the very next day, The team was working on a missing persons case. Three dark haired boys had been found dead, they all had similar backgrounds. Mothers were out of the picture and fathers were workaholics. 

Bella was humming to her self as she was looking through some files that had been sent to her from Penelope. 

"if we met, at mid-night in the hanging tree" she sang quietly to her self as she flipped through the documents. she reached out to pick up her drink. she looked over not finding it. she had a confused look on her face until she saw a man with blond hair standing there. 

She yelped in surprise as she stood up, her hand going to her side where her gun lay in it's holster, but she tripped and fell to the ground hard. 

The man stared at her amused. "have a nice trip?" he questioned. Bella stood up dusting her self off and glared at him. 

"can i help you with something?" she asked coldly. Of course it just had to be him. 

"I need your help" He replied.

"Funny, I thought you hated me" Bella said placing her hands on her hips. 

"I dont hate you, I just...dont think you are well suited to be Heir to a very important role" He replied rolling his eyes. 

"What do you need Alexander" Bella asked with a sigh. Alexander glanced around looking nervous. 

"My son...went missing" He said with a sigh. Bella raised an eyebrow at him thoughtfully as Alexander hands her a picture. Bella took the picture from him. 

"when did he disappear?" She asked. 

"During school" Alexander replied. "I went to pick him up from the school and they told me that his uncle picked him up" He explained. 

"Did he?" Bella asked looking up at Alexander. 

"He doesn't have an uncle. I buried my brother when we were 12" Alexander replied. 

"What about the mom's side?" Bella asked. 

"She was an only child" Alexander said shaking his head.

"no ransom note? would he have run away?" Bella asked. 

"No" he said getting frustrated. Bella bit her bottom lip thoughtfully. 

"Alright, I will call you if i find anything. Ill put him up with the rest of the missing kids on my case, he looks like he fits the profile" Bella said tiredly. Alexanders eyes widened. 

"case?" He asked with a panicked look in his eyes. Bella looked up at him. 

"we will find him" she said promisingly. She waited and watched as he left before shaking her head and walked over to the info board. She put the picture of the boy up and wrote down his name and age. under that she wrote school. 

"what's that?" Reid asked looking over seeing what she was doing. 

"possibly another victim" Bella replied setting down the marker. "honestly i wish people we not this ...sick" she said leaning on a desk crossing her arm. 

"yeah well thats why we are here" Reid said. Bella looked over at Reid thoughtfully. 

The two looked over and saw Derek walk in. 

"Hot chocolate delivery" Derek said handing over a drink to Bella. 

"thanks" she said. 

"also, ran into a little someone who was looking for you down in the lobby" Derek said as Nico appeared from behind him. Bella looked surprised at his appearance. 

"Nico?" Bella said in surprise. 

"H-hi" Nico said looking at her nervously. "I...Just wanted to give this back to you" he said holding out her MP3. "I listened to it all night" he said. "they are really good" he added. Bella smiled a bit and wrapped his hand around the MP3. 

"Go ahead, keep it" she said. Nico looked at her surprised and looked hesitant. "Does your father know that you are here?" she asked.

"Mhmm" He replied. "i um...i asked him if i could come" he explained. "I..I wanted to ask. if...if what you said before" he started to say. 

"if i ment it?" Bella asked. Nico nods a little bit. Bella straightened up and walked over to her desk. "i figured you would" She said as she pulled out a key from her jacket that was hanging on her chair. She wrote down an address on a piece of paper. She walked back over and handed it to him. "I meant it" she said giving him the key and her address.

Nico looked up at her with wide eyes. "th-thank you" he said as he backed up and then ran off. 

"what was that about?" Derek asked looking at bella puzzled. 

Bella shakes her head a little bit. "long story" she replied. "we have anther missing kid" she said changing the subject and quickly updating him.
