Klaus
Clementine woke to a busting headache and the voices. She sighed heavily and rolled out of the unfamiliar bed she found herself in, nausea hit her as she trudged out of the bedroom.
She ignored the the others in the room, getting herself a glass of water. "The morning sickness should pass soon." Katherine offered, sparing the blonde a smile, who nodded with a heavy sigh. "Do you need anything, love?" AlariKlaus mused, "Food, clothes?"
"An explanation as to why I'm here would be nice." she snipped, "And food and clothes."
"Well, little love, you'll just have to wait and see." the hybrid smirked, "Would you like anything specific?" "I'll text you a list." she sighed, he nodded and compelled Katherine before leaving.
"You have any idea why he brought me here?" Clementine sighed, tilting her head, the vampire sipped her coffee, "I have a hunch, but I don't know for sure."
"Spill the tea." the blonde replied, resting her chin in her palm, "I think you're Klaus' mate.." Kathrine stated, "It would explain why he's so protective over you, and why he'd go out of his way for you. For centuries he's only cared about breaking his curse, now he's prioritizing you and your needs."
Clementine's expression was unreadable, "I don't see why.. I'm not worth it. I'm sure there are better women out there.." "Shut up, Clementine!" Kathrine snapped, slamming her mug down on the counter, she forced the blonde to look at her.
"Whatever my stupid doppelganger says is wrong. You are beautiful, smart, sexy, and by far the strongest woman I've ever met. You are a fucking queen."
*************
Music rang through the air, Clementine was laying on the couch, humming along whilst Katherine was spinning in an office chair to entertain herself. "He could've at least got us books or something." the blonde sighed.
She watched Katherine as she got up and started rummaging through the kitchen. "I think there's art stuff around here somewhere." the brunette offered, that was enough to get Clementine up.
Before she could start her search, there was a knock on the door. "Alaric, are you home? Andie.. Star, Jenna's friend." Clementine tried to open the door, but found she couldn't.
Sighing in irritation, the blonde walked off, she was tempted to drink with Kathrine, but.. she wasn't going to risk her baby's life over it. "Thank god!" she heard the vampire doppelganger exclaim. "Wow.. you were right. She looks exactly like Elena." Andie chirped, "Yep." Clementine chimed, "Less of a cunt though."
"What're you doing here?" Damon questioned, eyeing his best friend as she walked into view. She shrugged, looking through random drawers before cheering out a, "Yes!" as she pulled out a thick notebook and pencils.
"Klaus decided to bring her here last night." Katherine explained, watching in amusement as the blonde plopped on the couch, sitting criss cross like a child.
"Anyways, what're you doing here?" she questioned, turning back to her ex-lover, "We are here to rescue you." Andie smiled, Damon sighed, "No, sweetie. We are here to see if she deserves to be rescued." "Right." she replied.
Damon looked to Katherine, "I figured you might still be kicking. Alaric-Klaus was blending in way too easily. Figured he must have had some coaching." the younger vampire held up a vial, "I can get some more for you, Clem." "Nah, that stuff makes me sick." the blonde waved off, not even bothering to look up from her newest item of entertainment.
She continued to ignore their conversation as she drew, humming lightly to herself. "Come one." Damon said to Andie, who smiled at the female vampire, "It's nice to meet you." "Bye Mon-Mon!" Clementine called, "See ya, CJ."
*************
Kathrine danced and drank to music as it blasted through the air, so loudly Clementine could feel the vibrations from across the apartment.
"You mind turning that down?" AlariKlaus snapped at the brunette, scanning the apartment for the blonde. He smiled ever so slightly once his gaze landed on Clementine, who was sat on the counter, a notebook in her lap and a look of concentration on her doll-like face.
"Why so grumpy?" the Petrova inquired, turning the music down as he so 'kindly' requested.
"Well, this body has outlived its usefulness." Klaus answered, glowering at the woman as she held out a bottle of bourbon, "Do you want a drink?"
"No, Katerina, I don't want a drink." he sighed, she shook the bottle, "Come on. It might loosen you up." Klaus calmly took the bottle, and threw it. Clementine let out a startled yelp, finally looking up from the notebook.
"What I want is for you to sit down and shut up." AlariKlaus snapped, compelling the vampire, who obeyed.
Seconds later Maddox arrives. "Maddox, what took you so long?" AlariKlaus questioned, the male witch calmly replied, "You've got a lot of luggage." as he said that, two men and a woman enter the apartment with Klaus' things.
"Greta, finally." the Original sighed, earning a smirk from the female witch, "Hello, love. Nice body. You ready to get out of it?"
Clementine curiously lent forwards, both her and Katherine watching as the possessed man stood beside a large crate, his head bowed. All the while Maddox and Greta chanted the spell.
"Elena?"
Clementine quickly caught the hunter and laid him down gently, as she did that Maddox opened the crate.
"Now, that's more like it."
Shivers ran down the blonde's spine at the sound of his voice, she felt her heart rate pick up as a strangely intoxicating scent attacked her senses. She felt vulnerable, predictable, weak.. confused, and she hated it.
Air kissed her skin gently as she abruptly found herself elsewhere, she let out a startled squeak, nearly falling on her ass.
Arms quickly wrapped around her, she didn't know if she was lucky or not that someone caught her. She was leaning more towards not as she felt strange, warm spark-like tingles dance across her skin.
He gently lifted her chin, her green and blue hues meeting his blue-green ones, he couldn't help but smile at the child-like wonder that glimmered in the blonde's mismatched eyes.
"Hello, love."
