Goku PoV

I ran fast down the metal path, towards the sound of Launch's voice. I was getting closer!! After running around a bend..... my heart nearly stopped.

"L-....LAUNCH!!!!" I yelled in fear. One of those huge men was chuckling at the sight of her. He held her up off the floor by her arm. Launch was out cold and her arm was dripping with blood. "NOOO!!!"

I went Super Saiyan with anger. Then I warped in and out, making my way toward the monster. When I reached him, I jumped high and kicked him hard in the side of the head. He let out shout before he crashed to the ground. .....I knocked him out... or must have killed him.

I jumped backwards and breathed heavily after putting so much power into that kick. I ran over to Launch who was lying on the floor, knelt down and held her in my arms. "L-....Launch? Open your eyes!" I pleaded.

Launch slowly opened her eyes and blinked in wonder.. "Goku? I'm so happy to see you..." she said softly.

I smiled big, but then frowned. "I'm so sorry, Launch!! I'm sorry I didn't come quicker!!" I cried.

Launch shook her head. "What are you talking about!? You just saved me!!" she replied happily as I helped her stand up.

I reached down and ripped some of my pant leg off. "Here. Wrap this around your arm to stop the bleeding." I said thoughtfully. Launch excepted and bandaged her wound. I made a fist. "What did they do to you!? What did they want!?" I yelled.

Launch flinched at my sudden outburst, and then resumed her dainty posture. "This tall guy tried to make me work on some mechanical things, but after a couple hours of saying I don't know how, he told that guy to take me away." she replied with a puzzled look. "The guy was moving me somewhere else. I tried to get away and he hurt me and then I went blond and.... I don't know what happened after that.."

I held out my hand. "Come on!! We should get outta here. Wanna a piggyback ride?" I said with a goofy smile.

Launch giggled. "Okay!"

She hopped up and I started running... again. Phew!! I don't think I've ever RAN this much... I'm getting hungry. After I get Launch outta here I'll come back to find out what the heck is going on here. I hope Vegeta's having better luck. I bet he's having the time of his life, having so much action going on!! This could be great training!!
