Author's POV

Taehyung and Jungkook walked hand in hand until they reached the dean's office. Both of them are feeling scared beyond words. Jungkook looked at Taehyung and squeezed his hand as if saying "everything will be alright".

The dean received the video of them together. Although Jungkook knew that Jimin is the one behind it, he did not tell Tae about it. Deep within Jungkook's heart, he's still hoping that Jimin is not the culprit. He loves his best friend just like a true brother.

Taehyung smiled weakly. He took a deep breath before opening the door that leads to their doom.

The two saw the dean behind the desk. His face is expressionless as he motioned them to sit on the chairs.

Tae and Jungkook carefully sit in front. Tae has his head low while Jungkook looked at the dean straight to his eyes.

"Mr. Kim." The dean called out making Taehyung flinch in surprise.

"Y-yes sir?" Taehyung stuttered.

"I'll be straight to the point Mr. Kim." The dean sounded firm. "You are a disgrace to this school. How can you have a relationship with a student?" He continued.

Tae fidgeted on his seat. His tears are threatening to fall.

"I-I'm sorry sir." Taehyung cried. He feels so ashamed of himself. As a professor, he shouldn't have let things between him and Jungkook happen. He's the older one who should know what's wrong from right.

More than himself, Taehyung is afraid for Jungkook's future. Taehyung knows that he will have to quit as a professor, but he can always find another job. But Jungkook? He can be kicked out of school and may not graduate because of the scandal.

"I can't believe you can do such a thing Mr. Kim! I can only prevent this video from spreading but I'm sorry to tell you Mr. Kim, your license will be terminated. You have to quit teaching." The dean said coldly.

Jungkook was horrified. He could not let Tae lose his job because of him.

"You can't do that." Jungkook mumbled.

"Excuse me? What did you say Jeon?" The dean frowned.

"I said you can't do that to him!" Jungkook shouted as his fist punched the dean's table making the latter flinch.

"You ungrateful brat! I'm doing you a favor and this is how you act towards me?! If Mr. Kim won't sacrifice his profession, then you should volunteer in his place. Get out of this school!" The dean yelled. His face is furious.

"No! ..no .. pl-please sir. I'll accept my fate. Just don't kick Jungkook out of this school. He's already gradutaing please." Tae begged with eyes pooling from tears.

Jungkook looked at Tae's eyes. Tae smiled at him assuring that everything is fine. Jungkook gripped on his pants. He doesn't want to be saved. He wants Tae to be the one to keep his job.

"I'll quit from school." Jungkook said firmly.

"Jungkook!" Taehyung's eyes widened.

"I should be the one to leave. Mr. Kim did not do anything wrong." Jungkook uttered staring deep in Tae's eyes.

"What do you mean?" The dean asked his attention is now fully on Jungkook.

"I forced him." Jungkook stated. His eyes are telling Tae to stop disagreeing.

Taehyung was beyond shock. No..no..no you didn't force me. What are you doing Jungkook. Please stop. Tae wasn't able to say those words.

"Do you expect me to believe you Mr. Jeon?" The dean is not buying his excuse.

"You should have watched the video by now sir. You can see there how I forced him to have sex with me." Jungkook smirked.

No.. please stop Jungkook. Taehyung wants to shout his mind out but he can't. Jungkook is looking at him as if saying never. say. a. word.

"Is that true Mr. Kim?" The dean asked the professor who's crying non stop.

Taehyung did not answer. His tears just keep on flowing down his cheeks.

"He won't tell you the truth sir. I threatened him that if he tells someone, I will make his life a living hell." Jungkook said grinning like a devil.

Taehyung cried harder. He covered his face with his hands as he continues to cry. Jungkook is protecting him by telling lies. He doesn't want him to lose his job because of him.

"Do you know who is behind the video?" The dean asked.

Jungkook stiffened. He already knows that Jimin is the culprit but he did not say a word.

"I guess not. Well lucky for us, the cctv near the clinic is still functioning. I already asked the guards to look for the suspect and we caught him." The dean stated leaning on his chair.

"Y-you already know?" Jungkook stuttered.

"Yes. We sent him in the detention room. I still have to discuss with the directors about the punishment for him." The dean continued.

Jungkook did not respond. Jimin has to face the consequences of his action. He can't help him anymore.

"I don't care what you do to him. All I want is for Mr. Kim to have his license back. I already told you the truth. I forced him to have sex with me." Jungkook reiterated.

"I don't know who to believe anymore. Jungkook, go out now and wait for your verdict. I want to talk to Mr. Kim alone." The dean instructed.

Jungkook doesn't want to go without Tae. However, he should not let the dean think that he cares for him. He went out of the room. Before closing the door, he looked at Taehyung's back for the last time.

Jungkook walked away from the office. He made his way to the detention room to check Jimin. He might have betrayed him but he's still his best friend. He has to see him and ask him the reason why he did it.

He opened the door of the detention and saw the culprit sitting in the middle of the room. Jungkook frowned upon seeing the person he did not expect.

"Hey fucker." the man greeted with an evil smirk.

"Hoseok?!"
