Nat's POV

A few months passed and Bucky and I became very close. I didn't introduce him to the Avengers yet, even though I was sure that Tony already searched information about him.

That night I had to be at a party for studying the building for a future mission so I asked Bucky if he wanted to go with me.

It started raining at some point and he brought me back home with his car.

-Thank you for coming with me, it has been fun, parties are usually very boring- I said.

Like a real gentleman, he accompanied me until we reached the door of my flat.

-Do you want to enter? We can drink something- I asked.

-I would love to- he said smiling.

We sat on the sofa, a bottle of vodka on the coffee table in front of us.

-Meow!-.

Suddenly, a black cat jumped on Bucky's legs.

-I told you I had a cat- I smiling -Its name is Liho-.

-It seems he likes me- Bucky said while petting him.

-He does- I smiled.

After a few minutes Liho jumped on the floor again and went on his cat tree, looking outside the window.

While we were both putting our glasses on the coffee table, our hands touched.
We looked at each other, our hands still touching.

-I... I think I should go now- Bucky said.
I didn't say anything, my brain couldn't process what was happening.

It was when I heard the door opening that I finally got up and reached him.

He turned and I kissed him. He didn't expect that, I coudl feel that, but he kissed me back.

It wasn't like kissing James, it was something completely different. I couldn't even compare the two things.
