Proto (Pro-tu) was a mad scientist, she was on the run, she hid into a cabin, after 22 years of solitary confinement (she is a type of bird with a freakishly long lifespan) she finally snapped out of that persona, into a new one- a kindhearted shaman who stays in the forest, helping with the adventurers who get lost and hurt on their path
