"
He joked while I rolled my eyes and dragged him over to the group.

The rest of Seijoh had to go start getting ready for their game, Oikawa and Iwaizumi stuck around though.
I figured Kuroo and Maddie would need to leave soon as well but they both just looked like sad puppies seeing me.

"Looks like you're watching Princess here BeanPole."
Oikawa said with a small hint of venom in his tone while he came up to me and hugged me before leaving with the rest of the team.

"We have to go too (y/n), I'll see you in the room later. Hopefully I can get away from this idiot."
Maddie gestured to Kuroo which garnered a smack upside the head from him to her.

They both left, Kuroo hugging me and Maddie just waving.

I pulled out my phone since I figured I would need to talk anyways.

'Go back with the Team, Tendō won't let Lyla or anyone else within 10 feet of me if he can help it."
I showed it to Atsumu who tilted my head up to kiss him while he let go of me reluctantly.

"Tendō, keep her safe okay?"
He said while Tendō nodded and immediately pulled me with him to the rest of Shiratorizawa that was resting on the bench.

"So I believe you all have met (y/n), we're body guarding her from fangirls for the day."
He said which seemed to shock the rest of Shiratorizawa.
I could get why, he sounded dead serious.

"Now (y/n) you down to get your ass beat in Mario Kart?"
Tendō taunted pulling out a switch from his bag while I nodded with a shitface grin plastered on my face now.

"Be careful (y/n) he's pretty good."
Semi chuckled while they all gathered around to watch us play.

"Let's make this week at least a little fun for you."
Tendō smirked while the rest of the team agreed with him.
