Firstly: No sadly, I don't think he has ever read my stories. He's a very busy man and there is a lot of fanfics out there so even if he had time to read a few, I doubt he'd come across mine. He'd likely find deviantart ones first. 😂

Secondly: I have never thought of him reacting to Kyo so this has shaken me somewhat, I'd be so humbled to hear his opinion of her, even if he thinks she's written awfully and he hated her, I'd still be honoured to hear his thoughts.
If I had to guess, I don't think he'd care much for her, at first glance she looks like Shanks but has Mihawk's surname so Oda will probably think "What kind of shipper lovechild kinda bullshit is this?" 😂😂😂 Maybe he'd be intrigued by her backstory a bit? I'm not sure, it would be an honour to find out nonetheless.

And that's really all I can think to say right now, sorry if it's a bit of a crappy response again, I am a bit of a baby when it comes to toothache. I hate toothache with a passion.
