WARNING: MURDER. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.

It was an ordinary day, just like any other day. a man named Benjamin decided to go to the Fun Land, a theme park. He looked into the rearview mirror of his red Ferrari to check his slicked-back hair before he drove to Fun Land. His blue eyes sparkled with excitement. 

When he was driving, he went past a lamp post with a WANTED poster for a murderer. Benjamin shivered at the thought of him killed by this murderer on the loose.

After a few minutes, he arrived at Fun Land. There were a lot of families with excited little children. He could smell freshly popped popcorn from afar. He heard a lot of children giggling and incredible screaming of kids on rollercoasters.

After enjoying himself at the theme park, Benjamin was tired and decided to head home. Before leaving, he went to the nearby toilet. While he approached nearer to the toilet, he heard a bloodcurdling scream from the Gents bathroom. He was a bit anxious to see who was screaming and the reason for it. As he went closer to the bathroom, he heard a sound and a whimper. a knife stabbing sound. He rushed in to see a frail old man getting stabbed by another man. Benjamin looked at his face and saw he was a familiar face. It was on the poster he saw earlier.

"It's not what it looks like!" the man pleaded. 

"You are the murderer from that WANTED poster I saw earlier! " Benjamin said. "I'm calling the police."

Benjamin reached into his pocket out to grab his phone but unfortunately, he had forgotten to charge his phone and his battery was dead. 

"Oh no!" Benjamin thought.

"Ha-ha!" the murderer laughed. "You can't call the police but I can't leave any no witnesses ..."

"You are not going to kill me, right?" Benjamin nervously said.

The murderer didn't say anything and held out the knife that he used to kill the old man.

Benjamin quickly ran out of the bathroom to find the theme park's police.

"You can run... but you can't hide," the murderer said, laughing.

Benjamin hoped he would be safe in the crowd of people but when he ran outside, he realized he was in trouble. The theme park was deserted.

Just as he was about to head to the exit, the theme park's gates closed. He reached the gates just in time to watch them automatically shut and lock. He tried to open the gates to get out, but they would not budge. it was locked. The gates were too high to climb over.

"Nowhere to go it seems ..." said a voice behind him.

Benjamin turned around and saw the murderer using a nail file to sharpen his knife. Benjamin ran to a nearby ride. as he saw him.

"ARGH!" the murderer said, "I should have just killed him!"

The murderer went after him, sharpening his knife as he ran.

The ride that Benjamin hid was popular with visitors to the theme park because it was a famous haunted park in the theme park because it looked like a haunted house on the outside. Benjamin didn't want to go inside because he was scared of spooky places things but he had no choice.

He hid behind a ghost statue and prayed he wouldn't be get spotted.

The murderer went inside and put his nail file in his bag. He frantically tried to look for Benjamin but it was very dark. Just as has he was heading to the ghost statue, a voice at the entrance said, "Hey! What are you doing here?!"

The person It was a policeman with a flashlight.

"There's only me here ..." the murderer said. "I came out of the bathroom and saw nobody in the theme park."

"Well due to this electrical major problem, the theme park was closed early," the policeman said. "I wished I told the manager to announce on the paging system here to warn people about the park closing. Anyway, I will open the gates for you to get out."

"Thank you, sir," the murderer said.

"Wait stop..." the policeman said. "You look familiar, like somebody on the WANTED posters."

"Oh, you are talking about the murderer from the newspaper or and the wanted posters?" the murderer asked. said, "The murderer is my twin brother."

The policeman raised an eyebrow at this and said, "That checks out, I guess. Come, I will open the gates for you."

The murderer and the policeman went out of the haunted house ride and went to the gates.

Benjamin figured that he could escape and peek through the entrance to the gate. To his delight, the gates were open and the murderer and the policeman were talking to each other inside a small guardhouse. Benjamin quickly crept to the gates and ran until he reached the parking lot.

Benjamin quickly checked the time on his watch. , and It was midnight.

His first instinct was to go tell the policeman at the theme park, but he was really worried about what would happen if he told the policeman in front of the murderer. So, he decided to go to the police station the next day and tell the police officers there what happened.

After a few minutes, he reached his house and was surprised to see his mother awake.

"Mother?" Benjamin said, "What are you doing up so late?"

"I was waiting for you to get home!" Benjamin's mother said angrily. "Do you know what time it is!?"

"I'm really sorry, Mother. Something happened at Fun Land today."

"What?"

Benjamin told his mother everything. The murder he witnessed accounted for in the bathroom and how he had to sneak out. Sadly, Benjamin's mother didn't believe him.

"I know it's a lie. Go to sleep now."

"Tomorrow I'm going to prove to you that it's was true."

"You better."

Benjamin's mother went upstairs to go to sleep. Benjamin quickly bathed, and changed and sat down beside the side of his bed. Just as he was about to sleep, he heard three knocks knocking noises at his window. Benjamin saw the murderer holding his knife and had a big scary grin on his face.

"AHHHHHHHHHHH!"
