Purses and Pearls
Jennie held her pastel pink Michael Kors bag around her elbow, happy to flaunt her prized possession around for the other female students to see. She was always first in the fashion game. Jennie had her father hooked around her manicured fingertip, which meant endless amounts of cash loaded onto her credit card.
"Is that Michael Kors?" Lisa gushed, being the only one Jennie would let to touch her bag. "Girl, this baby is about four thousand dollars!"
"I know. My father knows a few people. And it was a birthday present. An early one."
"Nice." Lisa winked at Jennie, she smirked in response, tossing her freshly died ombre brown to blonde hair behind her shoulder.
"I spy that infamous Prairie Floral print 'COACH' bag...how much?"
"Originally 350. But I talked it down to 210."
"Wow, what a steal."
"Literally." Lisa whispered for only Jennie to hear, the brown haired girl grinned. "You've changed Lis. But I like the change."
"We all changed Jennie. But there are some sides to us that aren't so pretty."
Lisa left with those words, leaving Jennie confused. There was no way her friends, the ones who walked behind her could have the amount of secrets she had. They were just too good.
She made eye contact with one man across the hallway, dark hair sweeping over his eyes as a stone-like expression set across his face. He turned away stepping inside a classroom. Jennie fumbling with the lock combination of hers, eventually opened it, shoving her purse inside. Then she walked inside the same classroom in which Min Yoongi had entered.
"I was wondering if you were even going to come inside."
"What is it?"
"Oh? You act like I don't have anywhere else to be? Watch your tone Jennie. I've put a lot out there for your sake."
She was stunned to silence by his harsh tone, the way his eyes didn't hold that glint they used to. She stepped closer, he didn't flinch.
"What do you mean?"
"The reason you left school had both of us involved if you weren't aware. Now that you're back, those problems have arisen once again. I'm telling you once, because if I don't...you won't listen."
"What makes you think I'll listen?"
"Secrets keep our groups tied by a thin thread. You and I are the links between our groups. You wouldn't want everyone to know your secrets would you?"
He looked away. "Keep your pretty mouth shut. And leave me the hell alone. I say this once, don't bother me again."
"You've changed."
"Oh I know." He responded bitterly. "Get used to it sweetheart. I'm not that sweet boy you used to know."

"Well I'm not surprised. It was bound time I see her." Chaeyoung whispered to Jennie who looked in the direction of Chaeyoung.
"Wow, she glowed up. I thought little Tzu would've moved by now."
Chou Tzuyu; now current BIC. She was the definition of glow up; two years ago she had been nothing but braces, wide rimmed glasses, and boring brown hair into low pigtails. Afterwards, she started wearing makeup, lost some weight and her virginity, along with her nerdy side. She began to skip classes, and eventually took up Jennie's position as BIC. Which was why Lisa didn't take up that spot.
Lisa hated Tzuyu, the two were rivals. Back when Jennie had been in charge, Tzuyu had been wallowing in their shadows, a simple wanna-bee in the Queens' eyes.
For Tzuyu, time during the Jennie Dynasty had been pure hell.
Now Chaeyoung watched Tzuyu enter class like a model, strings of pearls decorating her neck, perfectly matching the simplicity of her school uniform, dark grey to black hair contrasting and giving her the attention she implored.
She was the Jennie 2.0, except her Lalisa, Chaeyoung, and Jisoo were replaced by dumb barbies called Momo and Sana. They all coordinated in outfits, everyday.
Like their infamous saying; 'On Wednesdays we wear pink.' Meaning, no one else could wear pink.
In ways, she was worse than Jennie. Like times like today. Chaeyoung watched, sitting on Jennie's desk in observant silence.
"Now, isn't today a Wednesday?" Tzuyu asked, voice laced with sarcasm. She turned to Sana, whose arms were crossed.
"Yes, it's a Wednesday Tzuyu."
"Now, I wonder this little bitch thought she could wear pink the same days as us?" She smiled coldly before dragging the girl up to her feet, holding her by the collar of her shirt.
"Do you really think you belong with me and my girls?"
"I-It was an accident..." The poor thing whispered back.
"Now, we all make mistakes, but this isn't the first time you've done this, has it? Don't think I'm not watching. Because I am." Tzuyu hissed.
She held out her right hand, then without a moment's hesitation poured the water bottle which Momo had given her, onto the girl.
Tzuyu smirked, releasing her hold on the girl, who was a gasping and shocked mess.
"Now you better go clean that up before the teacher penalizes you, right?"
The girl was quick to leave, hands covering her face. Jennie clicked her tongue lowly.
"Wow—"
"I know, she's a b—"
"—I'm impressed."
"What?" Chaeyoung turned around to look at Jennie. "H-How could you say that? She's awful!"
"Now, but if you were her friend you wouldn't say so, would you?" Jennie replied just as quickly, smiling softly at Chaeyoung before watching Tzuyu leave with her squad.
Jennie hummed, Chaeyoung sighed. "Now, what are you planning? I know that look."
"Nothing...just wondering. She's the BIC, isn't she?"
"Most certainly."
"Well, I don't know about you, but the Queens don't and won't stay out of power for long. Something bad has to happen, and I think it will. Maybe at Fall Formal?"
"You sound like you're counting on it Jen..."
"I am. Because I have a feeling the blogger wants me back on the throne."

"It's either fifty or nothing. I'm cutting you a big deal here." Taehyung whispered harshly, eyes darting around.
"Fine. Fifty just like you fucking asked."
"Watch the tone. I'm the one with your prized possession."
Wads of dollar bills were shoved into Taehyung's chest, the boy grabbed the package from him before making a hasty and sloppy exit, screeching of sneakers against the concrete of the abandoned alleyway.
Taehyung watched him leave, before a slow, cold voice scared the living hell out of him.
"I need an explanation."
"Hyung I—"
"No, save me the whole 'it's not what it looks like' shit, we have have pretty dark secrets. If I saw this right, you're a dealer?"
Taehyung faced Yoongi, unable to meet his eyes, but offered a short nod.
"Wow, so you're more of a punk than I thought."
"Wait what?"
"I always knew there was a little bit of bad in you Tae, just didn't realize there was that much. Do your parents know?"
"Of course they don't! How stupid would I be?"
"Why then? I don't see a reason for you to do this,"
"The thrill of doing something illegal. It's refreshing and much better than being the nephew of the principal. Don't call me Tae here, my name in this neighborhood is V."
"How long?"
"Two years." Taehyung breathed, running a hand through his hair in confusion. "Please don't tell."
"Who do you think I am?" Was Yoongi's response.

Jungkook kissed Aeja goodbye, watching her head up to her front door, hands in his pocket.
"You sure you don't want to come in?"
"If I do, I know I won't leave." Jungkook called back with a playful smile. Aeja smirked cutely.
"That's not so bad, is it? My brother isn't home tonight."
"Not today. I've got some homework to catch up on, like math."
"Oh, you know I could help you with that?"
"I won't be able to focus with you."
"Since when did you do homework?" Aeja teased, hanging onto the white front door, short brown hair framing her small face.
"I do!" He cried indignantly, before beaming once again. "Okay, I really have to go now otherwise my mom will kill me."
"Okay mama's boy."
Jungkook laughed, waving a small goodbye before walking away. His house was a maximum of ten minutes from her house by walk.
He didn't realize that this would be one of the last dates he would have with Aeja.
Tell your girlfriend I apologize, but I know you probably won't after this.
