( Bendy's POV ) 

I was told since I was 6 the worst news that would affect me forever. I was quirkless. You see, in my world, most people have powers. We call them quirks. Each quirk means something to a person who owns that quirk. For example, take my brother Boris. He's younger than me by six years. His quirk is Mechanics. My brother LOVES to make things out of scraps that come from my mom's friend's workplace. He does make most of his inventions function though. I'll give him that. Another example is my mom, Moonica Pheonix ( A.N. Yes I did add myself here as the Mechanic brothers' biological mom. It'll make sense later on! ) People know her. Author, musician, and one of the famous pro heroes in the country. Her quirk though is Ink Creation. Using a sword sized ink pen, she can create things using ink. It's cool when she uses it. Dad... I never knew. Mom never mentioned him. I only have a few memories of him until I was 3. Since then, I never saw him. I never asked mom though. It might've been for a good reason. Anyway, I woke up in the mornings to get ready for school. Oh, and you know how I said my mom was a pro hero? Yeah, she also works at the famous hero school: The U.A. So, my favorite uncle, Henry Stein, has been taking care of me and Boris. As I got downstairs, I could smell the fresh bacon, eggs, and pancakes. I saw Boris watching the news, probably hearing anything about our mom. Then I saw Uncle Henry cooking and drinking coffee. "Morning Bendy! How did you sleep?" He asked when he saw me while putting the food on our plates. "Eh *yawn* Good I guess." I shrugged as I sat down. "Anything about mom on the news Boris?" I chuckled as Boris smiled at me. I watched as he quickly ran up to me and hugged me. "Good morning brother! And I haven't heard anything yet!" He exclaimed as he wagged his tail. "Why don't we start to eat so you can go back watching?" Uncle Henry said as we all sat down and ate. Boris kept on rambling about how cool our mom was, being a hero and all. I only smiled and nodded as I continued eating. As I looked at the time, the news then started talking about our mom and some other heroes. 

"This just in, last night our favorite pro heroes have fought again. But this time, they are what the heroes are describing them as "dark and mysterious" this enemy is nothing they have seen before. The new villains that you're about to see are nothing like this country has faced before."

Then the screen showed up a series of fighting scenes last night. My eyes widened as we saw what was going on. "Jesus..." Uncle Henry muttered as we saw.  "But not to worry folks! The leader for this team, Lady Miraculous has a quick few words for us all!" The News reporter said as he handed the mic over to Lady Miraculous. A.K.A. My mom! "I still can't believe she kept that dumb hero name I gave for her." I thought as I watched. 

"Thank you, sir. *looks at camera* Citizens of Inkwell. My friends and I have fought criminals and villains ever since we graduated. We have seen the dangers and faced horrible experiences when fighting bad people. This enemy though is nothing like we have ever fought. Sure, they seem to be improved and a lot stronger than we might. But that doesn't mean we'll just give up. As the heroes of your country, we promise to protect you while making sure you feel safe. We will continue to train ourselves physically and mentally. We will figure out who these people are and how to stop them. Remember everyone: Believe in yourself & you can do amazing things!

I watched as Boris squealed with joy as he fell from his chair. I could only hold back my laugh. "Your mom did well with that speech. Like always." Uncle Henry said as he washed our plates. Suddenly I hear the cuckoo clock bird chirping. "Shoot! I'm gonna be late!" I exclaimed as I got my school stuff and ran out the door, saying goodbye to Boris and Uncle Henry. As I continued to run, I thought about my mom. I hope she's ok. What if she got hurt badly? Did the News reporter nag her about her personal life just like the other ones? All of a sudden, I, unfortunately, hear some certain cup yelling out my name. "OI SHORTIE!" "Oh no. It's Cuphead."  I thought as I just kept walking. "Hey! Where are you doing quirkless shortie!? I'M TALKING TO YOU!" Cuphead continued to yell. Cuphead's quirk is destruction. You'll see why later. I kept on walking until I felt myself being pushed to the ground. "When I'm talking to you listen!" He yelled in my ear. All I could do was stay still and not doing anything to make him angrier. "Listen here! I'm going to be the #1 hero! I have a quirk, and you don't! So don't even think about trying to become greater than me! Cause it'll NEVER happen!" With that, he pushed me onto the ground and left me. I just looked at the sky, relieved that it was over. "Mom... why can't you be here when I need you the most?" I asked as I got up and gathered my belongings. Then I heard a noise behind me. I turned around. But I didn't see anyone. "Who's there!?" I yelled at the silence. But noting replied. I shrugged and continued to walk to school, hoping I wouldn't be late. Again. 

(???'s POV ) 

I watched as Bendy continued to walk. I took out a picture from my pocket and looked at it. I smiled weakly as the memories came back floating to me. "We were so young..." I muttered to myself as I shook my head and put the picture back in my pocket. I continued to watch Bendy for a while until I got interrupted. "U-Um Boss? W-Why are we hiding in an alleyway?" my servant asked. I sighed in annoyance. "Because dear alchemist," I started to say. "We need someone to experiment on. And I think I found the one." I said. "B-But isn't he-!?" "I know who he is! Does it look like I care! Besides," I looked at my servant. "I'm the last person he could think of," I said as I started to walk away, plotting my plan. My alchemist right behind me as we walked to our base. 

And this ends as Chapter 1 of my book! I hope I did a good job with this au. It's going to be difficult because I have to figure out the rest of the QFTIM character's quirks are. But I hope I will do my best for you guys! And pardon me for my cringy quirk hero name. It was the first thing that came to mind. Also if anyone would love to join, then I have an Oc form or a form that you can fill out!
