"Ok Shivaay you can do it, I know it's difficult but you have to talk to that mad girl...argh where I am stuck, ok you need to relax", Shivaay was trying to control his emotions.

Right now he is in such a big mess and he has to do that work which he never thought he would do in his life. After thinking for more than five minutes he sighed and decided to call her.

"Hello??"

"Ms Mehra"

"Yes,who's speaking??"

"Shivaay Singh Oberoi, I need..."

Before he could finish what he was saying, she cut the call.

"What the... how she dared to cut my call. No one ignores Shivaay Singh Oberoi. How dare she, I won't spare her. If she doesn't want to talk to me then don't, even if I am not dying to talk to her." said Shivaay to satisfy his ego.

"I will find someone else for this job, I can find another talented company." He said in his tadi then flicked his hair in SSO style.

"Shivaay beta",called Tej who just came to his cabin.

Looking at his bade papa he stood up from his place,

"Yes Bade papa you here, you could have called me I would have come" he said.

"Arrey nahi, It's ok waise bhi I was just going home, I just came here to ask when Mr Iger and Annika are meeting??"

"Annika, who is Annika?", he asked in confused tone.

"You don't know Shivaay, this is so unlike you, you don't remember our client name Annika Mehra??"Tej asked in a surprised tone.

When Shivaay realised the blunder he just created he closed his eyes to control his anger on himself and was thinking about a cover up story too.

"No bade papa I remember it, it's just it slipped out of my mind I am actually handling this project and even Darjeeling Resort project."

Tej nodded his head, while Shivaay mentally sighed as Tej seemed convinced.

"So when are they meeting?"

"Ahhm tomorrow, I mean I will let you know, once time is confirmed and don't worry I will personally call Mr Iger about the same."

"Ok Shivaay, once time is confirmed do call me, I will also be there."

"Aap??"Shivaay shouted.

"Yes I mean, I should be present there and I even want to meet her and personally congratulate her too." said Tej

"Are you ok Shivaay? From yesterday you are behaving quite weirdly" asked Tej while looking at Shivaay keenly.

Shivaay nodded his head and muttered work load. Tej narrowed his eyes but thought to leave it and he bade bye to him.

Once Shivaay was sure Tej went away, Shivaay angrily threw the file that was kept on the table.

"God dammit!!, now no turning back I need to bring her back anyhow."

He again called her but she cut the second ring itself which made him more angry and he threw his phone in anger.

To cool his mind he made special SSO espresso.

"Finally I feel better, ok Shivaay now let's think coolly what to do?"Shivaay was thinking after having his coffee.

After thinking for a few more minutes he made up his mind, and called Khanna to take out the car.

ANNIKA'S OFFICE

"Ma'am Mr Oberoi, wants to meet you, he is waiting...."

Before she could finish her statement, the man of topic came inside, Annika just stood from her seat and eyed her secretary Meera to wait outside.

Once Meera went away, she eyed him while he gave his evil smirk to her.

"What the hell are you doing in my office, Mr Oberoi??" asked Annika sternly while controlling her anger.

"Well Ms Mehra this morning we couldn't complete our discussion"

"Thanks to you only and now I don't want to talk about it as you only said,let me quote your words, what did you said 'Ms Mehra that's it you want to know the reason so hear it I don't want to work with someone who is incompetent for this job and maybe bade papa find you apt for this job, but you do not stand on my standards so Ms Mehra I hope this satisfies you.'" said Annika mimicking him.

Annika went to the glass window of her cabin. Right now she doesn't want to face him, she is really upset from the morning incident. She was surprised to see him in the morning and she knew he wouldn't be quiet after knowing that she was the very same girl who broke his windshield. But what she didn't expect was that he acted like a total jerk and refused to work with her.

"Look Ms Mehra", but she didn't turn , making him sigh. He went towards her and stood beside her while looking at the sunset he said,

"Annika", listening to her name from his mouth gave her butterflies in her stomach which was strange for her, as no one gave her this feeling, it was new to her but avoiding these newly found feelings she finally looked to him.

"Annika, I know you are upset with me, but now it's not just about me and you, it's about our companies. This deal will bring huge profit for both of our companies which will indirectly be a profit for our employees. So I want you to sign the deal, even bade papa, I mean Mr Tej Singh Oberoi will be delighted if you sign a deal with our company."

Said Shivaay in a calm voice which is so not him, even he felt the difference, if it would be some other person he could have threatened that person but here he is trying to make her understand the situation.

When Annika heard his words she was taken back. She felt this Shivaay and the one she met in the morning and yesterday are totally different. She can feel genuinity in his voice and felt maybe he is right and she decided to keep her ego aside but then she decided to play a little bit with him.

"Fine, Mr Oberoi I got what you want to say and I truly agree that we need to keep our personnel fights aside and work as two mature people. But I have just one condition."

She said with mischief in her eyes, Shivaay gave her a perplexed look.

"Condition, what condition?"

"Well Mr Oberoi in the morning you completely acted like a jerk, so just a small request to rectify your mistake."

Shivaay was opening his mouth to argue how dare she called him a jerk but before he could Annika continued,

"Just say, 'Please Annika, I request you to accept the offer and sign the deal with us' that's it , and I swear I will sign the deal without any ifs and buts."

Shivaay opened his mouth but again closed it. He was baffled in his whole life no one asked him to say please. Only this girl has the power to always put him in tough spots.

"Look Ms Mehra..I mean Annika what are you asking is not really possible, Shivaay Singh Oberoi never requests someone."

Said Shivaay after recovering from the bombshell she threw on him.

"Well then no deal"

She said nonchalantly.

"Arrey but you just said right, to behave like two mature people", he said trying to make her remember her own words.

"Indeed I said Mr Oberoi but after you say these words just to mend the things between us."

She casually went to her desk and sat on her chair while Shivaay stood there.

After a few seconds she spoke again, "Mr Oberoi I am waiting."

Making Shivaay groan mentally, he knows he doesn't have any other option; he has to do it. But he never thought in his wildest dream that the woman who broke his ego with his car's windshield would be the first person to whom he will be saying please.

"Ok fine Annika if this is what you want, pl..pl.."

He stopped again, he don't know how to say it

"Jaldi kariye, isse tej toh mere neighbour ka beta hindi newspaper read kar leta hai."

Shivaay glared her,

"Can't you see I am trying, now don't utter a word before I finish."

She nodded her head as an obedient child.

"Ok I can do this", Shivaay murmured slowly but it was audible to Annika which made her smile.

"Pl..please An...Annika, I want you to accept our offer and sign the deal"

He said, closing his eyes, finally he did it. He couldn't believe himself that he did it.

She was surprised when she heard these words, she didn't expected that he will say this so she decided to give in and said,

"Finally you did it, not the same as I said but it's a good one. Ok I am ready to sign the deal."

Shivaay just nodded his head, and asked her to come to his office at sharp 11 am and he will mail her the deal papers tonight so that she can read it once before signing it and quickly went away.

Sitting inside his car, Shivaay kept his hand on his heart to feel his rapid heartbeat.

"Strange, it had never happened to me, whenever I am with her I feel different why? I mean I just got embarrassed and just ran away from there. This is not me. Shivaay this girl will make you mad one day and now you have to bear with her everyday. Ok Shivaay from now onwards I will try to make less contact with her so that I can control my emotions."

Said Shivaay in a determined voice and zoomed out with his car. But Shivaay sometimes we can't control some things they are meant to happen, but who will explain it to you?
